Law on Social Security Act

(Harmonisation of rules relating to the settment of residence of the population of the population of the Community)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the Law of Social Security, cf. Law Order no. 10 of 12. January 2015, as amended by Section 32 of Law No 1. 174 of 24. Feb 2015 and section 5 of the Act 742 of 1. June 2015, the following changes shall be made :

1. § 9 ITREAS :

" § 9. In the case of the settlement of residence for persons awarded early retirement pensions, which are covered by Section 2 (2). 2, no. 2, side as domicile in the country of origin, domiciled in the kingdom. The same applies to other countries in which the person concerned has been domiciled on a basis corresponding to the one mentioned in section 7 of the foreign-ers law.

Paragraph 2. Paragraph 1 shall apply regardless of whether the person concerned is entitled to be registered in the case of Danish birth.

Paragraph 3. Paragraph 1 shall apply only as long as the person concerned is resident here in the kingdom.

Paragraph 4. Paragraph 1 shall not apply to periods of entitlement to the pension from the country of origin and other countries referred to in paragraph 1. 1.

Paragraph 5. Paragractions 2 to 4 shall apply mutatis muctis when a person has been transferred from early retirement to a population pension by the age of the population, cf. Section 5 (5). 3, in this Act and section 6 of the law of the highest, intermediate, elevated general and general early retirement, etc. ` ;

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. September 2015.

Paragraph 2. The law shall not apply to the inventory of the right of the official ' s pension basis for foreigners who have been announced in Denmark following the entry into force of a foreigner in Denmark, or 8 which has been entered in Denmark before the entry into force of the law, and as when : The age of primary retirement before 1. January 2021. In the case of such inventory, the applicable rules shall apply.
