Article 1: The provisions of Article 435 of Law No. 003/AN/18/8th L of 12 April 2018 concerning Civil Code are amended as follows:
Instead of:
The adoption, according to the regime established by the Civil Code, can be requested after five years of marriage by two unseparated spouses.

Read:
The adoption, according to the regime established by the Civil Code, can be requested after five years of marriage by two unseparated spouses.
It may also be requested by an unmarried person as soon as she reaches the age of 28.
Article 2: The other provisions remain unchanged.
Article 3: This Act will be published as soon as it is promulgated and executed wherever necessary.
