Publication of the amendment of the notification of the eup-for-use substances

§ 1

Notice no. 557 of 31. May 2011 on euphoria, as amended by announcement No 1 997 of 12. Oct in October 2011, announcement no. 506 of 30. 'May 2012, announcement no.' 778 of 4. July, 2012, announcement no. 971 of 28. September 2012, procladition no. 99 of 30. January 2013, announcement no. 146 by 13. February 2013, announcement no. 230 of 6. March, 2013, proclame no. 348 of 3. April 2013, announcement no. 1222 of the 28th. October 2013 and Notice no. 538 of 27. In May 2014, the following changes are made :

1. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 5 as new numbers :

" Five a. ADB-FUBINACA (N-(aminocarbonyl) -2,2-dimethylpropyl ] -1-[ (4-fluorophenyl) methyl ] -1H-indazol-3-carboxamide).

Five b. AH-7921 (3,4-dichlorine-N-[ [ 1-(dimethylamino) cyclohexyl ] methyl ] benzamide). "

2. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 6 as new number :

" 6a. AL-LAD (6-allylnorlangid). "

3. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 83 as a new number.

" 83.1. 5F-AB-PINACA (N-(1-amino-3-methyl-1-oxobutan-2-yl) -1-(5-fluoroopentyl) -1H-Indazol-3-carboxamide). "

4. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 128 as new number :

5. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 129 as new number :

6. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 136 as a new number.

The announcement will enter into force on the 28th. August 2015.
