Ordinance amending Ordinance of supplements, etc. to the folk high schools, boarding schools, home schools and håndarbejdsskoler (free boarding schools)
In executive order No. 807 of 19. July 2012 for assistance, etc. to the folk high schools, boarding schools, home schools and hand-work schools (free boarding schools), as amended by Decree No. 525 by 28. may 2013 and Decree No. 725 by 19. June 13:1. The introductory part shall be replaced by the following:
» Pursuant to § 1 (a), paragraph 1, article 3, paragraph 5, section 4, section 5 (a), paragraph 6, article 6, paragraphs 4 and 7, section 7, paragraph 3, article 10, paragraph 3, article 13, paragraph 1, no. 1, section 14, paragraphs 2 and 3, article 16, paragraphs 1 and 3, article 17, paragraph 3, article 18, paragraph 3, section 19, section 22, paragraph 3, section 23 (a), paragraph 7, section 23 (d), paragraph 3, article 24, paragraph 2, section 24 (a), paragraph 6, article 25, paragraph 3, article 27, paragraphs 3-5, section 39, paragraphs 1 and 3, § 41, paragraph 2, and section 52 (a), of the Act on after schools and free schools, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 916 of 13. August 2014, as amended by Act No. 1539 of 27. December 2014, fixed: ' 2. In section 29 shall be replaced by ' 17 ½ years ' to: ' 16 years '.
3. Under section 33 shall be inserted: ' § 33 a. Prize after § 23 (d) shall be granted for students on free schools who have completed a general course of at least 12 weeks duration, which aims to make students ready for training. The premium is triggered, if the pupil not later than 7 months after the student has completed the course, has been recorded on a vocational training, see. law on vocational education and training.
(2). It must appear in the title of the training course referred to in paragraph 1, that it aims to make students ready for training. The course must be within the law, see. § 1, § 1 (a) and section 15, contain disciplines and professions gives students some familiarity with one or more vocational education and training, as well as allows students some practical experience with commercial elements and activities. The course's general part must, among other things. include education, which aims to give students personal skills that can make them study suitable. The description must appear in the content plan, see. Article 17, paragraph 2.
(3). The free vocational school must obtain and disclose the following documentation in a form issued by the school, to the conditions laid down in paragraphs 1 and 2 are met: 1) the student's name and social security number.
2) learner's implementation of the course on the free vocational school with information about the start and end date.
3) course's name and description of the course.
4) Documentation from the institution for vocational training of the student's admission to this school with the indication of the name and personal identification number, which is recorded in the student's education, as well as the time of commencement of training. It reported on the conclusion of a training agreement.
(4). The premium is calculated based on the number of yearly students in the school year that ends in the fiscal year, and which fulfils the conditions set out in paragraphs 1 and 2. Årselev figure is multiplied by a rate to be determined at the annual finance laws.
(5). The premium allocated to the school at the end of november in conjunction with the annual regulation of federal grant. '
section 2 of the notice shall enter into force on the 1. March 2015 and has effect from 1. January 2015.
