The Council of Ministers heard at its meeting on 15 May 2018.

Article 1: Is ratified the Loan Agreement of 10.740.000 UC or 2.665.500.000 Djiboutian francs, signed on 08 May 2018, between the Republic of Djibouti and the African Development Bank (ADB).

Article 2: The conditions of the loan are concessional with a maturity period of 25 years, including a grace period of 5 years.
The annual interest rate is 1% with a service commission of 0.75% per year of the disbursed loan and not yet refunded as well as commitment commissions of 0.5% per year, on the undisbursed portion of the loan.

Article 3: This Act will be registered and published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Djibouti upon promulgation.
