The Council of Ministers heard in its meeting of 30 June 2016.
ARTICLE 1: Is ratified a loan agreement of ten million thirty six thousand eight hundred dollars of the United States of America
(10.036.800 USD), between the Republic of Djibouti and Export Credit Bank of Turkey.
Article 2: This loan agreement is part of the financing of the project to purchase a Foreuse in Geothermal Systems from the Turkish company Petrotek Sondaj.
Article 3: The Republic of Djibouti will reimburse the principal amount of the loan over a period of 72 months after a grace period of 6 months with 12 semi-annual and consecutive payments. The lender will also be paid a 0.5% engagement commission a year on the unused amount of the loan and a 0.5% management board of the loan amount.
Article 4: This Act comes into force as soon as it is published.
