Article 1: The financial accounts of the 2017 International Society of Hydrocarbons of Djibouti are as follows:

- In products 28 643 705 847 FDJ
- Expenses 28 639 389 026 FDJ
- Either a profit (after taxes) 4 316 821 FDJ
- Amount of investment 42,933,420 FDJ

Article 2: This Act will be enforced as the Law of the State and published as soon as it is enacted.
