Compensation and settlement of the municipality countervailing and grants to the municipalities for 2016

In accordance with section 20 (2), 3, section 21, paragraph. 2, section 24, paragraph 6, section 29, 30, 31, 33 and 35 (4). 1, in the Law of Compensation and general grants to municipalities, cf. Law Order no. 798 of 24. June 2013, and section 3, paragraph 3. Amendment No 4. 495 of 7. June 2006 amending the Law on Provinal income tax shall be fixed as follows :

Taxation base, tax levels, etc.

§ 1. For the calculation of the tax base in accordance with sections 6, 11 and 12, in the Act of Compensation and general grants to municipalities, for the purpose of calculating the landings, the main refining and grants to municipalities with a high structural deficit ; the print basis for the municipalities such as the calculated tax for the municipality of the grant year has been divided by the print percentage in the grant year.

Paragraph 4. § 8. In the calculation of socioeconomic expenditure in accordance with sections 5 and 10, in the Act of Compensation and general grants to municipalities, criteria shall be made in the following way :

1) Number of 20-59-year-olds out of employment, other than 5% of the number of 20 to 9-year-olds in the municipality, are calculated from Statistics Denmark's register-based work performance statistics as the largest number either end-of-November in the last year or ultimal in November three years ahead of this year. § 12. § 16.
