Completion of the pool to bus vindibility

In accordance with text-labelling no. 121 ad § 28.53.05. on the Finance Bill of the financial year 2015 shall be adopted according to the authority :

Scope of application

§ 1. The rules laid down in this notice shall determine, on the basis of the Administration's basis for pool to bus vinesiveness, cf. State aid

Applications for grants

§ 4. Applications for subsidies may be submitted to the Traffic Management Board of public authorities, road companies or publicly owned companies.

Paragraph 2. Public authorities, carriers or public owned companies may form part of cooperation between several application parties and with other parties for a project. However, only one applicant may be responsible for the use of allocated pool resources.

Submission of application and time limits

§ 5. The application for subsidies must be submitted by applying it to any period in force with the project description and the project budget that is on the Traffic Management website.

Paragraph 2. An application for a grant shall be received in the Traffic Management Board no later than the 1. March 2015.

Paragraph 3. The Traffic Management Board may, at any time, request any additional evidence in connection with the examination of applications.

Procedure for political decision-making procedure

§ 6. The Management Board shall draw up on the basis of the Administration Base Pool for Bass-Addensiveness, cf. Annex 1, recommendation on the allocation of grants to projects which may improve the availability of coach and coach.

Administration, follow-up, etc.

§ 9. The Traffic Management Board shall notify the applicants, cf. Section 4, on the allocation of grants to the individual bus condenomement projects, cf. Section 7, and the practical payment of pulmonies is available.

Paragraph 2. Amendment of a project may be approved by the Traffic Control Board on condition that the change after the Traffic Management Assessment is in accordance with the project ' s purpose, cf. the project description. The application for a change to a project must be approved by the Traffic Management Board prior to the implementation of the amendment.

Paragraph 3. The grant recipient shall once a year report on the status of the project to the Traffic Management Board. Annual reports shall be available during the course of January and shall cover the previous year. Further reporting of the final project shall also be carried out.

Paragraph 4. The Management Board shall ensure that the rules contained in this notice are complied with, and may request any information necessary for this from the applicant or the grant recipient.

Paragraph 5. To the extent that the applicant uses cooperation sparks, the applicant shall be obliged to provide information from the relevant cooperation party to the extent necessary to provide information.

Paragraph 6. The beneficiary shall immediately notify the Traffic Management Board where :

1) the conditions laid down in accordance with paragraph 1. 7 may result in a claim, in full or in part, of grants or undertakings of grants,

2) there are conditions which, in accordance with section 10, may result in a claim for total or partial repayment of grants, or

3) the grant recipient shall change the auditor during the project period.

Paragraph 7. The Traffic Management Board shall ensure that the subsidy is lost if :

1) the applicant or the grant consignon has given false or misleading information,

2) shall be subject to the obligation to apply or grant to grant of the grant of notification under paragraph 1. 6,

3) the project is not carried out in accordance with the approved application,

4) the conditions of grants, including at all times the accounting instruments in force and at any time applicable to the auditor ' s, shall not be fulfilled ; or

5) the funds have been used for other purposes than described in the project description.

§ 10. The Traffic Management Board may require payment of payments to be repaid in full or in part if :

1) an undertaking has been wholly or partially disposed of in respect of grants pursuant to section 9 (4). 6, or

2) grants subsequently awarded grants from the other side to cover expenses financed from the pot to bus vindibility.

§ 11. Where a paid grant is wholly or partially repaid, the amount due shall be charged no later than 14 days after claim. Rente is determined in accordance with the interest rate and the due date of the due date.

Accounting and auditing

§ 12. It shall be complied with at any time, and the audit instrument in force at any time shall be complied with.

Entry into force

1. Baseline Base

-WHAT? Improvements to traffic interlusions and shifting inequalities including terminals, stopping points and passenger information.

3. Financial Frames

The co-financing of the projects of 50% is provided. The co-financing includes the overall project, including the research and design. Appliors shall reserve amounts for own funds on the relevant budgets.

4. Procedure

4.1 Applause Circle

The applicant is public authorities, transport companies, or publicly owned companies.

4.2 Application Deadlines

Date of application is d. 1. March 2015.

4.3 Content of the application

It is generally required that the applications are well-worked and concrete.

Applied applications may apply the Traffic Management Board with an application containing the following content :

-WHAT? The implementation of the project and the time frame.

-WHAT? Description of the expectations of the project either as time savings for buses or gains for passengers in a better context and a shift between means of transport.

-WHAT? The extent of passengers affected by the project and expectations on passenger growth is due to the project.

-WHAT? The amount applied and the total cost of the project, allocated to the project, together with any studies, project and project itself.

4.4 Income requests for applications

Traffic Control is receiving, coordinating and processing the applications.

After a political decision has been taken on assignment, the Traffic Management Board's decision to decide who should receive funds from the pot is issued.

4.5 Afrappling

There will be demands for the reporting of all projects eligible for aid. It is a prerequisite for the allocation of funds that the project contains a reporting of the final project and an annual report of the status of the project. Against this background, the Traffic Management Board shall draw up an annual balance sheet for the projects, the commitment and use of aid funds.

At the end of the pool, an evaluation report describing the status of the use and the short and long-term effects of the funds shall be drawn up.

2 years after final reporting, the applicant shall submit a follow-up to the passenger effects.
