Notice Concerning Obtainment Of Certificate Of Child Recruitment And Employment Of Individuals With Authorities, Institutions, Associations, Etc. Within The Culture Ministry's Competence

Publication of the establishment and employment of persons in authorities, institutions, associations, etc. in the field of the Ministry of Culture, institutions, institutions, associations, etc.

In accordance with section 2 (2), 1 and 4, in the case of child certification in connection with the recruitment of personnel and so on, cf. Law Order no. 362 of 2. April 2014, set :

§ 1. Agencies, institutions, associations, etc. in the field of the Ministry of Culture shall obtain child certification before they hire or employ persons who, as part of the performance of their tasks, have direct contact with children under 15 years of age ; persons who, in the course of carrying out their duties, have been caught between children under the age of 15, thereby allowing direct contact with these children in accordance with the circumstances in which they are carried out. § 2.

Paragraph 2. The introduction of a child certificate shall be in accordance with the rules applicable to such certificates in section 36 of the Notice concerning the processing of personal data in the Central Criminal Register (the Criminal Investigation Register), including the information relating to the information referred to in the Central Criminal Register of the Information Centre, has notified written consent to the entry into question.

§ 2. The following authorities, institutions, associations and so on have a duty to obtain child certification for persons, cf. § 1, to act as trainers, instructors, team leaders, teachers, children's passing, intermediaries, janitors, caraps, caricaters, teaching assistants and other technical staff, including assistants, temporary carers, deputies and students practised in the case of an intern ; fixed association, cf. Section 2 (2) of the law. 1 :

1) Sport associations and associations and other associations in which a physical activity is carried out for the practiseholder.

2) Simplifications and other federations in which there is a mind sport or e-sport.

3) Music schools.

4) Ballet and dance schools.

5) Rideschools and ridecenters.

6) Motion and fitness centers.

7) Museums.

8) Zoological facilities and animal parks.

9) Art dealer.

10) Helper Organizations / charitable organizations.

11) Orchets and glee club.

12) Theatre and theatric schools.

13) Author schools for children and young people.

14) Filmschools for children and young people.

15) Schools for creative craftsmanship.

16) Radio and TV stations.

17) Libraries with children's departments, material collections or activities for children.

18) People's information associations and districts which receive grants or public accommodation under the law of support for public awareness education, voluntary public information, and college education and college education, as well as in the University of People's College, (The public information bill) which is not covered by No 2. 1-17.

(19) Country organisations and their local associations receiving public funds pursuant to the publication of the award of grants to social and subsidised youth organisations, as well as guidelines for own-initiative support which are not covered by No 2. 1-18.

Paragraph 2. Paragraph 3. No children's certificate shall be obtained for a person referred to in paragraph 1. 1, if they are transferred to the second hire or employment within the same authority, institution, association, etc. The same applies if the person is either reemployed or reemployed when the association to the authority is disconnected or reemployed. the institution, the association, etc. is based on natural pauses, including the transition from one season to another or from one year to another.

§ 3. Intentional violation of section 2 is punishable by fine. However, this does not apply to infringements of the public administration authorities. Companies can be imposed on companies, etc. (legal persons) punishable by the rules of the penal code 5. Chapter.

Paragraph 2. Extremes covered by stk.1 shall be subject to the public authorities.

§ 4. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. April 2015.
