ARTICLE 1: Section 1 of Act No.165/AN/16/7th L is amended to read:
The Financing Convention signed on 23 January 2017 between the Republic of Djibouti and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) includes:
- A loan of five million seven hundred seventy thousand US$ (5.770,000) or about one billion thirty and one million five hundred two thousand and nine hundred francs Djibouti (1.031.502.900 FDJ).
- A donation of three hundred thousand USD ($300,000) or about fifty three million six hundred thirty and one thousand (53.631.000 FDJ).

Article 2: Article 2 of Law N°165/AN/16/7th L is amended as follows:
This loan and donation agreement is part of the Financing Framework for the Water and Soil Management Program (PROGRES) in the Republic of Djibouti.
