December 2014 on the organisation and support of the employment effort, etc., section 21 and 22 of the law. 1374 of 23. December 2012 on the education system for unemployed people who have exhausted their daily allowance and § 10 (a) (a). 2, section 21 (b) (b). 9, section 104, paragraph 1. 2, and section 106 of the active employment effort, cf. General provisions

Chapter 1

Scope and national registries Scope

§ 1. The Employment Minister has, cf. Section 32 (1). 1, in the organisation and support of the employment effort, etc. established a common IT-based data basis for the management of the labour-oriented legislation.

Paragraph 2. The common data basis shall be used for the management of :

1) Promise of an active employment effort.

2) Law on unemployment insurance and so on.

3) Promise me you'll have a sick day.

4) Promise of the right to leave and day care at maternity leave.

5) Law on active social policy.

6) Act of Merge.

7) The employment-oriented parts of the law on the integration of foreigners in Denmark (integration law).

8) Promise about the senior job.

Country-wide registers

§ 2. In order to ensure coordinated action in relation to the citizen across municipalities, unemployment rates and other actors, the Employment Minister will establish as part of the joint IT-based data base, a comprehensive register of :

1) Enrollments in job centres as job-seeking.

2) Enrollments.

3) Matching categorizations.

4) Visitation groups.

5) Health care categories.

6) Periods of absence.

7) Other cross-disciplinary groupings in labour legislation.

8) Information recorded in Job Net.

9) Information about the job search.

Chapter 2

Report, exchange, data direction, connector agreements, etc.

Duty to report

§ 3. Public authorities, unemployment rates and other actors involved in the management of occupational schemes, have a duty to record and report information on :

1) Working market conditions.

2) Companies and citizens ' participation in labour-oriented schemes.

3) Employment action against citizens.

4) Relevant, cross-disciplinary and comprehensive activities and efforts on the educational and social and health-oriented area.

5) Citizens ' transition to jobs, education and other methods of remission.

6) Benefit flow and other data.

7) Information about the job search.

Paragraph 2. The detailed rules on the obligation to record and report these types of information are laid down in Chapters 4 to 21 and 23-24.

Exchange of information

§ 4. Educational institutions, unemployment boxes, ATP, Payments Denmark and the following ministries with corresponding types and others may be exchanged, as required, cf. Section 45 (3). The following shall be : 1 and 3, in the order of the organization and support of the employment effort, etc. :

1) The Ministry of Employment.

2) Ministeria for Children, Gender Equality, Integration and Social Forteams.

3) The Ministry of Economic and Interior.

4) The Ministry of Education.

5) The Ministry of Education.

6) The Ministry of Health and Prevention.

7) The Justice Department.

8) The regions.

9) The local authorities.

10) BABY.

11) Central Personnel register.

12) Central Corporate Registry.

13) The Prevention Fund and the Sustaining Fund.

Data orientation

§ 5. If a municipality or unemployment fund does not comply with the rules laid down for the reporting of data and so on, the Working Market and Recruitment on the prior dialogue and cooperation with the municipality or the unemployment fund shall be implemented ; measures for the recovery of data.

Paragraph 2. The operating market and the Recruitment management may require that the local authority or the unemployment fund within a prescribed time draw up a concrete plan of action for the recovery of data.

Paragraph 3. The functioning of the labour market and the Recruiting Management Board may impose on the municipality or the unemployment fund to contribute to the implementation of the action plan by the inclusion of external assistance, the municipality or the unemployment rate or the other.

Paragraph 4. The labour market and the Recruitment management may decide on the content and time limits for the date of the implementation of the data agenda for the public sector or the unemployment fund.

Paragraph 5. The operating market and the Recruitment management may impose an IT system which meets the requirements of the governmental employment authorities for quality, form, content and frequency of the notification ; etc.

Connectivity and Web Services

§ 6. For the areas in which the notification is carried out via a web service, a Connection Agreement between the Labor Market and Recruitment Management and the Data Manager will be required to conclude. In the Connection Agreement, the Business Market Management Agreement provides the detailed terms for the Web service solution, including the warranty for IT security, interface descriptions, web standards, testing before commissioning, guidelines for notification to the Data tilsight, etc.

Paragraph 2. Reports must uniquely identify the person who makes the alert. The identification must be listed in the web service record. In the case of reports that are automatic, it is only the data controller that is to be shown.

Paragraph 3. For the areas in which the alert is done via browser-based access to the Business and Recruitment Portals Management Board, a Connection Agreement between the Labor Market and Recruitment Management and the Data Manager will be entered into. In the Connection Agreement, the Business Market Management and Recruitment Management Agreement define the terms and conditions of use.

§ 7. The data controller will conduct all costs for this purpose, including expenses for testing, supporting documentation, support and similar expenses.

Failure to comply with the conditions for connection and the specifics of Web Services.

§ 8. The Labor Market and Recruitment management may close the data controller ' s access to read, register and receive data via web services, cf. Section 6, if the data controller does not comply with the conditions for connection and the detailed specifications for Web Services.

Changes and replacement of the administrative systems of the municipality and the unemployment rate

§ 9. In the case of changes or replacement of the administrative systems of the municipality and the unemployment rate, which may be of a system value for the quality of the data, the Business Market Management Board and Recruitment must be provided within 40 working days before the change is being made.

Paragraph 2. If the notification, cf. paragraph 1, later than 40 days prior to the planned commissioning of the change, the Proposition of the labour market and the Recruitment may defer the change or replacement of the municipality or the unemployment rate so that the change or replacement can only be carried out ; after further discussion and up to a period of 40 working days after the notification at the technically possible time.

Access to Test Environments

§ 10. IT vendors who develop and maintain applications that support the case processing case processing and so on, cf. § 1, may access the Business Market Management and Recruiting Test Environments. The test environment contains anonymized information from the production environment.

Paragraph 2. The IT vendors that have a data responsible municipality, other authority or unemployment fund as a customer, can gain access when the customer concerned has entered a Connection Agreement with the Labor Market Management Agreement and Recruitment, cf. Section 6 (2). 1.

Paragraph 3. The IT provider can process the person number details.

Paragraph 4. The IT vendor is as a data processor for the responsible person responsible for compliance with the processing of personal data (the personal data friend) and the announcement of security measures for the protection of personal data that is processed for it public administration (safety notice).

§ 11. IT vendors who are developing an application but which do not yet have a data-responsible public authority or unemployment fund as a customer, can gain access to the Labor Market Service and Recruiting test environments when the IT provider has entered into a Connection Agreement with the Labor Market and Recruitment Management Agreement. The test environment contains anonymized information from the production environment.

Paragraph 2. The IT supplier is data responsible for the use of the information in the test environments.

Paragraph 3. The IT provider can process the person number details.

Paragraph 4. The IT supplier is responsible for compliance with the Privacy Act of Personal Data (Personal Data Processing Personal Data) and the announcement of security measures for the protection of personal data processed for public administration (The notice).

Paragraph 5. This information may not be used for any purpose other than the Management Board and Recruitment Management, and in accordance with the conditions set out in the Connection Agreement, cf. paragraph 1.

TITLE II

Data areas related to municipalities and job centres

Chapter 3

Shared IT support for self-and rebooking of meetings and so on in the job center

Duly to use common self-booking system

§ 12. The Labor Market and Recruitment management provides a common system for self-booking to the job centres that they have a duty to use and to support the fact that citizens through my Page in the Job network can itself

1) booing conversations, but not job interviews, where the unemployment fund is participating and events in the job centres ; and

2) any rebooty calls for which the job centres have been convened, but not job interviews, where the unemployment fund is participating.

Paragraph 2. By default, the common system provides a one-way calendar integration at the disposal of the job centres so that self-bookings and rebookings are sent to the job centre's electronic calendar system as meeting reserves in the individual calendars of each road.

Paragraph 3. The Labor Market and Recruitment management provides information from the common data basis using a web service or print service so that the municipality by agreement with its own print supplier can create letters and so on to citizens when the job centres calls citizens to talks through the common system for booking. The municipality itself is responsible for concluding an agreement with an IT provider for integration into this web service and about the formation of letters, including mail and digital transit.

Paragraph 4. Each municipality is each data controller in relation to the use of the common system locally and in the processing of information on its own citizens.

Paragraph 5. The functioning of the labour market and the Recruitment are responsible for key processing activities in the common system and for the safety of the system, including the construction and operation of the system in such a way as to ensure that sufficient information is available ; data security to meet the requirements of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data and the Security Executive Order.

§ 13. The costs of operation, maintenance and development of the common system for self-booking will be borne by the Business Market Management and Recruitment Management.

Paragraph 2. The local authorities shall bear in particular the costs of integration to the sub-circuit board, the formation of letters, shipping, etc., cf. § 12, paragraph 1. 3.

Chapter 4

Registration of the job centre and reporting of target groups and so on and on-and reporting as a working party

Registration and reporting of contact groups

§ 14. The job center has a duty to record and report information on which persons are covered by the contact groups referred to in section 15.

Paragraph 2. The job center has a duty to record and report information related to-and reporting as a business-seeker.

§ 15. Registration and reporting shall be carried out on the following person ' s persons :

1) Contact Group 1 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 1 (a daily cash receivers) as well as recipients of temporary labour market performance.

2) Contact Group 2 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 2 and 3 (cash benefit recipients not included in the integration program).

3) Contact Group 3 : Cash benefit recipients covered by the integration program, after the integration rule, section 16 (4). 2.

4) Contact Group 4 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 4, and which receives the revalidation service (revalidation).

5) Contact Group 5 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Ef2, nr. 4, and which will participate in a revalidation process (revalidated).

6) Contact Group 6 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Ef2 Section 2, nr. Five, and which has become a sickness benefit before 5. January 2015.

7) Contact group 7 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 7 and receiving unemployment service.

8) Contact group 8 : No service reported-that is, people who do not receive public service provision and who want to be enrolled in a workplace-seeking.

9) Inmitter : People who want to be signed up for work during the period before they can have unemployment benefits and which are recorded in contact group 8.

10) Contact group 10 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment E2, section 2, nr. 7 and employed in a flex job by old or new system (flexing job).

11) Contact Group 11 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 11 (Resource Expiration Event Receivers).

12) Persons covered by the law of the free-up training scheme which has used their daily allowance.

13) Contact group 12 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Ef2 Section 2, nr. 12 and 13 (recipients of training aid).

14) Contact group 13 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 14 (people who, in the context of a job clarification, receive resource flow allowance).

15) Contact Group 14 : People covered by the Act on active employment action, section 2, nr. 6 (persons under the age of age of age with durable limitations in the labor capacity receiving early retirement after the law of social pensions, or by law of the highest, middle, higher and ordinary early retirement pension, etc., and which are not in a position to maintain or achieve employment at reduced rates under normal conditions in the labour market (early retirement)).

16) Contact Group 15 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 8 (people with disabilities, cf. the law on compensation for disabled persons in occupation, etc., which has carried out an education of at least 18 months of age eligible for inclusion in an unemployment fund and which has not obtained employment after up to two years after the training of the training ; completion and a lack of professional experience in the area of work which the training qualifies for).

21) Contact group 20 : People covered by law on active employment action chapter 9 b (mentor), sections 74, 76, 77 and 100 (receive aid), section 99 or 102 (employed who receive action after ~ § 99 or 102) or receive personal assisting in the case of compensation for disabled persons in professions and employed persons or family-made foreigners who are providing themselves with employment and which, following the Integration Act, Section 16 (2). 3 has a duty to dance training, cf. § 21and is not covered by one of the other contact groups after paragraph 15.

(22) Contact Group 21 : People covered by the Act of Active Employment Estate § § 98 c-98 g (People having Education Agreement as adult-adult)

23) Contact Group 22 : People covered by the Act on an active employment action ~ § 98 a-98 b (people employed as job rotary temp).

24) Contact Group 23 : People subject to law on senior jobs (people who are employed in the senior job by law on senior job (senior) jobs).

25) Contact group 24 : People (from employment) are included in the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 5 (People from Jobs who receive daily allowances under the law of sickness benefits).

26) Contact group 25 : People (from unemployment) covered by the Act of Active Employment Ef2, nr. 5 (People from leery who receive daily allowances under the law of sickness benefits).

27) Persons covered by the law of cash benefits.

§ 16. Information about which contact group is subject to shall be recorded and reported on the same day as the person shall be covered by the contact group.

Paragraph 2. When a person no longer receives a grant or is no longer subject to one of the groups referred to in section 15, it shall be recorded and reported by the person at the end of the day, that is, the last day the person receives the benefit or is subject to one of them ; mentioned groups. Enrollment as an applicant or a recipient of cash or training aid

§ 17. The enrollment of a daily allowance shall be registered by the person even digital via the job, or the person may request the job centre or the unemployment fund to carry out this registration in the common data basis.

Paragraph 2. The enrollment of the occupational service shall be recorded and reported by the unemployment fund in the common data basis.

Paragraph 3. The enrollment or registration shall be registered by the person even digital via the Job network, or the person may request the job center to carry out this registration in the common data basis.

Paragraph 4. The registration or registration as a recipient of cash benefits or training aid shall be registered and reported by the job centre or performance centre in the common data basis.

Paragraph 5. For applicants and recipients of cash benefits and training assistance in the event of a replacement group, the job centre must register-and enrolment by notification of an active employment performance.

Paragraph 6. The following information shall be recorded and reported in the context of registration :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Date of registration.

3) The addition of the formula.

Paragraph 7. The following information shall be recorded and reported in connection with a statement :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Date of dispatch. Enrollment can take place on the date of registration and up to 30 days ahead of time.

3) Reason for dispatch.

Paragraph 8. Persons covered by the free-to-use training scheme, which have exhausted their daily allowance, shall be enrolled in administrative as a contact group 2 (cash receivers) with a visitation group 1 (job clear).

Niner. 9. Persons covered by the Act of Cash in which their entitlement to benefits or entitlement to temporary labour market benefits may be enrolled in administrative as a contact group 2 (cash receivers) with a visitation group 1 (job-ready).

Chapter 5

Registration and reporting of calls for calls for conversations and so on

Detection and reporting of calls

20. The following information shall be recorded and reported on all concitations and shall be reported :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Date, start, and end time for the conversation or follow up.

4) Conversation or follow-up type (job interview, follow-up conversation, etc.).

5) Converting or follow-up location (location).

Paragraph 2. Paragraph 1, no. Paragraph 1 shall not apply to job calls with the participation of the unemployment fund to which the job centre has been called.

Paragraph 3. The job center is transmitting lists to the shared data basis by cpr. no. of persons convened by the common self-bookings system.

The job centre ' s professional system must be able to receive information from the common self-booking system

§ 22. The JobCenter IT system must receive the following information from the shared self-bookings, cf. § 12 :

1) The information referred to in sections 12, 20 and 21.

2) The citizen's mark of the citizen has seen the call of the job centre call.

3) The citizen's indication of a new meeting time.

Chapter 6

Registration and reporting of the job centre on held talks, and the business and matchmaking and matching assessments etc.

Duty to register and report

-23. The job center has a duty to record and report information relating to the interviews held by the job centre and the following information :

1) the matching group for which a person is subject, cf. statement of the match, or

2) the visitation group a person is subject to, cf. sections 2 and 3 in the notice of active employment performance.

Paragraph 2. conversations must be reported :

1) In accordance with Chapter 7, 13 and 13 (d) in the law on active employment.

2) Other conversations with people covered by section 15, except for conversations with people in Contact Group 6, 24 and 25.

Paragraph 3. Information on a held discussion shall, as far as possible, be recorded and reported on the same day as the call has been held.

§ 24. Registration and reporting shall be carried out on the following person ' s persons :

1) Contact Group 1 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 1 (a daily cash receivers) as well as recipients of temporary labour market performance.

2) Contact Group 2 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 2 and 3 (cash benefit recipients not included in the integration program).

3) Contact Group 3 : Cash benefit recipients covered by the integration program, after the integration rule, section 16 (4). 2.

4) Contact Group 4 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 4, and which receives the revalidation service (revalidation).

5) Contact Group 5 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Ef2, nr. 4, and which will participate in a revalidation process (revalidated).

6) Contact group 7 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 7 and receiving unemployment service.

7) Contact group 8 : No service reported-that is, people who do not receive public service provision and who want to be enrolled in a workplace-seeking.

8) Contact group 10 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment E2, section 2, nr. 7 and employed in a flex job by old or new system (flexing job).

9) Contact Group 11 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 11 (Resource Expiration Event Receivers).

10) Persons covered by the law of the free-up training scheme which has used their daily allowance.

11) Contact group 12 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Ef2 Section 2, nr. 12 and 13 (recipients of training aid).

12) Contact group 13 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 14 (people who, in the context of a job clarification, receive resource flow allowance).

13) Contact Group 14 : People covered by the Act on active employment action, section 2, nr. 6 (persons under the age of age of age with durable limitations in the labor capacity receiving early retirement after the law of social pensions, or by law of the highest, middle, higher and ordinary early retirement pension, etc., and which are not in a position to maintain or achieve employment at reduced rates under normal conditions in the labour market (early retirement)).

14) Contact Group 15 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 8 (people with disabilities, cf. the law on compensation for disabled persons in occupation, etc., which has carried out an education of at least 18 months of age eligible for inclusion in an unemployment fund and which has not obtained employment after up to two years after the training of the training ; completion and a lack of professional experience in the area of work which the training qualifies for).

Information to be registered and reported

§ 25. The following information shall be recorded and reported by all conversations :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Date of retention of the conversation.

3) The intercom type.

4) The intercom.

5) For job interviews : the Agreement between the person and the job center of the continued contact flow etcetera after notification of an active employment action Section 32 (3). 1, no. 5, as well as any special effort after notification of an active employment action, section 32 (2). 2.

6) For other types of interlocutors : any agreements on the course of progress except for agreements and plans covered by Chapter 10.

7) For persons covered by the notification on the match, the result of the match is reported in the form of the match.

8) For persons in Contact Group 2, 3 and 12, the visitation assessment shall be reported in the form of the visitation group.

9) Persons who receive temporary occupational labor are registered administratively with Matching Group 1.

Paragraph 2. The total number of records shall be recorded and reported 7 days back in time. The Match Group is valid from the date of registration. The Visitation Group has effect from the registration date.

Paragraph 3. Early follow-up requests are recorded and reported as a human group market. The person group market is used : early follow-up-fast track.

Paragraph 4. For persons covered by section 24, nr. 1, pass the information to the citizen's a case.

SECTION 26. At the first request, with a request for assistance at the job center and on changes to a person's matching and visitation group at different times than when a conversation is recorded and reported, the following information shall be recorded :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Date of retention of the conversation.

3) The intercom type.

4) The intercom.

5) Any agreements between the person and the job center.

6) For persons covered by the notification on the match, the result of the match is reported in the form of the match.

7) For persons in Contact Group 2, 3 and 12, the assessment shall be reported in the form of the visitation group.

§ 27. For all groups where the municipality pays for the benefit of the benefit, the date of the first contact with the request for assistance shall first be provided by the following :

6) Approval status of the resume.

Paragraph 2. The municipality also has the ability to report contracts with the person on the CD.

Paragraph 3. Resume/CV conversations are displayed for the citizen on My Page in the Job Net.

Chapter 8

Registration and reporting of the job centre and the absence and exemptions etc.

Registration and reporting

§ 31. The job centre has a duty to record and report information on the absence and exemptions resulting from the law on active employment, law on active social policy, law on sickness benefits, on the integration of foreigners in Denmark and the law on employment ; Cash benefits.

Paragraph 2. The job center also has a duty to record and report information about persons employed in senior job.

§ 32. Registration and reporting shall be carried out on the following person ' s persons :

8) Contact Bucket 8 : No benefit-it would say people who do not receive public service provision and who want to be signed up for work, except for people covered by Contact Group 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, cf. section 15.

9) Contact group 10 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment E2, section 2, nr. 7 and employed in a flex job by old or new system (flexing job).

§ 33. The reasons for the absence or remission shall be recorded and reported for each contact group and other groupings in accordance with Annex 1.

Paragraph 2. Registration and reporting shall take place on the same day as the cause of the absence of the local authority's knowledge or approval of the exemption shall take place.

Paragraph 3. In the case of persons covered by the free-to-use training scheme, which has exhausted their daily allowance, the start date shall be set to the day after day termination. In the case of persons covered by the Act of Entangement, the start date shall be set to the day following day-end termination or termination of the right to temporary labour market performance.

Paragraph 4. For each person, the following information shall be notified :

Paragraph 2. Early follow-up requests are recorded and reported as a human group sales, cf. paragraph 3-6. The person group market is used : early follow-up-fast track.

Paragraph 3. If the person is not registered in Contact Group 24, when using unsupported employment, the person in Contact Group 8 is recorded in Contact Group 8 (without service).

Paragraph 4. On sick leave from a flex job (Contact Group 10), the person in the existing contact group remains until medical benefits is granted.

Paragraph 5. On sick leave from a senior job (Contact Group 23), the person in the existing contact group remains until medical care is granted.

Paragraph 6. On sick leave, the person remains in the existing contact group until the sickness benefits are granted.

$35. The following information shall be reported for each of the following information :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Municipality code for reporting municipality.

3) The date of the follow-up call or other follow-up.

4) Follow-up form, including follow-up without contact with the sygeman-filled (standby).

5) Nursing business theory.

6) Any agreements on the course of progress except for agreements and plans covered by Chapter 10.

§ 36. Follow-up conversations and other conversations are shown to the citizen on My Page in the Job Net.

Chapter 10

The local authority's registration and on-line reporting and reception of job plans, training schemes etc. and employment measures

§ 37. The municipality has a duty to record and report information related to job plans, contracts with sickness benefits receivers in category 2 on employment objectives and employment measures, training schemes and employment measures, including training, after :

1) 9 and 9 (9) b-13 in the field of active employment.

2) ~ § 21 b and 98 b-99 in the law on active employment performance.

3) Paragraph 116 of the Act on active employment.

4) ~ § 21 and 23 a-23 d in the integration Act.

5) Promise of the education system for unemployed who have exhausted their daily allowance.

6) Act of conforcement.

Paragraph 2. The municipality may report information related to the task of the rehabilitation plan, cf. § 30 (1) (a) Five, in the field of active employment. This is done by inscription in the text field of the schedule type rehabilitation plan. However, tenders which form part of the rehabilitation plan must be reported as employment measures, cf. § 39, paragraph. 3-9.

Paragraph 3. The municipality has a duty to report information relating to aids provided for aid under section 74 concerning the working equipment and the less workplace notification after section 76-77 and 100 in the Act of active employment.

Paragraph 4. The municipality has a duty to receive the information provided for in paragraph 1. 1 if a citizen of the person who is on the person after ~ 38 moves to the municipality.

§ 38. Information shall be recorded and reported for the following person ' s activities :

§ 42. Data for persons covered by section 2, no. 1, 12 and 13, in the Act of Active Employment and Cash Recipient Recipients included in the integration programme and obtained a training scheme in step 3, will be forwarded to the Education Ministry's ungedatabase. § 48. Registration and reporting shall be carried out on the following person ' s persons :

1) Contact Group 1 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 1 (a-day money contestants).

2) Contact Group 2 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 2 and 3 (cash benefit recipients not included in the integration program).

3) Contact Group 11 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 11 (Resource Expiration Event Receivers).

4) Parts of contact group 12 : People covered by the Act on active employment action, section 2, nr. 13 (recipients of training aid).

5) Contact group 13 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 14 (people who, in the context of a job clarification, receive resource flow allowance).

6) Parts of contact group 24 : People (from employment) are covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 5 (People from Jobs who receive daily allowances under the law of sickness benefits and are searched to health benefits category 3).

In cases where whole or part of the employment effort has been transferred to another actor or part of the municipal management than the job centre, the municipality shall be responsible for registrations that the job center or municipality has a duty to : make after this notice, shall be carried out.

Use

§ 51. The data reported is used by the Business Market Business and Recruiting Statistics Data Warehouse as well as of the common data basis for the Labor Market and Recruitment Management, cf. sections 32 and 38 of the organisation and support of the employment effort and so on.

Paragraph 2. Data on india level is disclosed to other public authorities, including Statistics Denmark.

Logging and reporting method

§ 52. The data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Business Market Management and Recruitment Management. The report for the common data basis takes place via the IT functionality that is made available by the Labor Market Service and Recruitment.

Paragraph 4. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, for information covered by Chapter 11, shall be used for file transfers through the Work Market and the Recruitment ftp server.

TITLE III

Data Areas of the Unemployment Cases

Chapter 14

The registration and reporting of the unemployment rate and reporting, dispatch, date of entry, date of expiry of the daily allowance, etc.

§ 53. The unemployment fund shall provide daily allowance receivers and recipients of temporary occupational performance as a jobseeker in accordance with the rules of section 17 (3). One, two and six.

Paragraph 2. For all reports of the earliest date of expiry of a daily allowance or temporary occupational performance, the following information shall be reported as follows :

2) Expected and actual date for the earliest expiration of the daily allowance or temporary occupational performance.

3) Benefit type as the earliest expiration date of the day-type or temporary occupational performance is related.

4) A cartridge code for the reporting unemployment rate.

§ 57. When graduates begin to receive unemployment benefits, the unemployment fund shall ensure that the person is registered as a daily allowance to the daily allowance of the daily allowance.

§ 71. The job center has a duty to record and report events and information necessary for the management of the rules of unemployment in the law on unemployment insurance and so on, cf. Section 104 of the Act of Active Employment and Chapter 19 in the announcement of an active employment service.

§ 72. Registration and reporting shall be carried out on the following person ' s persons :

1) Contact Group 1 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 1 (a daily cash receivers) as well as recipients of temporary labour market performance.

2) Members of an unemployment rate, which is placed in a flex job, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. For members of an unemployment rate, which is placed in a flex job, the registration and reporting shall be recorded only after section 70.

§ 73. For events that appear in section 122 to 126 and section 129 and 130 in the notice of active employment action, registration and reporting shall be recorded on the same day or not later than the day after the event has taken place.

§ 74. For incidents where a person covered by section 72 is not from, decks, or terminates in an offer shall be reported after cap. Ten and the event are marked separately in the message from the common data basis to the unemployment fund.

§ 75. For incidents that appear in section 122 to 125, section 126 for failure to participate in the preparation or revision of the job plan and section 129 and 130 in the notice of active employment action, the following shall be reported as follows : information :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Municipality code for reporting municipality.

3) The event date.

4) The event type.

5) Possible cause of the event.

6) Any detailed comment on the event in a free text.

Paragraph 2. In the case of references to the references of persons with a view to employment in ordinary employment, employment with payroll benefits, corporate sprays or useful work, other than the information provided for in paragraph 1 shall be that of the information provided for in paragraph 1. 1, the following shall be reported :

1) Identification details for the company.

2) Information about the job.

Paragraph 3. When the person moves to another municipality, the Business Market and Recruitment Management Board information for the relocation municipality of the renotion municipality will be communicated.

SECTION 76. The job centre ' s IT system must be designed in such a way as to automatically take place when the actual event or entry is correctly recorded in the IT system that is used for the case processing.

§ 77. The data referred to in Section 71 shall be recorded electronically in the administrative systems of the local authority so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment information and payment information for the persons concerned.

§ 78. The data reported is used by the Business Market Business and Recruiting Statistics Data Warehouse as well as of the common data basis for the Labor Market and Recruitment Management, cf. sections 32 and 38 of the organisation and support of the employment effort and so on.

Paragraph 2. Data on india level is disclosed to the unemployment fund of the person concerned and other public authorities, including Statistics Denmark.

§ 79. The data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Business Market Management and Recruitment Management. The report for the common data basis takes place via the IT functionality that is made available by the Labor Market Service and Recruitment.

Paragraph 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, used by using the interfaces (web services) that the Work market and Recruitment management have developed, cf. § § 6-8.

Chapter 21

The use of the unemployment rate for digital communication to the exchange of information between unemployment rates, the common IT-based data base and job centers

$80. The unemployment fund has a duty to record and report information after Section 106 of the Act on an active employment action and Chapter 20 of the active employment performance of its members in order to update the common position ; data layers and for the administration of the job centre in accordance with the law on active employment and the provisions laid down in accordance with this law.

Paragraph 2. The information shall be recorded and reported on the same day as the information provided to the knowledge of the unemployment rate or as a decision of the unemployment fund shall be recorded.

§ 81. The unemployment fund has a duty to receive and treat.

1) information on the status of its members in the joint data basis,

2) the work centre ' s information in accordance with Chapter 19 of the announcement of an active employment effort ; and

3) the information provided by other actors in accordance with section 5 of the notice of other actors.

$82. Details of sections 76 and 77 will be exchanged electronically via the IT functionality made available by the Labor Market Service and Recruitment.

Paragraph 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, must be used by either :

1) use the interfaces (web services) which have developed in accordance with the work market and the Recruitment management. § § 1-3,

2) to use the browser-based registration solution in the Work Market Portal, or

3) File transfers via ftp server.

Paragraph 3. File transfer may only be used for information in which the Labor Market and Recruitment Management does not provide a Web service for the exchange.

Chapter 22

Digital communications concerning sick and discarniings for citizens who are granted sickness benefits

§ 83. The municipality has a duty to report, receive and address the following information on sick and discarding information from the joint data basis concerning citizens who are granted sickness benefits :

1) First sick day.

2) Last sick day.

3) The date of notification for a sick or amnication.

4) The date of registration for a sick or amnishing report.

5) The unique key for each sygeman (UUID).

§ 84. Reporting after section 83 is made online by the appropriation of sickness benefits. The local authority is simultaneously performing lookup in the common data basis to receive information after section 83.

Paragraph 2. On lookup for paragraph 1. 1 returns the municipality's IT system a unique key (UUID) for the absence of the shared data basis.

Paragraph 3. If there is no post-post. 2 already available, the local authority's IT system will subsequently automatically receive notification when a report is detected in the common data basis.

§ 85. The digital communication with the common data basis after sections 83 and 84 is provided via the IT functionality made available by the Labor Market Service and Recruitment.

Paragraph 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, used by using the interfaces (web services) that the Work market and Recruitment management have developed, cf. § § 6-8.

Chapter 23

Company data

§ 86. The JobCentre's IT system must be able to receive the following information from the common data basis across the municipality limits so that data is available to the job center :

1) Establishing provisions on special conditions (payroll, flex job, adult pupils, service jobs and jobrotations temporary carers) and business-spraying and retrenches for the past two years so that the job center has available information on, on which establishments have been placed residents of the municipality and across municipality limits.

2) Data about the job's job lookup in the Job network for the last two years.

§ 87. The data must be able to be received weekly in the format or information specified in section 82 (s) of the Business Market and the Recruitment. 1 through the interfaces (web service) that the Labor Market and Recruitment Management have developed, cf. § § 6-8.

TITLE VI

Other reports

Chapter 24

Reporting of training information

§ 88. The Ministry of Education shall report training information to the Labor Market Management and Recruitment Management, cf. § 43, paragraph. 1, no. 1, in the order of the organization and support of the employment effort, etc.

$89. Information about training for the following person shall be reported : People aged 15 to 29 years of age.

§ 90. For each person under 30 years, the following shall be reported :

1) Identification details for the person who is attending the training.

2) Education code for the identification of training.

3) Start and end time of training.

4) Status code of the training, including whether there is a risk of disruption of training, whether the training has been enrolled, suspended, or completed.

§ 91. The data reported is used by the Business Market Business and Recruiting Statistics Data Warehouse as well as of the common data basis for the Labor Market and Recruitment Management, cf. sections 32 and 38 of the organisation and support of the employment effort and so on.

Paragraph 2. Data at an indication level of training from the Labor Market and Recruiting Joint Data Layer, cf. § 42, paragraph. 2.in the organisation and support of the employment effort, etc. is disclosed in the case of own citizens of the municipalities.

Chapter 25

Reporting of health information

§ 92. The State Serum Institute is reporting health information to the Labor Market Management and Recruitment Management, cf. § 43, paragraph. 1, no. 5, in the organisation and support of the employment effort and so on.

§ 93. Health information shall be reported on the following persons : People aged 15 to 64 age in the age group, which are covered by the Act of Active Employment Action, section 2 or receive cash benefits and are included in the integration programme following the integration bill.

$94. For each person, the following :

1) From the national or psychiatric register : Identification information for the person, as well as all contacts with the health care system, beginning and end date and associated diagnosis.

2) From the Social Security Register : Identification information for the person, as well as all contacts for practitioners and specialist physician, distributed among specialities and the time of contact.

3) From the national alcohol-processing register and the register of drug addicts in processing : Identification information for the person, and the start and end date of processing and processing type.

§ 95. The data reported is used by the Business Market Labor and Recruitment for Analysis and Statistics purposes in the Business Market Management and Recruitment statistical data warehouse, cf. Section 38 of the organisation and support of the employment effort and so on.

TITLE VII

Entry into force

Chapter 26

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 96. The announcement will enter into force on the 23rd. March 2015, cf. however, paragraph 1 2-5.

Paragraph 2. Report after paragraph 39, paragraph 1. 7 and 8, may be done from 23. March 2015, and shall begin at the latest on 29. June 2015.

Paragraph 3. Report after chapter 12 may be made from 23. March 2015 and no later than 11 shall be commence. January 2016.

Paragraph 4. Registration and reporting after section 15, nr. Twenty-seven, paragraph 17, paragraph 17. 9, section 19, nr. 26, section 24, number 23, section 24, nr. 23, section 29, no. 4, section 32, nr. 26, section 33, paragraph. THREE, TWO. PC, section 37, paragraph. 1, no. 6, section 38, no. 26, section 43, paragraph. 2, section 44 (4). 1, no. 4, enter into force 29. June 2015.

Paragraph 5. Registration and reporting as referred to in section 39 (3). 4, no. 6 and 7, section 39, paragraph. 5, no. 7, and Chapter 15,16 and 18 shall enter into force 1. July, 2015.

Paragraph 6. Confining agreements, cf. Section 6 (2). 1, concluded between the FDA and the data controller shall apply until the contract is terminated or until a new Connection Agreement is concluded between the Labor Market and the Recruitment Management and the Data Manager.

Paragraph 7. Publication no. 1594 of 23. December 2014 on the common data basis and statistical data warehouse for the employment service shall be repealed, cf. however, paragraph 1 8.

Paragraph 8. Chapter 25 of the Order No! 1594 of 23. December 2014 on the common data basis and statistical data warehouse for employment efforts shall be applicable to 31. March 2015.
