Completion on vocational training for bowel cleaner

In accordance with Article 4 (4), 2, in the law of vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 157 of 17. February 2015, and in part according to the provision of the Intergroup Joint Committee, cf. Article 38 (3) of the law. 2, shall be determined :

Objectioning and division

§ 1. The vocational training for bowel cleaners is intended as a general purpose for students through school education and training to acquire knowledge and skills in the following general areas of competence :

1) Manufacturing of intestinal products from the reception of the raw material to the finished packaging and dispatch of the products.

2) Managing the quality of products in accordance with the quality of the establishment ' s quality objectives.

3) Cooperation relationships between professional groups.

Paragraph 2. The student must reach the training goals laid down for the stage or speciality, cf. paragraph 3 and 4 the student has chosen.

Paragraph 3. The training contains steps 1, industrial bowel cleaner, level 2 of the Danish Qualification framework for lifelong learning.

Paragraph 4. The training ends with step 1, cf. paragraph 3, or with a special tarm cleaner (Step 2), level 3 of the Danish qualification framework for lifelong learning.

Duration

§ 2. The creation of two years to three years, including the groundwork, of the second set of which is founded. Part accounts for 10 schools of school.

Paragraph 2. For students to carry out vocational training for young people, the stage 1 of the training of training is 1 year and 3 months of training, of which school education forms 14 weeks distributed in at least 3 periods of school. The specialty ' s specialty (step 2) will last another 1 year, of which school education accounts for at least two periods of time allocated to at least two periods of school.

Competencies prior to recording to school education in the main cycle

Paragraph 2. The student must have basic knowledge in the following areas :

1) Corrective materials, equipment and working methods in production.

5) Workers ' techniques for the purpose and after-treatment of smallarms.

6) Workers ' techniques for the purpose and after-treatment of obesity.

7) Words for reasons-and post-treatment of Krustars and bunkheads.

8) General functions in information technology tools for text and number processing.

9) Environmental, ethical and health promotion considerations in relation to production based on general rules.

10) Work environment.

11) The most common tools, machinery and equipment that are devenged within the tenor.

12) Food hygiene, self-control and food safety.

Paragraph 3. The student must have the skills to use the following basic methods and tools for the solution of simple tasks under compliance with relevant regulations :

1) Safe, sound and appropriate use of tools, machinery and equipment as a tarm cleaner.

2) Methods for proper production techniques.

3) Methods and precautions to maintain the production of good production hygiene.

4) Principles of self-control after the HACCP system.

Paragraph 4. The student must have competence at the basic level to be able to :

1) To explain and distinguish between different basic professional methods and their relevance in specific contexts,

2) explain and evaluate different basic professional methods in relation to parameters such as environment, safety and quality,

3) choose, justify and practical use of the professional working methods which are most appropriate in a given situation,

4) justify the selected working methods in a given work process, including proposed changes or other methods ;

5) plan, coordinate, and perform an overly working process,

6) collaborate with others on the solution of tasks,

7) use innovative methods in the task of the task ;

8) explain and apply existing professional documentation in a practical work process,

9) develop conventional documentation, such as work notes, self-control, and,

10) document and disseminate its own working processes, methods and results ;

11) evaluate their own and other students ' s work processes, methods and results ;

12) assess different types of professional documentation in a variety of professional contexts ;

13) propose changes to the use of tools, professional methods, materials and so on,

14) use and demonstrate understanding of professional terms and concepts ;

15) describe and communicate professional conditions relevant to the training ;

16) searching and applying relevant information and procedure descriptions and

17) choose methods of communication and methods that have been taken to the consignee.

Paragraph 5. The student must have completed the following basic at the following level and with the following character : Information technology at the F level, passed.

Paragraph 6. The student must have obtained the following certificates or similar :

1) Competencies corresponding to the health certificate training in food hygiene, cf. Rules of the Food Authority before lifting the lifting. 1. November 2014.

2) Competencies similar to first aid, between level, after Danish First Aid Training Plans per. 1. September, 2014.

3) Competencies corresponding to item-level fire control by the Danish Fire and the PFSP's Guidelines by 1. September, 2014.

Main flow competencies

§ 4. The master suite has the following competence targets :

1) The student can treat and treat pig bellies and comply with the requirements of safety and hygiene.

3) The student can handle small arms and comply with the requirements of safety and hygiene requirements.

7) The student can account for the trade structure, history and development of the intestinal industry and the social significance of the bowel industry, including exports.

8) The student can budget, recalculate, carry out production reporting, stock management, and draw up statistics using information technology.

9) The student can reason-and after-treat obesity and comply with safety and hygiene requirements.

10) The student can reason-and after-process Krustarms and piles and comply with safety and hygiene requirements.

Paragraph 2. The competency targets in paragraph 1. 1, no. 1-6, apply to both steps. In addition, the competence targets referred to in paragraph 1 shall apply. 1, no. 7-10, for the specialist tarmcleanse.

Paragraph 3. The collection of school and trainee business is described in the education system, cf. announcement of vocational training.

Paragraph 4. In order to be able to receive school evidence, the student must have obtained irresistible acts as an average of the grades of all the basic classes and the main courses of the main. Accepting and merit

Paragraph 2. The Swedes shall consist of :

3) A practical test, consisting of testing in various disciplines in the field of education.

Paragraph 3. The Swedish committee shall be presented by the committee and shall be resolved within the duration of 16 working hours. Content, assessment criteria and other guidelines are laid down in the Swedes Sweatable Board of Education.

Paragraph 4. The Swedish sample is judged by two actors, one on the part of the employers and an employee-side, appointed by the committee responsible. Paragraph 5. At the end of the training stage, including the closure of step 1, the professional committee shall issue a draft to the student to the student as evidence that the student has acquired competence in the field of training. The caraxian of the Swedes is apparent from the Swedes.

Paragraph 8. Complainas relating to a sample may be submitted to the professional committee within two weeks of the fact that the nature of the grade is notified to the person concerned in the usual manner. The professional committee shall decide whether to review or to make an offer of a retrial. The student must be briefed on the draft deadline. The rules in the notice of examinations and diplomas in vocational training in section 39-42 shall apply mutatis muted to the decisions of the professional committee.

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 7. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August 2015.

Paragraph 2. Alive that begins or has started the corresponding previous vocational training prior to 1. By August 2015, in accordance with transitional arrangements, set out by the school in the local training plan, shall be transferred to the training after this notice.

Criteria for euphemism

The student must have had at least two years of full-time employment in the field of industrial bowel purification. The experience must have been achieved within five years before the start of the training.
Experience shall include the acquisition of the following certificates :

Competencies corresponding to the health certificate training in food hygiene, cf. Rules of the Food Authority before lifting the lifting. 1. November 2014.

Competencies similar to first aid, between level, after Danish First Aid Training Plans per. 1. September, 2014.

Elements of fire control, cf. The Danish Fire and SikringsFoundation guidelines.
The professional experience shall be subject to the following duties of the following job functions during the period :

Treatment and processing of pig bellies in accordance with applicable safety and hygiene requirements.

Manual-processing of small arms in accordance with applicable safety and hygiene requirements.

Machinery post processing of small arms in accordance with applicable safety and hygiene requirements.

Hygiene control and complete self-control forms before and during production in accordance with applicable hygiene requirements.

Maintenance of the craft and machinery, in accordance with applicable safety and hygiene requirements.
For students to complete the stage 2 of training, the professional experience must also benefit from the following job functions during the period :

Budgeting, budgeting and production calculation and storage management, using statistics and IT.

Due to the compliance of fat tender in accordance with applicable safety and hygiene requirements.

Grund and post-treatment of Krustarms and bundenings in accordance with applicable safety and hygiene requirements.
