In accordance with section 15 (1). 5, Law No. No. 1362 of 16. December 2014 for higher-level artistic educational establishments at the Ministry of Culture shall be fixed as follows :

Institution and structure of the institution

§ 1. The announcement concerns the Danish National Scenario School Board.

Paragraph 2. The Danske Scene Academy is made up of five educational establishments : Copenhagen, Odense, Fredericia, Aarhus and Odsherred (Nykøbing Sj.).

Principal

§ 2. The institution is led by a principal who has overall responsibility for the institution's overall business.

Paragraph 2. The principal shall be responsible for the management of the institution ' s educational, artistic and artistic development undertaking ' s activities and administration and staff.

Paragraph 3. The principal shall take a decision in all cases not by law of the Minister for Culture or the institutions ' collegial bodies.

The principal shall set up a dialogue with all departments and educational establishments with an organizational structure of the institution suitable for ensuring the local management and organizational influence to develop local departments and educational establishments ; most appropriate within the framework of the entire institution.

Paragraph 8. The principal must ensure that the organisational framework is suitable to ensure the fulfillments of the needs of the students in a variety of training and study environments with different professional profiles and that the institution can fulfil its purpose and its discharge ; its current and future tasks as higher education instituting institutions.

Niner. 9. The principal may charge the collegiate bodies and the institution of the institution to discuss and issue an opinion on matters of importance to the institution.

Paragraph 10. The principal is insure that the decisions taken by the collegial bodies are legal.

§ 3. The principal is set up by the Minister of Culture for a period of five years.

Paragraph 2. The recruiting service can be extended. The Prolonal must be submitted by the Ministry of Culture to the opinion of the Ministry of Culture. In this case, the principal is temporarily appointed by the school council, and the Council is acting as a temporary chairman. At ease in a functional period, the Minister of Culture is constituting a temporary principal for a maximum of 1 year.

Prorector

§ 4. The principal shall appoint a prortor of the institution's permanent leaders. The Prorector must be from another institution's educational place other than the educational office where the principal has head office.

Paragraph 2. A Prorector shall be appointed for a period of time which shall not be longer than the principal's employment. Recipitation may take place.

Paragraph 3. The Prorector biendoes the headmaster and is the principal's proxy.

§ 5. The school council is the institution's upper collegiate body.

Paragraph 2. The school council discusses and gives a statement to the principal about :

1) long-term establishment and development of the institution ;

2) the organisation and structure of the institution ;

3) study arrangements,

4) the institution ' s budget and accounts ;

5) all matters that are of major importance for the organisation and organisation of the institution ; and

6) Proposers for legal rules which are important for the institution.

§ 6. The school council, composed of 1 President and 12 members, shall be composed in the following manner :

1) Headmaster, as chairman,

2) 5 representatives of the permanent pedagogical / artistic staff,

3) 5 representatives of students and

4) 2 representative of the technical administrative staff.

Paragraph 2. The schools of schools must have at least one representative from each of the places of training.

Paragraph 3. Elections to the school can take place immediately after the beginning of the training year.

Paragraph 4. Representatives of the pedagogical / artistic staff are elected by and among the institution's permanent pedagogical / artistic staff. The representatives of the pedagogical / artistic staff must represent 4 different educational establishments.

Paragraph 5. Representatives of students are elected by and among the institution's full-time students. The representatives of the students are to represent four different educational establishments.

Paragraph 6. The representative of the technical and administrative staff shall be chosen by the technical and administrative staff of the staff.

Paragraph 7. The employees are elected for two years. The students are chosen for one year. Genchoices can take place. For each member of the school council, apart from the principal, a suppleant is chosen. The Supple must come from the same training place as the selected member.

Paragraph 8. In the event of a headmaster's decline, the ordertor shall take part in the meetings of the school council and act as President.

§ 7. The school council is meeting, so often the headmaster does have occasion to do so, but at least twice a year. The principal must, however, convene a meeting when at least 4 members in writing request that. The members of the Council have held meetings for the Council meetings. Legislative decrees must be reported to the principal.

Paragraph 2. The school council is a quorum when at least eight of its members are present, including the headmaster. Decisions shall be taken by the majority voting. If the votes are equal, the voice of the principal or the ororectors is crucial.

Paragraph 3. The school council provides for its own rules of procedure.

§ 8. The principal may set up committees, council and the like for the treatment of certain cases and appoint representatives from the institution to these.

Studiene-Asleep

§ 9. The institution shall establish one or more student loans, including in order to ensure the co-determination and participation of students and teachers in education and training.

Paragraph 2. In each student unit, one or more education is placed. The principal shall decide on the establishment and decommissioning of the student council after the opinion of the school year, cf. Section 5 (5). 2, no. 2.

Paragraph 3. The Studiene Board consists of a large number of permanent pedagogical / artistic staff and full-time students, but at least three representatives from each. The representatives of the pedagogical / artistic staff are selected for 2 years. The representatives of the students are selected for one year. Genchoices can take place. For each member, a suppleant is selected.

Paragraph 4. Headmaster, orortor and managers who are responsible for planning training cannot be members of a student oven.

Paragraph 5. The Board of Students shall elect a Chairman of the representatives of the educational / artistic staff of the pedagogical staff.

Paragraph 6. The Board of Studiences is a quorum, when more than half of the members of the Board are present. In voting, the President's voice is crucial.

Paragraph 7. The student-chair chair calls for the student-to-be-the-school-to-the-school. A meeting shall be convenalled when the chairman or at least 2 of the members are requested to do so.

Paragraph 8. The Board of Studiene shall draw up its own rules of procedure within the guidelines given by the principal.

§ 10. The Study Board shall be responsible for the principal of the professional level of education, organisation and implementation according to the applicable provisions.

Paragraph 2. The Board of Studiene shall give an attitude to the principal in cases of derogation from the student schemes established by the institution.

Paragraph 3. The Board of Studiene shall give an attitude to the school board on the guidance systems provided for in the guidelines given by the principal.

Paragraph 4. The studio's giving a statement to the Headmaster about the recasting of external censors.

Transicement and entry into force

§ 11. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. April 2015.
