Appendix 1 Criteria for euphemism

Completion of ports and terminal training

In accordance with Article 4 (4), 2, in the law of vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 157 of 17. February 2015, and, in part, according to the provision of the Transports Training (TURE), cf. Article 38 (3) of the law. 2, shall be determined :

Objectioning and division

§ 1. The vocational training in port and terminal is, as a general purpose, that students through school education and training gain knowledge and skills in the following general areas of competence :

1) All general work tasks in different port functions that characterise a port and terminal activity.

2) Handling, loading and stocking of goods, goods and materials.

3) Security, security, and work environment.

4) The planning and execution of ports and terminals.

Paragraph 2. The student must reach the training goals laid down for the stage or speciality, cf. paragraph 3 and 4 the student has chosen.

Paragraph 3. The training includes Steps 1, port aid, level 3 of the Danish Qualification Framework for Lifelong Learning.

Paragraph 4. The training can be completed by step 1, cf. paragraph 3, or with the special ports and terminal worker (step 2), level 4 of the Danish qualification framework for lifelong learning.

Duration

§ 2. The creation of two years to three years, including the basic process.

Paragraph 2. For students to carry out vocational training for young people, the stage 1 of the training of training is 1, dockwork, 1 year, of which school education forms 12.6 weeks in three periods of school. The area of training, port and terminal worker (Step 2), will last another 1 year, of which school education accounts for at least two periods of at least two periods of school.

Paragraph 3. For students to carry out training for adult vocational training (euv-flow), the stage 1 of the training of training is 1, the port helps, six months from which the school education class forms 12.6 weeks. The area of training, port and terminal work, for another six months, of which school education forms 15 weeks for the special ports and terminals.

Paragraph 4. The one in paragraph 1. 3 mentioned school education shall be divided into at least two periods of euv-flow after Article 66 y (1). 1, no. Two, in the law of vocational training.

Competencies prior to recording to school education in the main cycle

§ 3. In order to be admitted to the school education in the main, the student must, unless otherwise stated in paragraph 1, of the school. 7, fulfil the conditions laid down in paragraph 1 2-6.

Paragraph 2. The student must have basic knowledge in the following selected areas :

1) Typical work features in the industry area for training, including working conditions, working conditions, working hours, running, or rest rules, schedules, etc.

2) Structure and operation of the relevant work equipment.

3) Concepts in the structure and operation of relevant vehicles.

4) Landing parts, traffic congestion and transport infrastructure, as well as the major cities in Denmark, including urban and road maps, route tables and routing systems with and without GPS.

5) Security-correctional handling, surfing and stewing of piece of piece.

9) Concepts in logistics, including different governance principles, such as Supply Chain Management and Lean.

10) Logistics and logistics management in relation to the importance and use in the industry area.

11) Principles of customer service, including customer service contact in the transport industry.

12) The terms of education and training agreements, including the transport of students in the transport sector.

13) Parties to the social partners, the roles and division of responsibilities of the parties, including the management rights of employers and the roles of professional organisations and the A treasurer in relation to pay and working conditions, etc.

14) On-site and further training in the field of transport, including labour market education, higher education and higher education training.

15) Workplace assessment (APV) and factors affecting the work environment.

Paragraph 3. The student must have the skills to use the following basic methods and tools for the solution of simple tasks under compliance with relevant regulations :

1) Regular working tasks in the field of the trade sector.

2) Normal work tools and auxiliary equipment.

3) Daily inspection and security check for relevant vehicles and the reporting of errors and deficiencies.

4) Relevant transport routes, modes of transport and transport times for different types of transport.

5) Use of urban and road maps, route tables, and routing systems with and without GPS.

6) Handling, surfing and stewing of various relevant godsshapes in a secure and responsible manner, without prejudice to the goods.

7) Recreation of relevant burdens in a secure and responsiveable manner, without infliction of any damage.

8) Traffic traffic and the impact of speed, road-grip and surveillance as well as the concepts of response time, braking length and distance of the traffic in traffic in the field of traffic traffic and speed.

9) Risk assessment in the case of vehicles, road users and roads, and at the same time risk assessment in relation to different times and seasons.

10) Use of one or more of the following vehicles : the person car, lorry, tractor and forklift in closed areas where the driving law is not applicable, including in relation to general requirements and health requirements in relation to different types of goods ; driving licences and training opportunities.

11) Typical work assignments within the job area, based on knowledge of basic logistic concepts and governance principles.

12) Optimizing work processes within the job area in collaboration with others.

13) The Ager in relation to customers who require special attention and service level.

14) Service-oriented service, for example, in connection with delivery / receipt, telephone expedition, promotions, and other service tasks.

15) Service in relation to internal, external and potential client groups.

16) Conduct of the job function according to applicable duties and rights in the labour market, including the control of time-and-time paychecks.

17) Contribute to the workplace assessment (APV) as well as assess factors affecting the work environment.

Paragraph 4. The student must have competence at the basic level to be able to :

1) To explain and distinguish between different basic professional methods and their relevance in specific contexts,

2) explain and evaluate different basic professional methods in relation to parameters such as environment, safety and quality,

3) choose, justify and practical use of the professional working methods which are most appropriate in a given situation,

4) justify the selected working methods in a given work process, including proposed changes or other methods ;

5) plan, coordinate, and perform an overly working process,

6) collaborate with others on the solution of tasks,

7) use innovative methods in the task of the task ;

8) To explain and apply existing professional documentation in a practical work process, such as a chart, use statistics, follow a guide,

9) develop general application of technical documentation such as work notes, own checks and the like,

10) document and disseminate its own working processes, methods and results ;

11) evaluate their own and other students ' s work processes, methods and results ;

12) assess different types of professional documentation in a variety of professional contexts ;

13) propose changes to the use of tools, professional methods, materials and so on,

14) use professional terms and concepts,

15) to analyse, describe and communicate professional conditions relevant to the training ;

16) searching and applying relevant information and procedure descriptions and

17) choose methods of communication and methods that have been taken to the consignee.

Paragraph 5. The student must have completed the following basic subject at the following level :

1) The F-level science class.

2) Information technology at the F-level.

3) Danish at the F-level.

Paragraph 6. The student must have obtained the following certificates or similar :

1) Gaffield truckdriver ' s certificate category B, cf. The rules of labor.

2) Competencies similar to first aid, between level, after Danish First Aid Training Plans per. 1. September, 2014.

3) Competencies corresponding to traffic-related first aid in accordance with Danish First Aid Training Plans per. 1. September, 2014.

4) Competencies corresponding to item-level fire control by the Danish Fire and the PFSP's Guidelines by 1. September, 2014.

Paragraph 7. Exes to implement education as training for adults, cf. Law 66 y, paragraph. 1, no. The second is exempted from the provisions of paragraph 1. 2-4 mentioned requirements.

Main flow competencies

§ 4. The competent goals of the main course are :

1) The student can use the learning that the student achieves in school education to solve practical tasks in training, and the student can also select practical tasks from training, which can be the subject of reflection in the form of reflection in the school education.

2) The student may carry out general operations in the field of transport, handling, loading and unloading in ports and terminals using appropriate technical assistance, including driving licence (category B) equipment.

3) The student may contribute to the correct loading of goods, housing and handling, including the handling of dangerous goods.

4) The student can contribute to the formulation, fulfillment and improvement of logistics and quality objectives in its own workspace, as well as contributing to solving quality problems in the company, including communicating and properly informed internally and externally.

5) The student can contribute to ensuring a healthy and safe working environment.

6) The student may be involved in the work on security in ports and terminals.

7) The student may use skills obtained in the educational-specific transport-foreign language of job and general contexts.

8) The student can use skills attained in basic social studies, level F, in job and general contexts.

9) The student can use skills attained in basic social studies, Level E, in job and general contexts.

10) The student can achieve a holistic understanding of the concept of information technology in job and general contexts.

11) The student may use skills obtained in the training-specific subject of innovation in job-and general contexts.

12) The student may be able to provide information on international relations, including the international division of labour in the field of its own industry.

13) The student may perform complex operational tasks in ports and terminals using equipment and equipment in accordance with applicable rules, processes and management systems.

14) The student transferee learner's licence category C and basic qualification training, cf. The rules of the traffic management.

Paragraph 2. The Competency Targets no. 1-8, cf. paragraph 1, shall apply to all students in the main.

Paragraph 3. The Competency Targets no. 9-14, cf. paragraph 1, apply to the special ports and terminal worker (step 2).

Paragraph 4. The collection of school and trainee business is described in the education system, cf. announcement of vocational training.

Accepting and merit

§ 5. Criteria for the school evaluation of whether there is a basis for the good writing on the basis of the student experience and training of the student and the provisions on merit is set out in Annex 1.

Paragraph 2. The educational process of the student is further short-cut to the extent that the pupils ' individual competences are based on it.

Final test

§ 6. As part of the final period of training at step 1 of the training, the school will conduct a final test. The test must be submitted only by students who end the training with the stage concerned.

Paragraph 2. As part of the final period of education in the area of training, ports and terminals, the school shall conduct a final test. The sample is a Swede.

Paragraph 3. The student shall, prior to the submission of tests, after paragraph 1. Parags1 and 2 be in possession of the sections referred to in section 4 (4). 1, no. 2 and no. 14 mentioned driving licences and certificates, cf. Section 4 (4). 1, no. Two and three.

Paragraph 4. The student may, where it is justified in specific conditions and in accordance with the practical decisions of the professional committee, be exempted from the requirement for driving licences and certificates in accordance with paragraph 1. 3.

Paragraph 5. The final test in the special ports and terminals shall consist of a practical task and a written test. The practical task shall be solved by the student within a three-hour period. The task shall be assigned by drawing. The written test shall be resolved by the student within a time of 45 minutes. The judgment base is the performance of the student by the practical task and by the written test. In the assessment, examiner and censors shall make an overall character that appears to be an average of the grade for the practical task and the written test. The Karakas in the practical task counts double. The vessel for each of the samples must be at least 02.

Paragraph 6. The tasks in accordance with paragraph 1. 5 shall be ordered by the school after consultation with the professional committee.

Paragraph 7. In order to be able to provide school diplomas, the teaching of all subjects must have been completed and the student attained an average of at least 02 of its characters in all the major studies. In addition, the final test of the stage or area concerned shall be passed.

Paragraph 8. At the end of the training, the professional committee shall issue an education certificate to students who are finishing by step 1 and a Swedish student, which completes with Stage 2, that the student has acquired competence in the field of training.

Niner. 9. In the case of labour market training, which is included in the training, the assessment shall be used : "passed / not pass".

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 7. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August 2015.

Paragraph 2. Alive that begins or has started the corresponding previous vocational training prior to 1. By August 2015, in accordance with transitional arrangements, set out by the school in the local training plan, shall be transferred to the training after this notice.

Appendix 1

Criteria for euphemism

For the stage 1 of the training of the port of training,
The student has been working as a port worker for at least two years in the last five years of a port company or port with the following job functions :
1. Vehicles and handling equipment :
Applied machines and handling equipment, including forks and terminal tractors for the loading and unloading tasks of the daily work of the port, and provisioning, maintenance and service on stock.
2. Losting and working environment :
Work on heavy goods, freight and housing, as well as actively working for the safety of the working environment and safety, including the specific safety procedures of the job area, personal protective equipment and information systems. Work with special rules sets (e.g. in relation to dangerous goods).
3. Quality management and logistics :
Work with your IT systems and quality management systems, along with the improvement of the logistics of your organization. Applied industry-related foreign languages and worked with the correct operation of company internal and external customers / partners.
For the stage 2 of the training stage 2, ports and terminals
The work as a port worker for at least two years in the last five years of a port company or a port with the following job functions :
Point 1, 2, 3, cf. above, and
4. Advanced port work :
Work on advanced anguage, loading and handling duties, including the work on the handling of dangerous goods, quality management systems, logistics management and innovation.
5. Lugemand :
The work as a lugemsand with advanced devoter functions.
