VU la Loi n°41/AN/99/4ème L du 08 juin 1999 portant création de l'établissement public intitulé " Imprimerie Nationale de Djibouti" ;
VU Decree No. 99-0077/PR/MFEN of 08 June 1999 on the reform of state societies, mixed economy societies and industrial and commercial public institutions;
VU Decree No. 99-0078/PR/MFEN of 08 June 1999 on the definition and management of public institutions;
VU Decree No. 2021-105/PRE of 24 May 2021 appointing the Prime Minister;
VU Decree No. 2021-106/PRE of 24 May 2021 appointing members of the Government;
VU Decree No. 2021-114/PRE of 31 May 2021 establishing the powers of the Ministries;
VU decree n°99-259/PR/MCC bearing initial statutes of the public enterprise called "National Printing of Djibouti" ;
VU Decree No. 2020-116/PR/MCPT appointing members of the board of directors of the National Printer of Djibouti ";
VU deliberation n°69 of the board of the National Printer of Djibouti of 1/12/2020;
VU the final report of the External Auditors, relating to the year ended 31/12/2018;
VU Circular No. 131/PAN of 29/06/2021 calling the National Assembly in Special Session.
The Council of Ministers heard at its meeting of 16/03/2021.


Article 1: The National Printer's financial accounts as at 31/12/2018 were approved by the Board of Directors and are as follows:
TOTAL OF PRODUCTS 240.110.202 FDJ
TOTAL OF CHARGES 319.683.147 FDJ

Article 2: This Act will be published in the Official Journal of the Republic upon promulgation.
