VU Deliberation No. 61 of the Board of Directors of the National Printer of Djibouti of 29/11/2017 adopting the financial accounts for the year 2015 and in view of the final report of the External Auditors on the year ended 31/12/2015;
VU Circular n°170/PAN dated June 07, 2018 convening the 5th Public Meeting of the 1st Ordinary Session of the Year 2018;

The Council of Ministers heard at its meeting on 11 December 2017.

Article 1: The financial accounts of the National Printer as at 31/12/2015 are as follows:
