Annex 1 to the notice of the standard statutes for recognised a-crates

Publication of the standard statutes for recognised a-boxes

In accordance with Article 34 (2), Paragraph 1, and section 77, paragraph 1. 9 and 11, in the law on unemployment insurance, etc., cf. Law Order no. 832 of 7. July, 2015, and section 4 on active employment, cf. Law Order no. 807 of 1. July 2015, and after negotiating the Employment Council, the following authority shall be adopted :

§ 1. The Staff Regulations of a recognised a-box shall be in accordance with the standard statutes, cf. Annex 1 to this notice.

§ 2. For the purposes of this notice, the person who fulfils the conditions to be included in a box, in accordance with the conditions laid down in a box, is understood by the person Section 41 of the law on unemployment insurance, etc., other than self-employed persons, cf. paragraph 2.

Paragraph 2. In the case of self-employed persons, persons who, as a main occupation, engage in self-employed activities or participate in the performance of the spouses '

§ 3. The Staff Regulations shall contain detailed rules concerning the administration in paragraph 7 concerning the administration of the administration of the Commission :

Paragraph 2. § 4. A a-box that handles tasks as a second actor, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. In the accounts, the accounts shall follow the rules in the notice of the supervision of the economic and accounting system of the recognised unemployment funds and the accounting system.

§ 5. If a box provides for administration contributions of different sizes for different member groups, cf. the payment of member and compensation contributions to a case shall be required to show the general guidelines on the contribution set out in paragraph 7 of the Staff Regulations. Amendment of the general guidelines for the contribution will take effect from three months after the adoption of the competent body.

§ 6. A box organised in departments under joint management may decide that the bylaws of the department must comply with a design statute to be laid down by the Executive Board.

Paragraph 2. The top authority of the A bank and the governing board of the labour market and Recruitment shall be approved by the Agency for the design of the design.

Paragraph 3. The Pattern Statute must contain rules that the Board of Directors shall ensure that all members are convened to the meetings of the general assembly, and member meetings.

Section 1

Ahead and Home

§ 1. -YEAH. Paragraph 2. Dispose of the recognition of a card shall be decided on the use of the assets of a cashier. The decision shall not be valid until it has been approved by the Labor Market Management and Recruitment Management.

Section 3

Member State

§ 4. A person has the right to be admitted as a member if the conditions under the law are fulfilled and that the person concerned is linked to the professional territory of the a kasch, cf. paragraph Two and three.

Paragraph 2. (a). The professional area of the A cashier shall include the professional groups listed in Annex 1 and which may be included. (professional (s) organization (s)).

Paragraph 2. (b). The professional territory of the A cashier shall include persons eligible for inclusion in the organisations listed in Annex 1. If the organisations listed in Annex 1 are based on certain professional groups, the professional groups are also listed in the Annex. Paragraph 4. Amendment of the territory of the Staff Regulations in Article 2 (2) of the Staff Regulations shall be amended. 2, must be approved by the top authority of the Office. Other Rights

§ 9. Every Member has the right to choose the management and audit of a management.

Various provisions

§ 15. Seals to a case may result in loss of entitlement to daily money, or Member State according to the applicable rules.

Accounting and auditing

SECTION 26. The accounting system of the A casing entity, which includes the main box and, if applicable, departments, in accordance with the rules laid down by the Labor Market and Recruitment Management Board, shall be organized. § 27. The revenue and assets of the A box may be used only for the purposes of the purpose of a cashier, cf. Section 1, and may not be used as a loan, guarantee or gift to the other.

Paragraph 2. The funds of the A box shall be kept separate from other associations ' funds and shall be affixed and managed in an economically sound manner.

Paragraph 5. Changes in the standard Staff Regulations shall have an immediate effect on the statutory provisions of a draft constitution.
