Publication of the calculation of consumer prices and so on medicinal products

In accordance with section 44 and section 72 (2), 2, in the case of apothecary, cf. Law Order no. 1040 of 3. September 2014, as amended by law no. 580 of 4. The following may be laid down in May 2015 and after consulting the Ministry of Acquiec and the Ministry of Growth :

Chapter 1

Pharmaceuticals reserved for medicinal products, etc.

§ 1. The consumer price for medicinal products, but not medicinal products covered by section 4 or Chapters 2, 3, 4 or 5, shall consist of the register price in section 2, as well as any fees, cf. ~ § 14 and 15. ~

§ 2. In the case of the distribution of medicinal products, the register price shall be calculated by reference to the award of the pharmacies of Article 77 of the medicinal product in the case of the wrapping (excl. VAT) to add the following amounts, cf. however, paragraph 1 2 : 9,0%. of the apothecary purchase price + 9.46 kr., cf. however, paragraph 1 3-6.

Paragraph 2. The health and senior minister may, in specific cases, set up the register price for medicinal products supplied by the State Serum Institute or Veterinary Institute, Denmark's Technical University, and for blood products from private producers of equivalent products ; the nature of the State Serum Institute's blood products.

Paragraph 3. Paragraph 8. In the negotiation of a medicinal product which represents an inner gasket produced by the fragmentation of a veterinary pharmacovigilance, the register price is proportionate from the register price of the storage unit, cf. paragraph One, three, five and six.

§ 3. § 4. Instead of the apothecary purchase price referred to in section 2, by reference to the section 77 of the medicinal product, it shall be used by a manufacturing or wholesale price per unit. wrapping incl. any fees determined by the manufacturing or wholesaler.

Paragraph 2. The consumer price for medicinal products, which are subject to section 56 (3). 4, in the case of apothecary establishments, must be subject to pharmacies to pharmacies, to be laid down according to the rules laid down in § § 1 and 2. Chapter 2

Non-apothecary reserved hand-the-counter medicinal products

§ 5. § 6. Chapter 3

Medicinal products for production animals

§ 7. Chapter 4

Magistrelt manufactured medicinal products

§ 8. The apothecary lays down the billing price for magus medicinal products with a background in the production cost, cf. paragraph 2, as well as a reasonable margin of profit.

Paragraph 2. Production costs are related to fixed as well as variable costs and covers, inter alia, ingredients, including pharmaceuticals and formulants, preparation / mixture including, in particular, special conditions, equipment for preparation, quality control, packaging, shipping and expedition / administration.

§ 9. The Afreing price for the use of the medicinal product shall be treated as equivalent to the section 77 of the medicinal products of the medicinal product, in respect of the supply to the consumer, cf. § 10, too.

§ 10. The consumer price of the magic-relle medicinal products shall consist of the settlement price, cf. § 8, which shall be used as a basis for calculation after paragraph 2 (1). 1, 3, 5, 6, 9 and 10, and Reception fees, as of section 20.

Chapter 5

Dosisdispensed medicinal products

§ 11. In the case of an apothecary reserved medicinal product, the consumer price is calculated from the number of pharmaceutical units delivered to a price corresponding to the cheapest registerprice, cf. § 2, pr. the medicinal product of the medicinal product on the market of the medicinal product on the market. Paragraph 2. § 12. In the dose dispensation prescribed by a doctor, a fee shall be charged to the pharmacist dispensers (dose expedition fee) of 19 crane, excluding the case of the dose dispensary. VAT, for the expedition of medicinal products for 14 days ' consumption, and a fee for the pharmacy carrying the dosispak (dosispasc fee) of 70 kr., excl. VAT, for the packaging of medicinal products for 14 days of consumption.

Paragraph 2. For dose dispensation, prescribed by a doctor for a shorter period than 14 days, a proportionate fee shall be charged in accordance with paragraph 1. 1.

Paragraph 3. Where dose dispensation is prescribed by a doctor, aid grants to the fee referred to in stk.1 and 2 shall be granted.

Paragraph 4. In the case of dose dispensation not carried out by a doctor, but is carried out on the basis of the citizen, charged and paid the fee in accordance with the Article 12 (1) of the apothecary. 2.

Paragraph 5. On dose dispensation, the fee may not be charged according to section 14-16.

Paragraph 6. The receptionist dispensary calls for dose expedition charges and dosispee fee from the citizen with deduction of any medicine subsidy, cf. the notification of medicinal supplements for dose-dispensed medicinal products. The receptionist dispensers shall charge the dose fee fee without any deduction of any medical supplements to the pharmacy which has carried out the dose dose, cf. § 13.

§ 13. In the case of trade in dose-dispensed medicinal products, cf. Paragraph 2. Chapter 6

Fees for the pharmacy

§ 14. In the case of an expedition of a prescription or a requisition, pharmacies and apothecary branches shall calculate a fee for each package (Receptive fee). However, there will be no prescriptions for the expedition of the items in section 2 (2). 6, mentioned deliveries.

Paragraph 2. The Reception fee is $8.00. excl. VAT.

§ 15. In the case of the processing of medicinal products in which a pharmaceutical pre-med treatment is to be carried out before the medicinal products are ready for extradition, pharmacies and apothecary branches shall calculate a fee for each packaging (pre-processing fee), cf. Section 7 (2). 1, no. 1 in the notice on the prices and delivery conditions, etc.,

Paragraph 2. The completion fee amounts to 17.50 kr. excl. VAT.

§ 16. On an expedition of a prescription prescribed by telephone dispensers and apothecaries shall charge a fee for the total of the overall prescribed (phone-reception fee).

Paragraph 2. The phone reception fee is $10,00. excl. VAT.

§ 17. In the case of an expedition of prescriptions which are not prescribed in the last 24 hours, pharmacies and apothecary branches shall charge a fee (on-call charge) in the time space from time to time ; 8:00 to 8:00. 8.30 on weekdays, on Saturdays from time to time. 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. 8:30, and on a son and public holidays.

Paragraph 3. For the sale of small-time medicinal products, including where the price calculation takes place in accordance with section 2 (2). 1, as well as other goods other than medicinal products, may be subject to the duty fee pursuant to paragraph 1.

Paragraph 4. The watch fee is $16,50. excl. VAT.

§ 18. In the case of delivery and the second shipment of medicinal products, where the price of the consumer is calculated in accordance with section 2 (2). 1 and where delivery is not prescribed by a doctor in accordance with the notice of the opening hours of the apothecary and watchtowers, pharmacists, apothecary branches and apothecal sale shall apply to a fee (application fee).

Paragraph 2. The application fee shall cover the actual costs incurred by the application and shall constitute a minimum of 12.00 kr. excl. VAT, cf. however, paragraph 1 3 and 4.

Paragraph 3. In the case of a supply of medicinal products, where the price of the consumer is calculated according to section 2 (2) 1, to the residents of the institutions and through the home care provided to persons in their homes, each person shall be given a fee of EUR 10.00 kr. excl. VAT.

Paragraph 4. Shipping of medicinal products purchased on e-commerce may be subject to a fee (Shipment charge at e-commerce).

§ 19. In the case of unloading of the handling of hand-purchase products from a pharmacy, a fee of 2,40 kr is attributed to a fee. excl. VAT per Transit.

20. For the collection of payment for medicinal products, where the price of the consumer is calculated according to section 2 (2). 1 and where not paid in cash on delivery, the total amount of the amount of the refund shall be attributed to a fee (administrative fee), cf. however, paragraph 1 2-4.

Paragraph 2. The administration fee is $15,00. excl. VAT.

Paragraph 3. Administration fee as referred to in paragraph 1. 1 and 2 may not be charged at a time of monthly in the case of individual citizens.

Paragraph 4. The administration fee shall not be charged in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 and 2 for citizens with a chaperone scheme, cf. the announcement of the condition of the condition of chronic disease.

Paragraph 5. As a cash payment, payment cards are considered to be paid over the Internet.

§ 21. In the case of an expedition of medicinal products covered by Chapters 1, 4 and 5, no other charges are levior other than those referred to in section 14-20.

§ 22. In the performance of other service tasks and the execution of health promotion and disease prevention activities, a fee (service charge) should be attributed to a small number of reasons for which there are less specific reasons.

Paragraph 2. The service fee must at least cover the costs of running the task.

-23. For the fees referred to in section 12, section 14-20 and Section 22, VAT is added.

Chapter 7

Afretion on the delivery of medicinal products from pharmacy

§ 25. At the expense of a medicine delivery site at the time of the delivery of consignments from the pharmacy, the manager shall be granted a fee of 4.80 kr. excl. VAT per Transit.

SECTION 26. Payment for medicinal products supplied from pharmacies to the manager of small-time purchasers and medical deliveries shall take place no later than one month after the end of the month in which the shipment has taken place. However, the pharmacist may, in exceptional cases, decide that the payment should be made in cash. In the case of late payment, the rules applicable in the interest of interest on late payment, etc.

Paragraph 2. It shall be a condition of remuneration after the provisions of this chapter that payment takes place within the time limit set out in paragraph 1. 1.

Chapter 8

Punishment and entry into force

§ 27. The penalty shall be penalised by the penalty that violates section 2, section 4-6, section 8-26.
