Confescation of the amendment of the announcement of the preparedness of railway undertakings and railway infrastructure

§ 1

Notice no. 1312 of 16. In December 2008, the following changes shall be made to the management of the railway undertakings and railway infrastructure,

1. Inline ITREAS :

" In accordance with section 80, paragraph. 7 and 8, section 113 (3). 1, and § 117 (3). One, in the railway line, law no. 686 of 27. The year may 2015, according to Article 112 (1), shall be adopted. 1 : "

2. All in the notice, the Danish Agency shall be replaced by the 'Traffic Management Board' to the 'Traffic and Construction Authority' and 'The Traffic Management' is replaced by the 'Traffic and Construction' of Traffic.

3. § 17 ITREAS :

" § 17. Decisions taken by the Trage-and Construction Authority after this notice shall not be made for the transport and construction or other administrative authority. `

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 10. July, 2015.
