Completion of vocational training to gardener

In accordance with Article 4 (4), 2, in the law of vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 157 of 17. February 2015, and, in part, in accordance with the provision of the Exfoliation of the Earth, cf. Article 38 (3) of the law. 2, as well as in accordance with section 4 (4). One and two, and section 7, paragraph 7. 3, in the field of study qualifications in the case of vocational training (eux), etc., cf. Law Order no. 961 of 1. September 2014, set :

Objectioning and division

§ 1. Vocational training for the gardener is, as a general purpose, for students through school education and training to acquire knowledge and skills in the following general areas of competence :

1) Production of ornamental plants, plant-crops crops, fruit and vegetables, etc. in the growth of liquids and in the free country.

2) The trade in ornamental plants, plant-school cultures and goods in sea centres.

3) The maintenance and maintenance of machinery and technical installations in gardeners and nurseries.

4) Alms, social and personal skills.

Paragraph 2. The student must reach the training goals laid down for the stage or speciality, cf. paragraph 3 and 4 the student has chosen.

Paragraph 3. The training contains steps 1, a gardener assistant, Level 3 of the Danish Qualification Framework for Lifelong Learning.

Paragraph 4. The training ends with step 1, cf. paragraph 3, or one of the following specialties (steps 2), level 4 of the Danish Qualification Framework for Lifelong Learning :

1) Growth-thusgartner.

2) Planteskoklegartner.

3) Sea-center gardener.

Paragraph 5. The training can be performed as a eux-flow. The setting up for eux-flow is not trindred and encomps all the competence of training courses.

Paragraph 6. The training shall be provided with a talent track in the products referred to in paragraph 1. Four said specials.

Duration

§ 2. The creation of two-year-four months and four months to four years and five months, including the basic process. For students who have carried out a high school education, the second level of the founder of the founding of the Constitution. sharing 10 school weeks.

Paragraph 2. For students to carry out vocational training for young people, training is the stage 1 of 1 year and 4 months of training and a maximum of 1 year and 7 months, of which school education is a period of 15 weeks. The specialties of the training (step 2) are further at least 1 year and 5 months and not more than 1 years and 11 months, of which the school education accounts for 16 weeks. However, the total normal duration of the main flow of steps 1 and step 2 shall be at least two years and 11 months and no more than three years and three months and five months.

Paragraph 3. For students to carry out training for adult vocational training (euv-flow), the stage 1 of training shall be 1 year and a maximum of 1 year and a maximum of a maximum of 1 years and 2 months, of which the school education class is 13 weeks. The specialties of the training (step 2) are further at least 1 year and 1 month and a maximum of one (1) month and no more than one year and four months, of which the school education class in the main course represents 14 weeks.

Paragraph 5. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1 2 and 3, the main course of training for students in eux-flow at least three years and three months and three months, of which the school education class accounts for at least three periods of school shall be divided. All school and internship periods which are not final must have a degree of approximately EUR 20 000. a half-year period. Two of the interns and two of the school periods can be sequentable by one another.

Paragraph 6. A school with a sufficient number of pupils in eux-flow should organize the teaching of parallel tracks so that the pupils of a track are in training while the students in another track are in school education. School periods that include teaching in secondary school must be concluded at a high school graduation.

Competencies prior to recording to school education in the main cycle

§ 3. In order to be admitted to school education in the main course, the student must fulfil the conditions laid down in paragraph 1. 2-7.

Paragraph 2. The student must have basic knowledge in the following areas :

1) Various plant groups, potential pests, and the application of individual plants.

2) The growth flows of culture, growth conditions and pasningings are common to the growth process.

3) Soil, water and sustenance, soil and cultivation media properties.

4) Stat and fabric-building, including the effects of nutrient on plants.

5) Relevant machines, tools and technical installations.

6) Customer Service and Customer Behavior.

7) Corporate culture, the importance of personal appearance and common work functions.

Paragraph 3. The student must have the skills to use the following basic methods and tools for the solution of simple tasks, in compliance with relevant regulations :

1) Methods of establishment, production, caring and oversight of ordinary gardenneri, growth and vegetation cultures.

2) Methods used for the delivery of plant protection products.

3) Methods for handling, purchases and sales in plant trades.

4) Methods to combat pests.

5) Methods used to operate, operate and maintain selected machines and technical installations.

6) Mathematical methods for supporting practical working tasks in gardeners, nurseries and marine centers, including the use of rain rules and arithmetic means, geometry, percentages, rate of interest and graphical charges.

7) Work environment methods for the execution of practical work tasks.

Paragraph 4. The student must have competence at the basic level to be able to :

1) explain and evaluate different basic professional methods in relation to parameters such as environment, safety and quality,

2) choose, justify, and practical application of the basic working methods which are most appropriate in a given situation,

3) plan and perform a simple, transparent work process ;

4) collaborate with others to resolve simple business tasks,

5) searching and applying relevant information, procedure descriptions, or guides,

6) develop common-use professional documentation as worksheets, registrations, and,

7) document and disseminate its own work processes ;

8) use and demonstrate understanding of commonly expressed professional terms and concepts ;

9) choose methods of communication and methods that have been taken to the consignee ;

10) function appropriately in changing working conditions with demonstration of interest, flexibility, understanding and responsibility in relation to the practical work ; and

11) participate actively in their own learning processes.

Paragraph 5. The student must have completed the following basic subject at the following level and with the following character :

1) Biology at the F-Level, passed.

2) Natural at the F-Level, passed.

Paragraph 6. The student must have obtained the following certificates or similar :

1) Driver's license, at least for tractor.

2) Competencies corresponding to traffic-related first aid in accordance with Danish First Aid Training Plans per. 1. September, 2014.

3) Competencies corresponding to item-level fire control by the Danish Fire and the PFSP's Guidelines by 1. September, 2014.

Paragraph 7. The student must have the skills in correcting the following errors or deviations from a plan or standard :

1) Transparency or abnormations relating to growth conditions and pests.

2) Obvious error and safety anomalies on machines, equipment and technical installations.

Paragraph 8. In order to be admitted to the school education in the eux master suite, the student must in addition to the requirements of paragraph 1. 2-7 have completed the following basic subject :

1) Danish at C level.

2) English at C-level.

3) C-level collecrates.

4) Mathematics at C-level.

5) Chemi at C-level.

6) Biology at C-level.

Niner. 9. For students in the eux-flow, the trade unions will take place in paragraph 1. 8, no. Paragi 4 and 5, instead of the provisions referred to in paragraph 1. 5, no. Two, mentioned subject.

Paragraph 10. For students who achieve the provisions of paragraph 1. The skills referred to in paragraph 8 shall be subject to the technical skills referred to in paragraph 1. 2, no. Paragraph 11. Competencies and so on in the main cycle

§ 4. The master suite has the following competence targets :

1) The student may collect cultural data, identify common plants and carry out practical tasks with plant cultivation on the basis of knowledge of the specific characteristics of different planters, their applications and requirements for growth and care.

2) The student may include knowledge of soil-processing techniques and the growing medium and nutritional properties of the growth medium and the nutritional properties of the growing medium and nutritional properties of the practitioners of the establishment and cultivation of planetary cultures.

3) The student can perform practical tasks in the field of propagation and the creation of planteulary cultures, starting with knowledge of cultural matters, in terms of growth and development.

5) The student may be involved in the supervision of plants, including observing and responding to conditions relating to growth and damage-Volders.

7) The student can plan and execute prevention and control against pests and unwanted vegetation.

8) The student may use and operate selected machines and technical installations and participate in the day-to-day maintenance and repair of common errors and deficiencies.

9) The student may be involved in the operation of a client-based installation on the basis of knowledge of the impact of the climate on the growth and storage of the plants.

10) The student can involve knowledge of the industry's workplace culture, business practices, value chains, production and marketing conditions in the practical work of production and selling of plants.

11) The student can promote mobility in an international labour market through the use of a foreign language in the professional context and understand relations between the local, national and international markets.

12) The student can work with the principles of organic plant cultivation, sustainability, environmental management and certification.

13) The student can involve creative and innovative solutions in relation to production, product development, and business development.

14) The student can analyze and resolve professional issues independently or as part of a team, as well as evaluate and understand ideas and views in relation to the practical work.

15) The student may indicate and set cultivation guides for ordinary plant or vegetable culture and apply international rules for classification and naming.

16) The student can identify and name plant school or vegetable cultures.

17) The student can perform practical elements on production planning and production management on the basis of knowledge of the preparation of the plan and the marking of cultures and the registration of cultures and cultural engineering.

18) The student may include knowledge of different requirements to soil, change, climate and establishment conditions in relation to different planteulators and plant types in the practical work on the provisioning of areas for plant cultivation.

(19) The student may include knowledge of soil treatment methods and soil improvers and their application in the context of the general cultivation of plant or vegetable or vegetable crops in the practical work of soil preparation and soil handling.

20) The student may plan and perform work tasks related to the cultivation of plant-based crops, including controlling the general health status of the culture and the assessment of prevention and possible control of weeds and pests.

21) The student can plan and perform work tasks related to harvesting, recording, sorting and storing plants as well as evaluate the finished cultures of provisioning for sale.

(22) The student may use, operate and maintain general machinery used in the establishment, cultivation, harvesting and transport of mainstream crops.

23) The student may advise and guide customers in relation to the appropriate plant selection in relation to the application areas of different plantergroups, requirements for growth conditions, care and frequent attacks of diseases and pests.

24) The student can work with the selling of plants and perform proper customer service on the basis of knowledge about basic sales techniques, customer needs and customer behavior.

25) The student can identify and name plants in retail trade.

26) The student can guide the choices and the use of scrupulate groups within hand tools, machinery and other equipment for the garden.

27) The student may carry out the daily care of before and outdoor plants in retail trade, taking account of the minimisation of waste.

28) The student may foresee the purchase of plants and other goods for retail and to include knowledge of the placing on the market, marketing and flow of goods and the use of national and international designations and technical terms.

29) The student may foresee marketing on the basis of knowledge of target groups, trends, marketing channels, etc. for the sale of crops, goods in retail sale or wholesale sales.

(30) The student can involve creative and innovative solutions for the exposure of plants and other goods in retail or on wholesale sales, on the basis of knowledge about customer behavior, about mergeable products, etc.

31) The student may carry out tasks in the economy and accounting on the basis of insight into the use and methodologies of the business economy and business-economic issues in the field of plants.

32) The student can identify and name weak-cave cultures and identify the most important culture conditions for culture.

33) The student can carry out all practical controls at the service, maintenance and planning of the technical installations of the liquid-thug on the basis of their impact on the growth and procreation of the plants.

34) The student can perform practical work tasks in the growth of non-logers and to include knowledge of different types of grow houses and usually the purpose and function of technical installations in relation to different light, heat and energy sources.

38) The student can combine work with propagation and the creation of tissue-thug, with knowledge of the impact of the various cultural content on the growth, development and form of the plants.

39) The student can account for the development and importance of product development for the development of a business.

Paragraph 2. The main course of the comp targets shall be as follows :

1) The objectives set out in paragraph 1 shall apply to Steps 1, no. 1-10.

2) For the specials of stage 2 (2), the objectives set out in paragraph 1 shall apply. 1, no. 1-22.

3) For the special port centre gardener (Step 2), the objectives set out in paragraph 1 shall apply. 1, no. 1-14 and 23-31.

4) For the specialty ' s Ugardener (Step 2), the objectives set out in paragraph 1 shall apply. 1, no. 1-14, and 32-39.

Paragraph 3. In the eux-flows, the following subjects must be implemented in addition to those referred to in paragraph 1. Objective 2 :

1) Dansk at A level, cf. the training for the higher technical degree (htx-proclaus), with the training period 175 hours corresponding to 7 weeks.

2) English at the B level, cf. The htx notice, however, with an education period of 130 hours corresponding to 5.2 weeks.

3) Math at B level, cf. The htx notice, however, with 135 hours of training corresponding to 5.4 weeks.

4) Biology at B level, cf. notification of special secondary schools and so on for the use of vocational training, training time of 80 hours corresponding to 3.2 weeks.

5) B-level chemi, cf. The htx notice, however, with the training of 80 hours corresponding to 3.2 weeks.

6) C-level physique, cf. the notice of the training for the student diploma or the proclamations of vocational training, occupational and other languages in vocational training (land and trade union proclamations), although 50 hours of training corresponding to two weeks.

7) The economic level of the C, cf. the eligibility of high school education and vocational training in vocational education and training, with training time 50 hours corresponding to 2 weeks.

8) Major Written Task, cf. notification of special secondary schools and so on for the use of vocational training, training time 25 hours corresponding to 1 week.

9) Exper-Project, cf. notification of special secondary schools and so on for the use of vocational training, training time 25 hours corresponding to 1 week.

10) Election in the form of a C-level class, training time : 75 hours corresponding to 3 weeks, and a level of a level in a class of training : 125 hours corresponding to 5 weeks.

Paragraph 4. The school shall give at least the pupil the ability to choose :

1) Mathematics at A-level.

2) Physics at B-level.

Paragraph 5. All periods of school, with the exception of the latter, must consist of teaching at both high school and vocational training studies to the extent that there is scope for interaction and synergy between the individual activities. The overall organisation of the school of education in the eux shall ensure the synergy between the competence targets of the vocational training and the objectives of the secondary school in accordance with paragraph 1. 3. The school shall ensure that the teaching of secondary secondary level as far as possible is assigned to the vocational training of the specific student body, including that the tasks, projects and so on are reasonably given the opportunity to include knowledge, concepts and content ; from the training of each student.

Paragraph 6. The training period for the secondary schools in the general course includes the overall teacher-driven elevation activity, that is, the time to which the students participate in different types of teacher-driven education and in other activities organised by the school for the purposes of the profession, including professional and methodical guidance. Training time does not, however, include the pupils ' preparation for teaching, written work and official tests. The school shall be required by the organisation of classes in high school classes, where no time for training is part of the test, make sure that the time is provided for.

Paragraph 7. The extent of the written work in the professions is being raised in student time. Student time is the expected period, an average student at the level concerned will need to complete a response to the written tasks in the profession. For students in the eux-flow, at least 500 hours of student time must be allocated to each student's written work. Student time is distributed by the school, with the appropriate inclusion of the principles set out in the rules for the allocation of student time in the high school education. In the case of the synergy in the overall eux flow and the progression of students in the context of other parts of the process, part of the present time may be conducted in the context of other parts of the course other than the secondary classes, including the basic courses of the basic process.

Paragraph 8. The collection of school and trainee business is described in the education system, cf. announcement of vocational training.

Accepting and merit

§ 5. Criteria for the school evaluation of whether there is the basis for a good writing on the basis of the student experience and the former training and the provisions on merit is set out in Annex 1.

Paragraph 2. The educational process of the student is further short-cut to the extent that the pupils ' individual competences are based on it.

Paragraph 3. Publication of merit in high school education shall be subject to the necessary adaptations to merit in high-high school studies.

Final test

§ 6. The individual step of the training must be completed with a test. However, the sample by step 1 may only be submitted by students who end the training with this step. The test shall be held when the student meets other preconditions for the issue of school certificate, cf. paragraph 4.

Paragraph 2. As part of the last period of school stage 1, the school will conduct a final test, which consists of a practice-related task and an oral examination. The purpose of the sample is to show the pupils ' dedication of the professional, public and personal competence goals of step 1. The school sets out the detailed framework for which the trainee will have to do its job. Within this framework, the student selects the professional focus that will provide the basis for the task response. The task is solved within a three-day period. The oral examination will take 30 minutes and is based on the task. The performance of the elephant is assessed with one character in which the task and the oral performance are equally weighted.

Paragraph 3. As part of the final school period in the specialists, the school will conduct a final test, which consists of a practice-related project and an oral examination. The purpose of the test is to show the pupils of the student body of vocational, general and personal skills of competence for training. The school sets out the detailed framework within which the trainee will have to solve his project's gift. Within this framework, the student selects the professional focus that will be the basis for the project response. The project header is resolved within a 5-day period of instruction. The oral examination will take 30 minutes and is based on the project. The performance of the elephant shall be judged by one character in which the project and the oral performance are equal.

Paragraph 4. The student certificate must have obtained a character average of at least 02 of all the major studies in the main course of the school certificate. Any subject where no character is not given must be implemented according to the rules on the profession. The final test for the stage or area concerned must be passed.

Paragraph 5. In the case of labour market training, which is included in the training, the assessment shall be used : "passed / not pass".

Paragraph 6. At the end of the training stage, including the end of step 1, the school issues a training certificate.

§ 7. In all high school subjects, final standpoint percepts shall be given that the degree of achievement of the objectives of professional knowledge, insights and methodology of the relevant medical plan at the end of the profession shall be subject to final positions. A teaching description shall be drawn up for each subject in accordance with the rules relating thereto in the htx notice.

Paragraph 2. Eux-students must, in addition to the consequences of section 6 :

1) pay six samples in the main course following extracts from the high school level,

2) prepare a major written task, cf. notification of special courses of study and so on for the use of vocational training, and

3) take an oral test, on the basis of a written examination project, cf. notification of special courses of study and so on for the use of vocational training.

Paragraph 3. The object of paragraph 1. 2, no. 3, drawn up in biology and at least one class from vocational training-specific subject to the selection of student body. After the pupils ' choices, the project may be drawn up in a further subject. The project may be organised together with the final test of the vocational training. The organisation may result in the final test of the pupils until six months before the end of the training.

Paragraph 4. In the end of the training, the school shall issue the school in addition to the provisions of section 6 ( 6, mentioned training certificate, proof of having obtained a high school diploma giving general study skills. Evidence is known as "eux evidence".

Paragraph 5. The Eux evidence contains the test scores at high school levels, cf. paragraph 2, no. 1, the character of the greater written task, the nature of the test, starting from the written examination project and the final standpoint characteristics of all high school degrees.

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 8. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August 2015.

Paragraph 2. Alive that begins or has started the corresponding previous vocational training prior to 1. By August 2015, in accordance with transitional arrangements, set out by the school in the local training plan, shall be transferred to the training after this notice.

Paragraph 3. The owner shall, at the time of commencement of the analogs of the corresponding histocrahi-25 years, shall be required for the period of time for the training of the first 2 implementing the education training for adults (euv).

Criteria for euphemism

1. Criteria for assessing whether the student has 2 years of relevant professional experience, cf. § 66 y, paragraph. 1, in the law of vocational training,

The student must have at least two years of professional experience in the production of ornamental plants, plant-crops crops, fruit, vegetables, etc. in liquids and free-country or trade in ornamental plants, plant-school cultures and gardening equipment at sea centres ; or occupational experience from plant production in agriculture.
For specialised growth trainers, 12 months of the occupational hazard must be in the case of liquid-thug production.
For specialised plant forest carers, at least 12 months of the professional experience shall be in the production of plant-based crops or the production of fruit and vegetables on free land.
In the case of specialised commercial gardener, at least 12 months of the professional experience shall be in the sale of plants and associated products in sea centres.
The student must have a driver's license, at least for tractor.
