VU Decree No.2015-290/PR/MEFCI adopting the National Development Plan SCAPE of 24 October 2015;

VU Decree No.2016-109/PRE of 11 May 2016 appointing the Prime Minister;
VU Order No.2016-110/PRE of 12 May 2016 appointing the Ministries;
VU Decree No.2016-148/PRE of 16 June 2016 establishing the powers of the Ministries;
VU Circular No.170/PAN dated June 07, 2018 convening the 5th Public Meeting of the 1st Ordinary Session of 2018,

The Council of Ministers heard in its meeting of 27 March 2018.


Article 1:
Is ratified, the loan agreement between the Republic of Djibouti and the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) on February 13, 2018, total amount of 14.000.000 USD (fourteen million USD) corresponding to 2.481.094.000 FDJ, to finance the full cost of road construction facilitating access to the Port of Tadjourah.

Article 2:
The conditions of the loans are concessional with a maturity period of 30 years including a grace period of 5 years at the interest rate of 1.75% and an annual charge of 1% on all amounts mobilised and unpaid.

Article 3:
This Act will be published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Djibouti upon promulgation.
