VU Order 2001/PRE/PM amending Decree No.99-077/PR/MFEN on the reform of state, mixed economy and industrial and commercial public institutions;
VU Decree No.2007-0019/PR/MAEMCEH of 21 May 2007 on the initial statutes of the ONEAD;
VU Decree No.2013-174/PR/MAERH of 23 July 2013 appointing the members of the Board of Directors of the ONEAD;
VU Order No.2019-095/PRE of 5 May 2019 appointing the Prime Minister;
VU Order No.2019-096/PRE of 5 May 2019 appointing members Government;
VU Decree No.2019-116/PRE of 26 May 2019 establishing the powers of the Ministries;

VU Circular No.112/PAN dated 02/07/2020, convening the second public meeting of the special session on Monday 06 July.
The Council of Ministers heard in its meeting of November 26, 2019.


Article 1: The ONEAD financial accounts are approved for the 2017 fiscal year, as follows:
- Products: 6.818.684.720 FDJ
- Loads: 6.690.181.702 FDJ
- Net result 128.503.018 FDJ

Article 2: This Act will be published upon promulgation.
