Article 1: A concessional financing agreement signed on 16 December 2020 between the Republic of Djibouti and the Saudi Development Fund in the amount of one hundred and twelve million five hundred thousand Saudi Riese (112,500,000 SR). Article 2: This financing is intended for the construction of the airline of 230 KV connecting Damerjog to Nagad and underground electric lines. Article 3: The refund period is 25 years with a grace period of 10 years with an annual charge of 2% on all amounts mobilised and unpaid. The first refund will take place on May 31, 2026 and on November 30, 2045. Article 4: This Act will be published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Djibouti upon promulgation.
