The Council of Ministers heard at its meeting on 09/07/2019.


ARTICLE 1: The Republic of Djibouti ratified the Convention of 18 March 1965 for the Settlement of Disputes relating to Investments between States and Nationals of Other States, signed on behalf of the Republic of Djibouti on 12 April 2019.

Article 2: This Act will be published as soon as it is promulgated and enforced as a State Law.
