Publication of the standard statutes for recognised a-boxes

In accordance with Article 34 (2), Paragraph 1, and section 77, paragraph 1. 9 and 11, in the law on unemployment insurance, etc., cf. Law Order no. 832 of 7. July, 2015, and section 4 on active employment, cf. Law Order no. 807 of 1. July 2015, and after negotiating the Employment Council, the following authority shall be adopted :

§ 1. The Staff Regulations of a recognised a-box shall be in accordance with the standard statutes, cf. Annex 1 to this notice.

§ 2. For the purposes of this notice, the person who fulfils the conditions to be included in a box, in accordance with the conditions laid down in a box, is understood by the person Section 41 of the law on unemployment insurance, etc., other than self-employed persons, cf. paragraph 2.

Paragraph 2. § 5. If a box provides for administration contributions of different sizes for different member groups, cf. the payment of member and compensation contributions to a case shall be required to show the general guidelines on the contribution set out in paragraph 7 of the Staff Regulations. Amendment of the general guidelines for the contribution will take effect from three months after the adoption of the competent body.

§ 6. A box organised in departments under joint management may decide that the bylaws of the department must comply with a design statute to be laid down by the Executive Board.

Section 1

Ahead and Home

§ 1. -YEAH. Section 3

Member State

§ 4. A person has the right to be admitted as a member if the conditions under the law are fulfilled and that the person concerned is linked to the professional territory of the a kasch, cf. paragraph Two and three.

Paragraph 2. (a). The professional area of the A cashier shall include the professional groups listed in Annex 1 and which may be included. (professional (s) organization (s)).

Paragraph 4. Amendment of the territory of the Staff Regulations in Article 2 (2) of the Staff Regulations shall be amended. 2, must be approved by the top authority of the Office. Accounting and auditing

SECTION 26. Paragraph 5. Changes in the standard Staff Regulations shall have an immediate effect on the statutory provisions of a draft constitution.
