Publication of free flu vaccination to certain persons groups

Purline of section 158 (3). 2, in the health care law, cf. Law Order no. 1202 of 14. November 2014, set :

§ 1. The Committee of the Regions shall provide free vaccination against the influenza to the following persons residing in this country or with the right of vaccination during residence in Denmark, pursuant to EU law or international agreements :

1) People at the time of vaccination have been filled 65 years.

2) Early retirement.

3) Chronic sickness, as mentioned in point (a-g, after a medical evaluation.

a) Persons with chronic lung disease.

b) Persons with cardiovascular diseases (except for the exception of the increase in blood pressure).

c) People with diabetes 1 or 2 (diabetes).

d) People with congenically acquired or acquired immunodeficiency.

(e) Persons with impacted respiration due to reduced muscle power.

(f) Persons with chronic liver and kidney failure.

g) Persons with other chronic diseases, in which the condition of the doctor's assessment results in the fact that the flu poses a serious health risk.

4) Persons with heavy overweight (indicative BMI> 40) following a medical evaluation.

5) People with other serious diseases, in which the condition of the doctor's assessment results in the flu, that the flu poses a serious health risk.

6) Pregnon in two. and 3. Trimester.

7) Household contact for immunosuppalmed patients, cf. no. 3 (d) after a medical evaluation.

§ 2. Vaccination as referred to in section 1 must be carried out by a doctor who, under the authority of health professionals and on health professional activities, is authorised to act as a doctor, or a different person on his or her responsibility.

§ 3. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. Oct 2015 and shall apply to vaccinations carried out at this time and before the end of 2015, however, for pregnant, cf. § 1, no. 6, and for persons with immunodeficiency and their household accounts, cf. § 1, no. paragraph 3 (d) and section 1, no. 7, before the end of February 2016.
