Under section 32, paragraphs 1 and 6, § 39, paragraph 2, article 45, paragraph 3, article 49, paragraph 2, § 50 and § 52 of law No. 1482 of 23. December 2014 if the organisation and support of employment efforts, etc., and section 10 (a), paragraph 2, section 21 b, paragraph 9, article 104, paragraph 2, and section 106 of the Act on an active employment efforts, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 807 of 1. § 2. In order to ensure a coordinated effort in relation to the citizen across municipalities, unemployment funds and other actors will establish employment Minister as part of the common computerised data base a nationwide directory comprising: 1) Enrolments in jobcentres as jobseekers.

4) Visitation groups.

7) Other cross-cutting groupings in labour legislation.

Duty to report



§ 3. Public authorities, unemployment funds and other actors involved in the management of labour market schemes, have a duty to record and report information on: 1) labour market conditions.

2) companies and citizens ' participation in labour market schemes.

3) the employment response to citizens.

4) Relevant, multidisciplinary and holistic activities and efforts on the educational and social-and health-oriented area.

5) citizens ' transition to jobs, education and other support schemes.

6) Performance and other data.

(2). The detailed rules concerning the obligation for registration and reporting of these types of information is evident from Chapter 4-21 and 23-24.

The exchange of information



§ 4. There may between educational institutions, the unemployment funds, ATP, Denmark and the following ministries and related Payment agencies and others. exchanged necessary information, without prejudice. section 45 (1) and (3) of the law on the Organization and support of employment efforts, etc.: 1) the Ministry of employment.

Data recovery



§ 5. If a municipality or an unemployment fund does not comply with the rules laid down for the transmission of data, etc. can Agency for labour market and Recruitment by prior dialogue and cooperation with the municipality, or the unemployment insurance fund put in place measures for the recovery of data.

(2). Agency for labour market and Recruitment may demand that the municipality or the unemployment insurance fund within the established time limit shall draw up a concrete action plan for the recovery of data.

(3). Agency for labour market and Recruitment can impose the municipality or the unemployment insurance fund to contribute to the action plan developed by the inclusion of external assistance, the municipality's or the unemployment box audit or other assistance.


(4). Agency for labour market and Recruitment may, after prior consultation of the municipality or the unemployment insurance fund to decide on content and deadlines set out in the action plan for data recovery.

(5). Agency for labour market and Recruitment may require a municipality or an unemployment fund to use an it system that meets the requirements which the State employment authorities provide quality, form, content and frequency of the alert, etc.

The connection agreement and webservices



§ 6. For the areas where transmission is done via webservice, concluded a connection agreement between the National Board of the labour market and Recruitment and the controller decreases. In the connection agreement establishes the Agency for labour market and Recruitment procedures for the Web service solution, including abate's warranty for it security, interface descriptions, Web standards, test before commissioning, guidelines for notification to the Data Inspectorate, etc.

For the areas where transmission is done via browser-based access to Agency for labour market and Recruitment Portals, concluded a connection agreement between the National Board of the labour market and Recruitment and the controller decreases. § 7. The data responsible purchaser of the developed Web services shall bear all costs, including the costs of testing, preparation of documentation, support, and similar expenses.

§ 8. Agency for labour market and Recruitment may close for the data controller acquiring access to read, record and receive data via Web services, see. § 6 If the data controller does not comply with the conditions for connection and the detailed specifications for Web services.

Changes and replacement of the municipality and the unemployment box administrative systems



§ 9. By modification or replacement of the municipal and administrative systems of the institution, as unemployment may have system-related impact on data quality, must be done under the direction to the Agency for labour market and Recruitment within 40 working days before the change is deployed.

(2). If the notification referred to in article 6. (1) occurs later than 40 days before the change planned commissioning, Danish Agency for labour market and Recruitment can postpone the municipal or the unemployment box modification or replacement, so that the modification or replacement can take place only after detailed discussion and up to 40 working days after the notification on the technical first possible time.

Access to test environments



§ 10. It vendors who develop and maintain applications that supports the data controller's casework and so on, see. section 1, can gain access to the Labour market and Recruitment Agency for test environments. Test environments contains anonymised information from your production environment.

(2). It vendors who for that application has a data responsible municipality, another authority or an unemployment fund as a customer, can achieve access, when that customer has concluded a connection agreement with the Agency for labour market and recruitment, see. section 6 (1).

(3). It supplier may process information for personal identification number.

(4). It supplier is as data processor for the data controller responsible in order to comply with the Act on processing of personal data (privacy law) and executive order on security measures for the protection of personal data processed for the public administration (security notice).





§ 11. It vendors who are developing an application, but which do not yet have a data responsible public authority or unemployment fund as a customer, can obtain access to the Labour market and Recruitment Agency for test environments, when the it vendor has concluded a connection agreement with the Agency for labour market and Recruitment. Test environments contains anonymised information from your production environment.

(2). It supplier is responsible for the use of data information in test environments.

(3). It supplier may process information for personal identification number.

(4). It supplier is responsible to comply with the Act on processing of personal data (privacy law) and executive order on security measures for the protection of personal data processed for the public administration (security notice).

(5). The information must not be used for purposes other than provided by the Agency for labour market and recruitment, and the processing must also be in accordance with the conditions given in the connection agreement, see. (1).

§ 12. Agency for labour market and Recruitment provides a common system for even booking available for job centres, as they are obliged to use and to support in such a way that the citizens via My Page on Jobnet even may 1) book talks, however, are not job interviews, where the unemployment insurance fund participant, and events in job centres, and 2) rebooking conversations, as job centres have convened, however, not job interviews where the unemployment insurance fund participant.

(2). The common system provides as standard a one-way Calendar integration available to job centres in such a way that even bookings and ombookinger sent to jobcentrets electronic calendar system as meeting booked in each of the counsellors ' calendars.

(3). Agency for labour market and Recruitment Exhibitor information from The common Data basis using a webservice or print service so that the municipality by agreement with own print supplier can form letters, etc. to the citizens, when the job centres shall convene the citizens to conversations through the common system for booking. The municipality is responsible for entering into contract with an it supplier for inclusion to this webservice and on formation of letters, including shipping by regular mail or digital dispatch.

(4). The individual municipalities are each data controller in relation to the use of the common system locally and for the processing of information about its own citizens.

(5). Agency for labour market and Recruitment is responsible for central data processing activities in the common system and for the security of the system, including to the system is structured and arranged in such a way that there is a sufficient level of data security to meet the requirements of the personal data Act and safety notice.





§ 13. The cost of operation, maintenance and development of the common system to even booking shall be borne by the Agency for labour market and Recruitment.

(2). The municipalities shall each defray even the cost of integration to the print service, the formation of letters, shipping, etc., see. Article 12, paragraph 3.

§ 14. The job centre has a duty to record and report information on which persons covered by the contact groups mentioned in paragraph 15, etc.

(2). The job centre has a duty to record and report information relating to and (UN) as a job-seeker.





§ 15. To be made recording and reporting on the following persons: 1) contact group 1: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 1 (a-benefit recipients) as well as recipients of temporary labour market performance.

2) contact group 2: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 2 and 3 (cash-hjælpsmodtagere are not covered by the integration programme).

3) contact group 3: recipients are covered by the integration programme in accordance with the Integration Act, section 16, paragraph 2.

4) contact group 4: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 4, and who receive rehabilitation benefit (revalidender).

5) contact group 5: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 4, and as a participant in a forrevalideringsforløb (forrevalidender).

6) contact group 6: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 5, and which has been sickness benefit recipients before 5. January 2015.

7) contact group 7: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 7, and who receive unemployment benefit.

8) contact group 8: Registered without performance – that is to say, persons who do not receive public support performance and who wish to be registered as a person seeking work.

9) Graduates: persons wishing to be registered as a person seeking work in the claim waiting period before they can receive unemployment benefit and which are recorded in the contact group 8.

10) contact group 10: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 7, and who is employed in a Flex job after the old or new system (Flex).

11) Contact Group 11: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 11 (recipients of resource gradient performance).

12) Persons covered by the law on the education system for the unemployed who have exhausted their right to unemployment benefits.


13) contact group 12: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 12 and 13 (recipients of training help).

14) contact group 13: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 14 (persons who, in the course of a jobafklarings course will receive resource gradient performance).

18) contact group 17: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, no. 10 (persons who are not in employment, and which do not fulfil the conditions for receiving public assistance for maintenance, including daily subsistence allowance in accordance with the law on unemployment insurance, etc., cash assistance or training assistance after the Act on active social policy or the law on the State's education aid after SU, as well as persons who cannot get deals after the Integration Act).

19) contact group 18: Newcomers refugees and family reunification of foreigners covered by an integration programme after the Danish Integration Act section 16, paragraph 3, and without prejudice to offer. § 23 paragraph 5 (self-supporting newcomers refugees and family reunification of foreigners, who are not in employment and who do not receive cash assistance). 24) contact group 23: Persons covered by the law on the older worker job (persons who are employed in the older worker job after law on older worker job).

25) contact group 24: Persons (from employment) covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 5 (Persons from employment, which receive a daily allowance during illness after the law on sickness benefits).

26) contact group 25: Persons (from unemployment) covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 5 (Persons from the unemployment rate, which receive a daily allowance during illness after the law on sickness benefits).

27) Persons covered by the law on cash benefit.

28) Persons applying for or receiving integration allowance pursuant to section 22 of the Act on an active social policy.





§ 16. Information about what a person is covered by the contact group, to be recorded and reported on the same day the person covered by the contact group.

(2). When a person no longer receives benefit or are no longer covered by one of the groups referred to in article 15 are recorded and reported promptly to this at the latest on the event day, i.e. on the last day the person receiving the allowance or covered by one of the mentioned groups. Registration as a person seeking work and registration as applicant or recipient of cash-or training help



§ 17. Signup as a daily allowance recipient shall be recorded by the person himself, or the person can digitally via Jobnet ask the job centre or the unemployment insurance fund to make this registration in the common data-basis.

(2). Registration as a recipient of labour market performance is recorded and reported by the unemployment insurance fund in the common data basis.

(3). Signup or registration as a candidate of the social assistance or education assistance shall be recorded by the person himself, or the person can digitally via Jobnet job centre to carry out this registration request in the common data basis.

(4). Signup or registration as a recipient of social assistance or training aid are recorded and reported promptly by the job centre or service center in the common data basis.

(5). For applicants and recipients of cash assistance and training help, switching visitation group, must register for the job centre-and if a cancellation is made after the notice on an active employment efforts.

(6). The following information must be recorded and reported in the context of registration: 1) identification information for that person.

(8). Persons covered by the law on the education system for the unemployed who have exhausted their right to unemployment benefits, register for administrative contact group 2 (recipients) with visitation Group 1 (jobklar).

(9). Persons covered by the law on cash benefit which have exhausted their right to receive unemployment benefit or the right to temporary labour market performance to register for administrative contact group 2 (recipients) with visitation Group 1 (jobparat).

Paragraph 10. Persons applying for or receiving integration allowance register administratively as contact group 2 (recipients), the contact group 3 (recipients covered by the integration programme in accordance with the Integration Act, section 16, paragraph 2) or contact group 12 (training aid recipients).





Chapter 5 Jobcentrets recording and reporting in respect of requests for interviews, etc.

Recording and reporting of calls



§ 18. The job centre has a duty to record and report information relating to requests for job interviews and other individual interviews and meetings with compulsory attendance.

(2). Jobcenterets it system must be designed so that it can receive the citizen's indication of having seen the summons as well as citizen any update of the meeting date.

§ 20. All calls are recorded and reported promptly by the following information: 1) identification information for that person.

2) date, start and end time for the interview or thus follow-up will arise.

3) Conversation or follow-up form (personally, digitally, over the telephone, etc.).

4) Conversation or follow-up type (job interview follow-up conversation, etc.).

5) Conversation or follow-up place (location).

6) person's contact options in the context of the conversation.

7) Address where the conversation is held if there is talk about a conversation with personal appearance.

8) By conference call, in which the citizen must call the job centre, indicate the phone number as the citizen to call on.

9) title and description of the meeting.

10) For conversations of the type "job interview with the participation of a-box" set the status of a-box participation.

(2). The call is recorded and reported the same day that the letter is printed, notice of the summons shall be sent to the digital mailbox, otherwise is transmitted digitally, is given or sent to the person.

(3). If a called conversation or a meeting is cancelled, summoned moves or otherwise changes are recorded and reported this on the same day as the cancellation or amendment letter printed, sent to the digital mailbox, otherwise is transmitted digitally, is given or sent to the person.

(4). Requests for early follow-up are recorded and reported as a group selection. Used group selection: Early follow-up-fast track.

(5). For persons subject to section 19, no. 1, passed on the information to the citizen's unemployment insurance fund.

The reporting of additional information for the purposes of the joint even booking system



§ 21. By jobcenterets use of the single even booking system, see. § 12, are to be transmitted in addition to the information specified in § 20 Furthermore: 1) Any times citizen alternatively can choose for the interview the Organisation (date, time of beginning and end of the conversation or meeting), see. However, paragraph 2.

2) name of the employee who will be in charge of the conversation or meeting.

3) indication of whether the self booking is possible.

4) Possible deadline for rebooking or even booking.

5) Status and reason information regarding. the conversation, meeting, follow-up, etc.

(2). (1). 1, shall not apply for job interviews with the participation of the unemployment insurance fund as the job centre has convened.

(3). The job centre transferring lists to the common data basis with cpr. Nr. for persons who are summoned via the joint even booking system.

Jobcentrets fagsystem must be able to receive information from the joint even booking system § 22. Jobcenterets it system must receive the following information from the joint even booking system, see. § 12:1) in sections 12, 20 and 21 listed information.

2) citizen's selection of the citizen has seen jobcenterets call.

3) citizen's Declaration of a new meeting time.





Chapter 6 Jobcentrets recording and reporting on past conversations, as well as triage and match assessments, etc.

Duty of recording and reporting



§ 23. The job centre has a duty to record and report information related to conversations held by the job centre as well as information about the: 1) which match group a person covered by regulation. notice of assessment, or match 2) what assessment group a person covered by regulation. sections 2 and 3 of the notice on an active employment efforts.

(2). To be transmitted conversations: 1) in accordance with Chapter 7, 13 and 13 (d) of the Act on an active employment efforts.

2) Other conversations with persons subject to section 15, apart from conversations with people in the contact group 6, 24 and 25.

(3). Information about a staged conversation must as far as possible are recorded and reported the same day that the conversation is held.

5) For job interviews: the agreement between the person and the job centre on the continued contacts, etc. after the Executive order on an active employment efforts section 32 (1) (8). 5, as well as any special effort after executive order on an active employment efforts section 32, paragraph 2.

6) For conversations of type job interview with the participation of a-box: the Status of the a-box participation.

7) For other conversation types: Any agreements about the future except agreements and plans covered by Chapter 10.

8) For persons subject to the notice on the match assessment: the result of the assessment in the form of matching match the group, if match assessment results in another match group than the most recently registered.

9) For persons in Group 2, 3 and 12 contact: the result of the assessment in the form of visitation visitation group, if visitation assessment results in a different group than the last scheduled visitation.

10) participants in the conversation with the indication of the name and role (a-kasse consultant, mentor, support-/kontaktperson, assessor, party representative, helper, interpreter or other participant) and the form of participation (personal, telephone, video etc.).

(2). The conversation may be recorded and reported 7 days back in time. Match group shall be valid from the date of registration. Visitation group has effect from date of registration.

(3). Requests for early follow-up are recorded and reported as a group selection. Used group selection: Early follow-up-fast track.

(4). For persons covered by section 24, no. 1, passed on the information to the citizen's unemployment insurance fund.





section 26. By first letter with request for help in job centre and by changes in a person's match-and visitation group at other times than by a conversation is recorded and transmitted the following information: 1) identification information for that person.

2) date of conducting the interview.

3) interview type.

4) Interview form.

5) Any agreements between the person and the job centre.

6) For persons subject to the notice on the match result of the match reported assessment assessment in the form of the match group.

§ 27. For all groups, where the municipality shall pay the maintenance allowance, is the date of the first letter with request for help the first occurrence of the following: 1) the date on which that person has signed up as a job-seeker on Jobnet.

2) date of, the person has entered on Jobnet, that he wants to apply for the grant.

3) date on which the person without prior registration on Jobnet is targeted in the job centre with a request for help.





Chapter 7 Jobcentrets recording and reporting of conversations about CV held by the municipality as well as approval status § 28. The municipality has a duty to report that the job seekers have full information concerning the person's inlaid work and educational background, etc. (cv) according to Chapter 6 and section 73 (d) of the Act on an active employment efforts. The alert includes the conclusion of the interview, which the municipality holds in accordance with §§ 14 and 73 (e) of the Act on an active employment efforts.

(2). Information about a staged conversation must as far as possible are recorded and reported the same day that the conversation is held. The conversation must not later than 7 days after are recorded and reported promptly, the conversation is held.

Chapter 8 Jobcentrets registration and reporting of absences and exemptions, etc.

section 31. The job centre has a duty to record and report information on absences and exemptions conferred by law on an active employment efforts, Act on active social policy, Act on sickness benefits, the Act on integration of aliens in Denmark and the law on cash benefit.

(2). The job centre has also a duty to record and report information on individuals employed in the older worker job.

section 33. Causes of absences or exemptions shall be recorded and shall be supplied for each of the contact groups and other groupings in accordance with Annex 1.

(2). Recording and reporting must take place on the same day as the reason for the absence comes to the municipality's knowledge or approval of the exemption takes place.

(5). By sick leave from an older worker job (contact group 23) remains the person in the existing contact group until the sickness benefit is granted.

(6). By sick leave from unemployment, remains the person in the existing contact group until the sickness benefit is granted.





section 35. For each held follow-up are recorded and transmitted the following information: 1) identification information for that person.

2) Municipality code for reporting municipality.

3) Date for the holding of the follow-up conversation or other follow-up.

4) Follow-up form, including follow up without contact with the sick people (standby).

5) sickness benefit eligibility category if the category in connection with the follow-up has been changed in relation to the last registered.

6) Any agreements about the future except agreements and plans covered by Chapter 10.

(2). Information about a beloved follow-up must as far as possible are recorded and reported the same day that the conversation is held. The conversation must not later than 7 days after are recorded and reported promptly, the conversation is held.





§ 36. Follow-up conversations and other conversations are displayed for the citizen on my Page on Jobnet.





Chapter 10 the municipality's registration and online reporting and receipt of my Plan, training and employment measures, etc. § 37 cold cuts. (2). The municipality can report information concerning rehabilitation plan indsatsdel of the basic regulation. section 30 (a), paragraph 5, of the Act on an active employment efforts. This is done by checking the plan type in the text box of the rehabilitation plan. Deals included in the rehabilitation plan must, however, be reported as employment measures, see. § 39, paragraph 3 – 9.

(3). The municipality has an obligation to report information relating to grants for assistive devices pursuant to section 74 of the labour instruments and less testing of the device in accordance with §§ 76-77 and 100 of the Act on an active employment efforts.

(4). The municipality has a duty to receive the information referred to in paragraph 1, if a citizen of people grouped according to § 38 moves to the municipality.

(9). For persons who do not have a duty to receive plans, etc. and offer digital, detects the local citizen's possible consent to digitally receive and sign for them.

§ 40. Information relating to measures under section 21 (b), Cape. 9, 9 b, 10 – 13 (d) of the Act on an active employment efforts and according to §§ 21 and 23 a-23 (d) in the Integration Act shall be recorded and transmitted when the job plan, educational order, agreement with sickness benefit recipients in category 2 on employment targets and employment efforts and rehabilitation plan as well as employment measures shall be delivered to the citizen.

(2). Paragraph 1 shall apply also in the case of changes and revision.

(3). Information relating to measures under Chapter 13 (Flex) and § 98 b (job rotation Temps) of the Act on an active employment efforts must be recorded and reported, when his employment agreement. For Flex jobs and job rotation Temps set event date as date of conclusion of the contract of employment (4). Information relating to measures under § § 98 c-98 g (adult apprenticeship scheme) in the Act on active employment efforts must be recorded and reported when the job centre has approved the application for reimbursement. Data for persons under 18 years of age and which are covered by section 38, no. 2-6, will be transmitted to the Ministry for Children, education, equality and common data basis for the purpose of management of law for guidance on training and professions, as well as a duty to education, employment, etc., including control measures, see. section 45, paragraph 2, of the law on the Organization and support of employment efforts, etc. provided the following information: 1) Cpr.nr.

2) measure.

3) Start and end dates of the individual measures.

(3). Data for persons born between 1. January 1946 and 31. December 1952, employed with wage subsidies in whole or in part in the period 1. January 2010 to 31. December 2016, passed to the ATP and TAX for the purpose of calculating tax credits for seniors, see. section 16 (1) (8). 6, of the law on tax credits for seniors. Provided the following information: 1) Cpr.nr.

(4). § 42. Data for persons covered by section 2, nr. 1, 12 and 13, of the Act on an active employment efforts and recipients are covered by the integration programme and have received a training cold cuts at step 3, is passed on to the Ministry for Children, teaching young people and equal opportunities database. Provided the following information: 1) Cpr.nr.

2) when creating a subscription: Desired starting date for notifications from young database.

3) upon termination of the subscription: end date for notifications from young database.

4) upon termination of the subscription: reason to desire an end of alerts from young database.

(2). Data for persons covered by section 2, nr. 1, 12 and 13, of the Act on an active employment efforts and which has been a training cold cuts at step 3, passed to the educational institution in which the person has been given an order to commence and carry out the training. Provided the following information: 1 date of birth).

2) person's name.

3) Notice to commence and conduct training.

4) activities and conservation efforts, the person has been given by the job centre from the time of the submission of the first training cold cuts.

5) About the job centre estimates that there is a risk that the person concerned may have particular difficulties in implementing the programme.





Chapter 11 the municipality's recording and reporting of information on assessments and decisions on disposal and penalties § 43. The municipality has an obligation to record and report information about the administration of the rules on the disposal and sanctions for applicants and recipients of social assistance, educational assistance and recipients of resource gradient performance, including resource gradient performance under a jobafklarings course.

(2). The municipality has an obligation to record and report information about the administration of the rules on the disposal and sanctions for recipients of cash benefit.





§ 44. To be made recording and reporting on the following persons: 1) Persons covered by the Act on active social policy, sections 13-13 c, §§ 36-43.

2) Persons covered by the Act on active social policy, §§ 69-69 f.

3) Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts, § 69 k.

4) Persons covered by the law on cash benefit, sections 10-17.

(2). There must also be recorded and reported information about the spouse or samleveren to a person covered by paragraph 1, nr. 1, in so far as the spouse or samleveren is also affected by a sanction on the basis of the municipality's decision in accordance with the rules referred to in paragraph 1, no. 1.





§ 45. The municipality shall report the following information from the payment systems: 1) identification information for that person.

§ 46. For the categories referred to in section 44 (1) (8). 1, the municipality must also report the following information from the administrative systems in the job centre: 1) identification information for that person.

2) the co-ordinating caseworker, see. section 18 (a) of the Act on an active employment efforts.

3) Implementing coordinators, see. Prison flerårsaftale for 2013-2016.

4) Personal jobformidler of the basic regulation. section 37, paragraph 2, of the Executive order on an active employment efforts.

§ 48. To be made recording and reporting on the following persons: 1) contact group 1: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 1 (a-benefit recipients).

Chapter 13 the registration, use and method of reporting ongoing registration



§ 50. In section 16, paragraph 6, article 17, paragraphs 6 and 7, section 20, section 21, section 26, § 27, § 30, § 33, § 34, § 35, § 39, paragraph 45 and section 46, section 48 and section 49 must be continuously recorded electronic data referred to in the municipality's administrative systems, so that the records are in accordance with the authorisation and payment information for the persons concerned.

(2). In the case where all or part of the employment efforts is transferred to another player or another part of the local government than the job centre, has the municipality responsible for registrations, as the job centre or the municipality is obliged to make under this Ordinance, shall be carried out.

§ 51. The reported data are used by the Agency for labour market and Recruitment statistical data warehouse, as well as of the common data basis in the Agency for labour market and recruitment, see. § § 32 and 38 of the law on the Organization and support of employment efforts, etc.

(2). Data on an individual level is passed on to other public authorities, including Statistics.

Registration and reporting method



§ 52. Data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Agency for labour market and Recruitment. Alert to the common data basis is done via the it functionality that is made available by the Agency for labour market and Recruitment.

(2). The it functionality, as referred to in paragraph 1, shall, in respect of information subject to chapters 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12 are applied using the interfaces (Web services), as the Agency for labour market and Recruitment has developed, see. sections 6-8.

(3). When recording information about the Division of labour can the browser-based registry entry in the social Portal is used.

(4). The it functionality, as referred to in paragraph 1, shall, in respect of information subject to Chapter 11 must be used for file transfers via the Agency for labour market and Recruitment ftp server.





Title III Data fields relating to unemployment insurance funds Chapter 14 the unemployment box registration and notification of registration, de-registration, grading date, date of expiry of the right to unemployment benefits, etc.





§ 53. Unemployment benefit recipients and beneficiaries of temporary sign labour market performance as job-seekers according to the rules laid down in article 17, paragraphs 1, 2 and 6.

§ 57. When graduates start to receive unemployment benefits the unemployment insurance fund must ensure that the person is registered as a daily allowance recipient with sign category per diems receives.

§ 66. Agency for labour market and Recruitment provides a joblog on Jobnet available to unemployment insurance funds, as they have a duty to use and to support in such a way that the citizens via My page on Jobnet job search activities may register themselves own, see. However, paragraph 2.

(2). Persons covered by section 2, nr. 1, of the Act on an active employment efforts may, however, provide evidence of job search activities in the unemployment box digital if unemployment box digital joblog joblog is arranged so that reporting to the common data basis automatically takes place when the citizen registers information about already implemented and future, planned job search. The Member registered information must automatically be reported to and stored in the common data basis and only then in unemployment of the institution's own it system.

(3). Citizen's registrations in the jobloggen appears for the citizen on my page on Jobnet whether citizens have registered information about job search in the unemployment box self-service solution or on Jobnet.

(4). Information about job search is passed on to the citizen's job centre and citizen's unemployment fund.

(5). When citizens covered by § 2, nr. 1, of the Act on an active employment efforts switch to another unemployment fund, Agency for labour market and Recruitment information in section 67 to the unemployment fund, switching to the citizen.





section 67. The following information must be recorded and reported in the context of documentation of job search in jobloggen on Jobnet or in unemployment box digital joblog: 1) identification information for that person.

(2). Unemployment insurance funds shall each defray the cost of integration, etc. to the common joblog on Jobnet.

section 70. Data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Agency for labour market and Recruitment. Alert to the common data basis is done via the it functionality that is made available by the Agency for labour market and Recruitment.

(2). The it functionality, as referred to in paragraph 1, shall, in respect of information subject to § § 54-57 and chapter 15 and section 61 (1) and section 63, paragraph 1, applied by using using the interfaces (Web services), as the Agency for labour market and Recruitment has developed, see. sections 6-8.

(3). For information subject to section 61 (2) and section 63, paragraph 2, applied the interfaces (Web services), as the Agency for labour market and Recruitment has developed, see. sections 6-8, or Jobnet for employment agencies.

Title IV Digital communication between job centres and unemployment funds Chapter 20 Digital communications from job centers for unemployment funds § 71. The job centre has a duty to record and report events and information, which are necessary for the administration of the rules of the institution in the unemployment law on unemployment insurance, etc., see. section 104 of the Act on an active employment efforts and chapter 19 of the notice on an active employment efforts.





section 72. To be made recording and reporting on the following persons:


1) contact group 1: Persons covered by the Act on an active employment efforts § 2, nr. 1 (a-benefit recipients) as well as recipients of temporary labour market performance.

2) Members of an unemployment fund, engaged in a Flex job, see. However, paragraph 2.

(2). For members of an unemployment fund, engaged in a Flex job, must only be done recording and reporting under section 39, paragraphs 3 and 4, article 40, paragraphs 1-3 and 5.





section 73. For events contained in § § 126-130, as well as sections 134 and 135 of the ordonnance on an active employment efforts, recording and reporting take place on the same day or no later than the day following that on which the event takes place.

(2). For events contained in § 132 and 133 of the ordonnance on an active employment efforts, recording and reporting take place on the same day or no later than the day after the job centre has received notification from a quote's place or training place.





§ 74. For events where a person subject to § 72 fails to appear, declines or ceases in an offer shall be reported in accordance with the Cape. 10 and the event will be marked separately in the message from the common data basis for the unemployment insurance fund.

(2). Incidents where a person covered by the contact group 1 fails one or more days from a quote after chapter 10 and 11 of the Act on an active employment efforts, which is begun on the question are marked separately in the message from the common data basis for the unemployment insurance fund.





§ 75. § 76. Jobcenterets it system must be configured so that transmission takes place automatically when the actual event or information is recorded correctly in the it system used for the handling of the case.





§ 77. The data referred to in article 71 shall be continuously recorded electronically in the municipality's administrative systems, so that the records are in accordance with the authorisation and payment information for the persons concerned.

(2). Data on an individual level may be communicated to that person's unemployment fund and other public authorities, including Statistics.

Chapter 21 the unemployment box use of digital communications for the exchange of information between the unemployment funds, the common computerised data base and job centres § 80. Chapter 22 Digital communication relating to sickness and quick information for citizens who are granted sick pay section 83. The municipality has an obligation to transmit, receive and process the following information about sickness and quick reports from the common data base on the citizens granted sick pay: 1) First sick day.

2) Last sick day.

3) Notification date for a sick-or his recovery.

4) record date for a sick-or his recovery.

5) the unique key for the individual sick leave (UUID).





section 84. Reporting under section 83 is carried out online by the granting of sickness benefit. The municipality is carrying out at the opening of the joint data bases in order to receive the information under section 83.

Section VII entry into force Chapter 26 entry into force and transitional provisions § 96. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. September 2015, see. However, paragraphs 2 to 5.

(2). Reporting under section 39, paragraphs 7 and 8, includes new appropriations and genbevillinger. There can be reporting of already given credits.

(3). Reporting in accordance with Chapter 12 can be done from 23. March 2015 and shall commence at the latest 11. January 2016.

(7). Executive Order No. 912 of 17. July 2015 on the common data base and statistical data warehouse in the area of employment is repealed.
