Publication of the law on training for higher preparation of preparations (hf law)

In this way, the law of training is announced for the preparation of the preparation of the preparation of the preparation (hf law), cf. Law Order no. 1075 of 4. September, 2013, with the changes that are being made by Section 7 of Law No 630 of 16. June 2014.

Chapter 1

The purpose of the education

§ 1. Training for higher preparation of preparations (hf) is part of the education and training courses (general high school), higher the trade sector (hhx) and higher technical degree (Hhx) in a unified high school system which is preliminary and study preparation education, which provides the basis for higher education.

§ 2. The training for higher preparation, organised as a two-year education, is targeted at young people with an interest in knowledge, in depth, prospects and abstraction, and which is primarily aimed at higher education. The training constitutes a whole and completes with a degree in accordance with national standards.

Paragraph 2. The aim of the training is to prepare the course for higher education, including that they are dedicated to education, knowledge and skills through the combination of professional breadth and depth and through the interaction between the professionals.

Paragraph 3. The course of training courses through training and educational qualifications must develop professional insight and study skills. They must gain confidence in the use of different forms of work and of the ability to function in a study environment, where the requirements for autonomy, cooperation and sans to seek knowledge are at the heart of the matter.

Paragraph 4. The training must have a training perspective, with the emphasis on the development of personal authority by the couriers. The Kursists must therefore learn to behave reflecting and responsibly to their world : people, nature and society, and to their own development. The training must also develop the creative and innovative capabilities of the couriers and their critical eye.

Paragraph 5. The training and education culture as a whole must prepare for the couriers of co-determination, responsibility, rights and obligations in a society of freedom and the rule of law. The teaching and the entire life of the Kurds must therefore be based on spirit of freedom, equality and democracy. The Kursists need to achieve the conditions for active participation in a democratic society and understanding of the opportunities for individual and, together, to contribute to development and change, as well as understanding both the immediate and European and European level. global perspective.

§ 3. The two-year-olds are carried out with the emphasis on both the theoretical and the application-oriented. The training must develop the skills of the couriers and their understanding of the links between the professors and the promotion of individual couriers to their own and shared results. The Kursists must achieve analytical and critical skills and gain insight into science, social sciences and humanistic relationships. They must also develop their language skills.

§ 4. Training for higher preparation, organised as a single-class teaching for adults (hf-specific) is targeted at adults with an interest in knowledge, deepening, perspectives and abstraction. Education is offered as a class in a single class and in professional groups. Each subject and trade union groups shall be concluded by national standards and may be grouped together for a single single trade union.

Paragraph 2. Hf single-class is intended for adult couriages to obtain almenation, knowledge and skills that form the basis for further training or increase opportunities in the labour market. The teaching is theoretical and use-oriented and is flexible in such a way that it strengthens the desire and interest of adults to continue to gain new knowledge and insight.

Paragraph 3. The course of training courses through training and educational qualifications must develop professional insight and study skills. They must gain confidence in the use of different forms of work and of the ability to function in a study environment, where the requirements for autonomy, cooperation and sans to seek knowledge are at the heart of the matter.

Paragraph 4. The Kursists must also achieve the conditions for active participation in a democratic society and an understanding of the opportunities for individual and, together, to contribute to development and change. The training must develop the creative and innovative capabilities of the Kurds, their critical sense and their responsibility, as well as their understanding of both the European and the European and global perspective.

§ 5. Higher preparation of preparation, providing access to higher education in accordance with the rules laid down in this respect.

Chapter 2

Recording

§ 6. Applicants that have completed 10. class according to the provisions of the law of primary school and which fulfil the requirements laid down in accordance with paragraph 1. 4 for preliminary training and tests shall be recorded in the two-year (2) year in the direct extension of 10. Paragraph 2. Other applicants may, where appropriate on the basis of an initiation test, be recorded according to the rules laid down by the Minister for Education, cf. paragraph 4 and 5. Applicants must take the admissions test if they have not settled

1) 10-year-10. class-test in the classes of Danish, English and Math (both oral and written part in all three classes) and the elementary school departure test or 10. class-test in Physics / Chemistry and 2. foreign language (French or German), or

2) the general preparation of the tests in the Danish or in English language as a second language, English and mathematics at level D, science and the tests in one of the studies, social studies, German or French, at level G or above.

Paragraph 3. § 7. Applicants for hf-single-class applicants may not be included at the earliest one year after the period of completion of the 9. class in elementary school or in a class to measure what is commonly required in elementary school or 10. class according to the provisions of the law of grade school.

Paragraph 2. The Education Minister shall lay down detailed rules on this subject, including on access to the admission requirement.

Paragraph 3. Applicants shall be included in the requested instruction within a reasonable time and a reasonable geographical distance.

Chapter 3

Content and organization of the training

§ 8. The training shall be organised individually and in professional groups as well as in a number of cross-disciplinary and single-disciplinary project periods. The training shall be organised in such a way as to enable the couriers to be made available for technical preparation, overview and experience of consistency.

Paragraph 2. Hf's multidisciplinary subject of high school C, B and A level subjects, where A is the highest level.

§ 9. The teaching of the two-year Hf covers for all Kurds :

1) Danish at A-level.

2) English at B-level.

3) Inspic at C-level.

4) Mathematics at C-level.

5) One of the arts, dance, design, drama, media studies, or music at C-level.

6) A culture and civic group consisting of history at B-level, religion at C-level and social studies at C level.

7) A natural scientific group of biology, geography and chemistry at C-level.

Paragraph 2. In the course of the whole process, we are entering into service training.

Paragraph 3. At the beginning of 1. Semester is part of an introductory class.

Paragraph 4. FOUR. Semester is a greater written task.

Paragraph 5. The courier must select an equivalent equivalent to at least

1) two classes at B level,

2) a B-level class and two levels of C-level,

3) a level B level and a C-level class whose course is a language subject of at least B-level or physique at a level of at least B-level ; or

4) A level at A level, except in English and history, and a C-level program.

§ 10. The courses shall extend to a number of C and B and, where appropriate, A level. Fag from other high school education can be included in the supply.

Paragraph 2. The course can decide to appoint an elective in groups with a general subject.

Paragraph 3. An electoral duty shall be set up if a course of more than 400 urres is at least 10 enrolled in courier, or if a course of not more than 400 courier courses shall be at least 7 til-enlisted courier.

Paragraph 4. The Education Minister shall lay down rules on which courses and levels may be included in the tendering procedure of the course of the courier.

Paragraph 5. The Minister of Education will be able to approve the education of the course of the new electoral profession.

§ 11. In the subject of the single class, classes must be provided in classes in classes and professional groups at high schools C, B and A-level, a greater written task and a written examination project. In addition, workshop training shall be provided.

Paragraph 2. The Education Minister shall lay down rules on which courses and levels may be included in the course of trade in the course of the course of the exchange.

§ 12. Parts of teaching may be organized as excursions and so on.

§ 14. In order to maintain training course in education, training must provide assistance to the Kurdish people who need it.

Paragraph 2. The course shall draw up guidelines for the maintenance work, cf. paragraph 1, including the reduction of the absence and the procedures for reelection or absence.

Paragraph 3. The leader of the Kurtman must at least once per. Semester shall discuss matters relating to the individual team or the individual couriers of the Kursist teachers.

Paragraph 4. The Education Minister may lay down detailed rules on the maintenance work.

§ 15. The teaching must be organised so that the training courses through the entire educational process meet variation and progression in the work formulae.

Paragraph 2. The teaching must be constantly evaluated, so that the Kurds and teachers are informed of the couriers ' benefit from education. The Education Minister shall lay down rules concerning the evaluation of the evaluation of the competence of the couriers.

§ 16. The course, after application, shall be subject to the training and examination of the course for teaching and the subject of examination of the course of training before entry into the training of the corresponding or higher high secondary schools.

Paragraph 2. Courier may also, on application, provide a courist merit, including in substitution, for teaching or testing carried out prior to the inclusion in training or in the course of a part of the teaching, cf. Section 13 (1). 1 where the rate of assessment may replace parts of education training in the course of the test.

Paragraph 3. For courier who have received merit in accordance with paragraph 1. Paragraph 1 or paragraph 1. 2, courier arranging specific events that may be shorter than the usual 2-year hf path.

Paragraph 4. The Education Minister may lay down detailed rules on merit, including the criteria for which subjects justify to merit, and to which extent the added subject can be included in a complete examination.

§ 17. The Education Minister shall lay down detailed rules on the content and scope of training, organisation and organisation, including the objectives, content and scope of vocational and technical groups at different levels.

Chapter 4

Duty, active participation, clear-up and so forth.

§ 18. The Kursists have the furnist and the duty to participate actively in the teaching.

Paragraph 2. The leader of the Kurds is required to intervene in the absence of courier. The rules on this shall be laid down in the study and ordinal rules of the course, cf. § 19.

§ 19. The director of the Kurds provides for study and ordinal rules for the course of the course, cf. however, paragraph 1 3. The leader makes the cursists aware of the study and ordinance rules.

Paragraph 2. The Kursists have a duty to follow the rules of the law and order of the law. The leader of the Kurds shall decide on the implementation of sanctions against courier, which does not follow the study and rules of the exchange rate and rules.

Paragraph 3. The Minister for Education lays down detailed rules on the rules on the law and order of law, including the implementation of sanctions against Kurds that do not follow the rules of the law and the law.

20. The director of the Kurds may, in exceptional cases, deny a courier for 2. if it is estimated that the courier has not achieved a sufficient benefit from the training course of the hitherto completed. Chapter 5

Tests and examination

§ 21. A higher preparation rate may be submitted as an overall degree after a two-year course flow, or as samples in individual subjects and professional groups, which can be grouped together for a single single trade union.

§ 22. A single HF after a two-year course flow includes the following :

1) Test in the compulsory subjects Danish, English and Math, as well as in one of the areas referred to in section 9 (3). 1, no. Five, mentioned subject.

2) A conceral oral test in the culture and social groups and an oral oral test in the natural scientific group.

3) two to four elective subjects, which must include at least :

a) two classes at B level,

b) a B-level class and two levels of C-level,

c) a B-level class and a C-level subject, if the coupage has a language class that is not English, not less than B or at least b-level physics,

d) a level of A-level which is not English or history, and a C-level subject ; or

(e) English or history at A-level, and either a B-level or two class at C-level.

4) An assessment of the major essay task, cf. Section 9 (1). 4.

-23. A single hf-examination as a single specialist shall comprise the following :

1) Tests in the Danish at A-level, English at B-level, and mathematics at C level.

2) A single sample in the culture and social groups and a concer-tested test in the natural scientific group. The samples in the professional groups may be replaced by specials of B-level and religion and social studies at the C-level and in single-class biology, geography and chemistry, all at the C level.

3) 2 to five selections which should at least include :

a) two classes at B level and a C-level program,

b) two classes at B level, if the coupage has a language class that is not English, not less than B or at least b-level physics ;

c) a level A-level, which is not English or history, and two classes at C level or

d) English or history at A-level, and either a B-level and two classes at C-level or three degrees at C-level.

4) An assessment of the major essay task, cf. Section 11 (1). 1.

5) A written examination project, cf. Section 11 (1). ONE, ONE. Act. Where the courier is tested in the culture and social union group or in the natural scientific group, cf. no. However, the requirement for a written examination project shall not apply.

§ 24. The leader of the Kursets will conduct tests and issue evidence of samples and exams.

Paragraph 2. The samples are individual for each coupage. However, it does not apply where several courier participation is a prerequisite to the implementation of a portion of the test. Each courier is assessed individually. The Minister for Education may lay down detailed rules on this subject.

Paragraph 3. The certificate shall contain the test scores within the established framework for a single examination certificate, an assessment of the major written assignment and, where appropriate, a written examination project, cf. 23, no. 5. The caraxes on the diploma are part of different weights in the test result.

Paragraph 4. After graduating the exam, the Kursisten will receive a certificate of diplomas.

§ 25. The Education Minister shall lay down detailed rules concerning examinations and examinations, including the issue of trial and diplomas.

SECTION 26. Other than the courier can be prepared to test as self-students. The Education Minister shall lay down detailed rules on this subject.

Chapter 6

teachers of course

§ 27. Teachers who teach according to this law must have training competence (professional and educational competence) in one or more subjects in secondary school education.

§ 28. Fact competents shall be subject to a graduate degree at a university in one or more classes in secondary school studies. In the siblings of a two-way combination, both subjects must be within the professional row of the hf or high school. It is also a condition that the training in its individual parts and collectively has such a professional and methodical breadth and depth that the candidate can teach professionally justifiably in relation to the objectives of education.

Paragraph 2. The leader of the Kursets assigns professional competence to the teacher's employment at the school.

Paragraph 3. The Education Minister shall lay down detailed rules on the professional conditions to be fulfilled as a condition for the granting of professional competence on the basis of a candidate's examination after paragraph 1. 1 or another sufficient degree of training.

Paragraph 4. The Education Minister shall lay down detailed rules on the conditions under which persons who do not have it in paragraph 1. 1 mentioned professional competence, may obtain training competence under this law.

§ 29. A teacher achieves educational competence by implementing the pedagogikum, cf. law on educations in the high school education.

Chapter 7

The educational tasks and responsibilities of the class of the Kurds

§ 31. The leader of the class has the educational responsibility of the education classes, tests and exams to the Minister for Education.

Paragraph 2. The leader of the class leader and distributor the pedagogical work of the staff of the courier.

Paragraph 3. The administrator of the course shall take all specific decisions relating to the couriers, unless otherwise provided by this law or by rules laid down in this respect.

Chapter 8

Supervision, quality system and appeal

§ 32. The Education Minister has overall responsibility for and oversee training, tests and examiner under this law.

Paragraph 2. The Minister of Education may provide for the head of the Kurds in educational affairs.

§ 33. The leader of the Kursets establishes a system for quality development and performance assessment in the course of training and education.

Paragraph 2. The Education Minister shall lay down detailed rules on this subject.

§ 34. The Education Minister may obtain all necessary information from the courses of education, training, couriers and staff, including organised visits to the courses, including for the implementation of the monitoring and preparation of statistics, and may lay down ; detailed rules for this.

Paragraph 2. The Education Minister may lay down rules on electronic communications between the institution and the Ministry of Education, including the form and format of the Ministry of Education, including the use of digital signature in connection with the delivery of information. The Minister may also lay down requirements for control and security measures.

$35. A coupage can complain to the Minister for Education at the decisions of a course ' management when the complaint relates to legal issues. The Minister for Education may lay down detailed rules on this subject.

Paragraph 2. The Education Minister shall lay down detailed rules on appeal against decisions concerning examiner tests and examiner tests, including that of retesting and reestimation may result in a lower grade.

Chapter 9

Various provisions

§ 36. Disabled course, which needs special education or other specialist educational assistance, must be made to offer them.

Paragraph 3. The Education Minister shall lay down detailed rules on health education, cf. paragraph 1, including the duty of the courier to address the course of the courier, as well as for the custom test and examination process, cf. paragraph 2.

§ 38. The course offers the couriers ' voluntary education.

Paragraph 2. The Minister for Education may lay down detailed rules on this subject.

§ 39. A coherent offer of high school supplemental supplements (GSK) must be established between high school education and higher education, with a skilled and educational process that can target and strengthen the transition to higher education. The detailed rules on this subject shall be laid down in section 43 of the Student Student Student (AXx) degree.

Paragraph 2. Special secondary schools are to be established with the subject matter of professional packages (GIF) for toingual courials who in their homeland have taken a degree to equate with a Danish high school education. The detailed rules on this subject shall be laid down in section 44 of the Law of Student Student (High) (High School Act) training.

§ 40. In order to promote exploratory work and educational development, the Minister for Education may derogate from the provisions of the law. It is a condition that the attempts or development work do not prejudice the opportunities for the couriers to make use of their higher preparation, as a basis for further studies or of their rights in the second sense.

Paragraph 2. The Minister for Education may derogate from the provisions of this law if a course offers education aimed at an equivalent international law, which is conditional on higher education in Denmark.

Paragraph 3. The Minister for Education may make exceptions to the law for a single coupage, in which special circumstances are in force.

Paragraph 4. The Education Minister may grant a grant to the study and development work, for training and, where appropriate, for other purposes.

§ 41. The Minister for Education can accept that the two-year-old hf can be organised as a 3-year-rich state of complementary competence in combination with maritime training and agricultural training.

Paragraph 2. The Minister of Education may accept that the two-year-old hf is organized as a 3-year program for athletes who, in addition to the usual conditions of accession, satisfy the sporting criteria set by the Institution to the Promotion of Danish Elite PE (Team Denmark), and for Kurds that are included in the Musical Basic course (MGK) or equivalent course in the art of art.

Paragraph 3. The Minister for Education may lay down detailed rules on the courses of action in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 and 2, including in the course of the custom test and degrees.

§ 42. (Aphat)

Chapter 10

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 43. The law shall enter into force on 1. August 2005, cf. however, paragraph 1 2, and shall have effect on the course of the Kurds which will begin training on 1. In August 2005 or later, cf. however, paragraph 1 3 and 4.

§ 44. The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland, but can, by means of a royal device, be put into force for Greenland, with the deviations from which the special Greenland conditions are concerned.


Law No 475 of 17. June 2008 on educations in the high school education (s) 1) includes the following entry into force :

§ 19. The law shall enter into force on 1. August 2009.

Paragraph 2. The law has effect on teachers without the educational audience, which is being put into effect after the entry into force of the law.

Law No 1526 of 27. December 2009 (Lemptions for rookies and wilderness studies, less hours in general study preparation, sharper profile in the study areas, fewer tests, relaxation studies for elective courses in the hf and so on.) 2) includes the following entry into force :

§ 4

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. August 2010.

Paragraph 2. The law shall have an effect on pupils and couriers, which are beginning one of the graduations of high school graduations (stx), higher commercial degree (hhx), higher technical degree (htx) or two-year Hf on 1. August, 2010, or later.

Paragraph 3. The law has effect on Kurds, which is the first one. In August 2010, one of the following shall be followed in paragraph 1. 2 the training courses referred to as a single class. Law No 630 of 16. June 2014, on the Council of Youth Education and Education, 3) includes the following entry into force :

§ 4. The law shall enter into force on 1. August, 2014.
