Completion of vocational training to chimney sweep

In accordance with Article 4 (4), 2, in the law of vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 157 of 17. February 2015, and, in part, after the decision of the Skorne, the professional committee of the Skorney parties, cf. Article 38 (3) of the law. 2, shall be determined :

Objectioning and division

§ 1. Vocational training for the chimney fairies is intended as a general purpose for students through school education and training to acquire knowledge and skills in the following major areas of competence :

1) Cleansing, debug and execution of oil-ready boilers and fixed fuel-fired boiler plants for fossil fuels, processing of target results, the guidance of customers on energy enhancement and execution of the work in accordance with the applicable ; Safety provisions.

2) The installation and repair of chimneys and purification, measuring and fire prevention control of crusts and all types of plant systems for firing and heating, canals, pipes and ventilation systems and their channel systems.

3) Service of oil-ready plants, and the arrangements for the control of biocombustion-fired boiler plants.

4) Cleaning and servicing biofuel-fired boiler installations for fixed and finded biofuels with associated safety and fuel-fumigation installations. Liquid and gaw-wering plants as well as flambom and combustion biofuels with associated drainage and tubes.

5) Cleaning and maintaining ventilation of ventilation systems, as well as service and advice on combustion, fire and environmental issues.

Paragraph 2. The student must reach the training goals laid down for the stage or speciality, cf. paragraph 3 and 4 the student has chosen.

Paragraph 3. The training includes Steps 1, Construction Technician, Level 3 of the Danish Qualification Framework for Lifelong Learning.

Paragraph 4. The training can be completed by step 1, cf. paragraph 3, or with the special chimney sweep, Level 4 of the Danish Qualification Framework for Lifelong Learning.

Duration

§ 2. The creation of two years to four years and six months, including the groundwork. The basic process cannot be replaced by basic practical training in a company.

Paragraph 2. For students to carry out vocational training for young people, the stage 1 of the training of training is 1, conforming technician, 1 year, of which school education accounts for at least five weeks in a period of at least one period. The specialty of education, chimney sweeping, two more years and six months of training, of which school education accounts for at least 15 weeks, distributed at least three periods of school.

Paragraph 3. For students to carry out training for adult vocational training (euv-flows), the stage 1 of the training of training is 1, a boiler site technician, 12 months, of which school education forms 3 weeks organized during at least one period of school. The educational speciality of the training shall be another two years, the school education forms 15 weeks.

Competencies prior to recording to school education in the main cycle

6) Legislation.

7) Documentation.

8) Work Planning.

9) Competente oil / biofuels (laggings composition and influence on the environment, the sizing of chimneys and fire places, and oil and bio-fuel components and the business eels).

10) Kettle and furnace (choice of boilers to fossil and biofuels, the calculation of the profitability and energy-economic optimization of kedelange;.

11) Skorstontechnic.

12) Cleansing technique.

13) Customer care.

14) Methodical (s) (chimneys, bioboilers, oil boilers, 4pa and pressure difference).

15) El-engineering.

Paragraph 3. The student must have the skills to use the following basic methods and tools for the solution of simple tasks under compliance with relevant regulations :

1) Methods : cooperation, choice of materials, tools and machines, information searches, drawing reading, assessing installations, chimneys and fires, customer contacts, report writing, work plantation, scabbing of chimney.

2) Redactions : relevant tools, drawings, measurements, materials, installations, chimes, fireplaces, fuel types and computer.

Paragraph 4. The student must have competence at the basic level to be able to :

1) To explain and distinguish between different basic professional methods and their relevance in specific contexts,

2) explain and evaluate different basic professional methods in relation to parameters such as environment, safety and quality,

3) choose, justify and practical use of the professional working methods which are most appropriate in a given situation,

4) justify the selected working methods in a given work process, including proposed changes or other methods ;

5) plan, coordinate, and perform an overly working process,

6) collaborate with others on the solution of tasks,

7) use innovative methods in the task of the task ;

8) To explain and apply existing professional documentation in a practical work process, such as a chart, use statistics, follow a guide,

9) develop general application of technical documentation such as work notes, own checks and the like,

10) document and disseminate its own working processes, methods and results ;

11) evaluate their own and other students ' s work processes, methods and results ;

12) assess different types of professional documentation in a variety of professional contexts ;

13) propose changes to the use of tools, professional methods, materials and so on,

14) use professional terms and concepts,

15) to analyse, describe and communicate professional conditions relevant to the training ;

16) searching and applying relevant information and procedure descriptions and

17) choose methods of communication and methods that have been taken to the consignee.

Paragraph 5. The student must have completed the following basic subject at the following level and with the following character :

1) Math at the F-Level, passed.

2) Natural at the F-Level, passed.

3) Danish on E level, passed.

Paragraph 6. The student must have obtained the following certificates or similar :

1) Competencies similar to first aid, between level, after Danish First Aid Training Plans per. 1. September, 2014.

2) Competencies corresponding to item-level fire control by the Danish Fire and the PFSP's Guidelines by 1. September, 2014.

3) Heat work, fire-generating equipment, corresponding to the Danish Fire and the PFSP ; 1. September, 2014.

Paragraph 7. The student must have the skills in correcting the following errors or deviations from a plan or standard :

1) Error on chimney and fire stations on poor combustion or sobbing.

2) Error detected by measurements and examination of fireplace and chimney.

Paragraph 8. Exes to implement education as training for adults, cf. Law 66 y, paragraph. 1, no. Paragraph 2 shall be exempt from the requirements referred to in paragraph 1. 5, no. 1 and 3 on the implementation of mathematics and Danish.

Main flow competencies

§ 4. The Commission's objectives for the main course are as follows :

1) The student may carry out troubleshooting, lawfully inspecting and cleaning oillified boiler plants and on the fuel-fired boiler plants that use fossil fuels.

2) The student can deal with results of measurements on boiler plants.

3) The student may calculate the profitability of kedelangees for guidance on energy-economic optimization.

4) The student may perform the work within the given time frames and in accordance with the safety rules and the working environment rules for materials, equipment, the direction of the work site, protective equipment and the person concerned.

5) The student can participate in technical and technical development of working methods and processes which can contribute to the promotion of entrepreneurship of entrepreneurship by involving international experiences.

6) The student can perform diagnostic and control measurement on combustion and ventilation.

7) The student may draw up and use necessary documentation on the correct execution of the work tasks, including the application of relevant literature, legislation, information technology and set of standards for the area and prepare reports.

8) The student may communicate in Danish in professional contexts.

9) The student can perform cleanup technical work, debug and repair at fireplaces and boilers.

10) The student can perform calculations and guide the customer on the environmental and energy consequences of the combustion of fire-fire.

12) The student may perform the purification of ventilation systems and assess the facility ' s functionality.

13) The student may carry out fire prevention.

14) The student can assess the physical conditions that determine the density of buildings in relation to the free-air flow to combustion.

15) The student can guide correctly on the correct material elections by the orientation and location of fireplaces.

16) The student can account for the selection of fuel types and their internal combustion.

17) The student may perform diagnostic and entry into biocombustion-fired boiler plants with associated delivery systems.

18) The student can approve new chimneys, fireplaces, firehouses and expansion conditions, and issue the commissioning authorisation.

(19) The student can guide the correct selection and production of chimneys and fireplaces, and the furbings of the boiler room.

20) The student can resolve mathematical and nature issues in professional context.

Paragraph 2. The Competency Targets no. 1-10, cf. paragraph 1 shall apply to all students at the main stage.

Paragraph 3. The Competency Targets no. 11-20, cf. paragraph One, applies to students in the specials chimney sweeping.

Paragraph 4. The collection of school and trainee business is described in the education system, cf. announcement of vocational training.

Accepting and merit

§ 5. Criteria for the school evaluation of whether there is a basis for the good writing on the basis of the student experience and training of the student and the provisions on merit is set out in Annex 1.

Paragraph 2. The educational process of the student is further short-cut to the extent that the pupils ' individual competences are based on it.

Final test

§ 6. As part of the final school period in the stage of training of training, the school technician, the school shall conduct a final test, consisting of a written test, a practical test and an oral test. Paragraph 3. In the stage 1 of the training stage 1, the construction technician, the written test will produce written test 2 hours and consists of issues in the field of primary and educational studies. The examination shall be drawn up by the school in consultation with the professional committee. Deacon shall not be used for the written test. The practical test lasts two and a half hours. The practical test is drawn up by the school in consultation with the professional committee. In the wake of the practical test, the oral sample is to be held, which lasts 15 minutes. Paragraph 4. In the specials of the chimney sweep, the written test will produce written test 2 hours and consists of issues in the field of primary and educational subjects. The written test and the theoretical project shall be drawn up by the school in consultation with the professional committee. The task of the theoretical project is allocated by drawing. The project shall be resolved within a period of two and a half days and shall be terminated by an oral test of 30 minutes. The practical test is carried out on an existing combustion plant with chimneys. The test shall be carried out within a maximum period of three and a half hours. The censors shall be present during the practical tests and the oral test.

Paragraph 5. In order to be able to issue a school certificate, the student must have obtained at least 02 in all the main courses of the main course. The student must also have passed every single one of the educational classes. For students who end the training with stage 1, kedelplant technician, each sub-test in the final test must be passed. For students who end the training with the special chimney sweep, each part sample in the Swedes must be passed. The final test of the Swedes will appear to be an average of all the parts of the group.

Paragraph 6. At the end of the training for boiler-plant technician (step 1) and at the end of the special chimney fairies, the school is issued a training certificate to the student, respectively, to the student as evidence that the pupil has acquired competence in the field of : the training.

Paragraph 7. In the case of labour market training, which is included in the training, the assessment shall be used : "passed / not pass"

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 7. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August 2015.

Paragraph 2. Alive that begins or has started the vocational training to date before 1. By August 2015, in accordance with transitional arrangements, set out by the school in the local training plan, shall be transferred to the training after this notice.

Criteria for euphemism

1. Criteria for the evaluation of the student have 2 years of relevant business experience, cf. § 66 y, paragraph. 1, in the law of vocational training,

24 months of professional experience in all the following areas :
Environmental and quality clean cleaning : oil beasts, boiler plants, incinerator, ventilation, boilers for fossil fuels, biocombustible dwls.
Scrape sweep and smoke cleansing.
Measurement of oil burners, fossil fuel and bio-combustion.
Troubleshooting oil burners, biocombustion systems.
Construction for boiler plants.
Kedelanworks understanding.
Bio-combustion regulation.
Exercion of the right to choose from environmentally sound burns.
The hosting of chimneys and knowledge of methods for this purpose.
Control of measuring equipment.
Reporting of the results of the measurements.
The chimney sweep is legally regulated so that only authorised chimney sweep companies are able to perform the chimney sweep in Denmark. It is therefore entirely possible to acquire sufficient professional experience through work in a chimney-feiding company. In the chimney sweep companies, only skilled workers are trained in the profession and apprentices. That is why it is not possible to have adequate professional experience in the area, unless there has been a lesson in the past, and that is why it is not possible to achieve relevant business experience, cf. § 66 y, paragraph. One, in the law of vocational training.
