Completion of vocational training for plant gardener

In accordance with Article 4 (4), 2, in the law of vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 157 of 17. February 2015, and in part by the provision of the Technical Training Committee for the Plant Guard, cf. Article 38 (3) of the law. 2, as well as in accordance with section 4 (4). One and two, and section 7, paragraph 7. 3, in the field of study qualifications in the case of vocational training (eux), etc., cf. Law Order no. 961 of 1. September 2014, set :

Objectioning and division

§ 1. Vocational training for plant gardener has the general purpose, for students through school education and training to acquire knowledge and skills in the following general areas of competence :

1) Common landscaping tasks in the expected quality and in accordance with professional traditions, laws and regulations, including the execution of tasks in a safe and sound work environment.

2) Special tasks in the civil engineering network have been carried out in a creative, innovative and seamless fashion, and in respect of the environment.

3) Information search, choice of materials, and professional documentation, quality assurance and quality control in the area of plant gardeners.

4) Cooperation relationships between professional groups.

Paragraph 2. The student must reach the training goals laid down for the stage or speciality, cf. paragraph 3 and 4 the student has chosen.

k. 3 The training includes Steps 1, civil engineering staff, Level 3 of the Danish Qualification framework for lifelong learning.

Paragraph 4. The training ends with step 1, cf. paragraph 3, or one of the following specialties (steps 2), level 4 of the Danish Qualification Framework for Lifelong Learning :

1) Plant gardener, plant technique.

2) Plant gardener, foster care.

Paragraph 5. The training can be performed as a eux-flow. The setting up for eux-flow is not trindred and encomps all the competence of training courses.

Paragraph 6. The training shall be provided with a talent track in the first paragraph. 4, no. One and two, one and two specials.

Duration

§ 2. The creation of two-year-four months and four months to four months and six months, including the background.

Paragraph 2. For students to carry out vocational training for young people, the stage 1 of the training of training for a year and a four months to a 1 year and 6 months of training, the training of training shall be 1 year and 6 months, of which the school education accounts for at least two periods of school. The specialties of the training (step 2) are further at least 1 year and 10 months and not more than two years and a maximum of two years and one month of which the school education class forms 21 weeks of at least three school periods. Paragraph 3. For students to carry out training for adult vocational training (euv-flow), the stage 1 of the training of training for adults is eight months, the school education period is 14 weeks. The specialties of the training (step 2) are further 1 year and 4 months, of which school education forms 18 and a half weeks.

Paragraph 4. The one in paragraph 1. 3 mentioned school education shall be divided into at least two periods of euv-flow after Article 66 y (1). 1, no. Two, in the law of vocational training.

Paragraph 5. Paragraph 6. A school with a sufficient number of pupils in eux-flow must organize the teaching of parallel tracks so that the pupils of a track are in training, while the students in another track are in school education. School periods that include teaching in secondary school must be concluded at a high school graduation.

Competencies prior to recording to school education in the main cycle

§ 3. In order to be admitted to the school education in the main, the student must, unless otherwise stated in paragraph 1, of the school. 8, meet the conditions laid down in paragraph 1 2-7.

Paragraph 2. The student must have basic knowledge in the following areas :

1) Rules for quality control methods.

2) The elementary properties of the soil and culture, including the link between plant growth, crop methods and the chemical, physical and biological conditions in the soil.

3) Plant determination of the most commonly used plants and types of grazing, including the uses.

4) Machines, tools, and materials for practical work tasks.

5) Mathematical concepts, including the measurement ratio, space and volume.

6) Construction norms for civil engineering work.

7) The physical and mental health work environment and its impact on the working life of a workplace.

8) Stat and fabric-building, including the effects of nutrient on plants.

9) The use of the syringe in the green field in relation to industry, productivity and environmental considerations.

Paragraph 3. The student must have the skills to use the following basic methods and tools for the solution of simple tasks, in compliance with relevant regulations :

1) Methods for measuring, including the calculation of quantity, surface area and volume.

2) Methods for the service and marketing of heights by means of a 9-ling instrument.

3) Methods for the formulamic marketing and establishment of smaller facilities.

4) Geometric methods to construct and control the most common angles, triangles, circles and firmns in the area of practical work.

5) Methodotal method.

6) Work environment and safety methods for carrying out practical tasks.

7) Information Search and IT communication methods and tools.

8) Methods for drawing up work drawings and for the turnover of the measurement ratio.

9) Methods for waste sorting.

10) Methods for simple stocking tasks.

11) Methods of elementary soil treatment before and after the establishment of a given culture, including the construction, care and maintenance of a given planteculture.

12) Methods used to use smaller gardeners and utensils ergonomically and in terms of safety.

13) Methods used for the use of injectees in the field of the environment and safety of work.

Paragraph 4. The student must have competence at the basic level to be able to :

1) apply the professional working methods which are most appropriate in a given situation,

2) justify the selected working methods in a given work process,

3) plan, coordinate, and perform an overly working process,

4) collaborate with others on the solution of tasks,

5) use innovative methods in simple task solutions ;

6) document and disseminate its own working processes, methods and results ;

7) use and demonstrate understanding of professional terms and concepts ;

8) searching and applying relevant information and guides ; and

9) identify material error in connection with simple tasks.

Paragraph 5. The student must have completed the following basic subject at the following level and with the following character :

1) Math-level mathematics.

2) Natural at the F-Level, passed.

3) The training-specific subject of the basic process, with at least 02 as the standpoint percepts.

Paragraph 6. The student must have obtained the following certificates or similar :

1) A valid driver's license, at least for tractor.

2) Competencies corresponding to first aid, between level, and traffic-related first aid, after Danish First Aid Training Plans per. 1. September, 2014.

3) Competencies corresponding to item-level fire control by the Danish Fire and the PFSP's Guidelines by 1. September, 2014.

Paragraph 7. The student must have the skills to correct for the following errors or deviations from a plan or by default : the execution of a simple task in ensuring that the completed task meets specified quality requirements.

Paragraph 8. Exes to implement education as training for adults, cf. Law 66 y, paragraph. 1, no. The second paragraph is exempted from the provisions of paragraph 2. 5, no. 3, mentioned requirements.

Paragraph 10. For students in the eux-flow, the trade unions will take place in paragraph 1. 9, no. Paragi 4 and 5, instead of the provisions referred to in paragraph 1. 5, no. Two, mentioned subject.

Paragraph 11. For students who achieve the provisions of paragraph 1. 15) The student can perform all elements of measuring and nivelling, as well as the use of different marketing tools and various marketing instruments in connection with the marketing and establishment of plant gardener.

16) The student can analyse, detect, draw and carry out gardening projects and green plants according to applicable civil engineering standards and to make a quality assessment of the finished plants, develop nursery care programmes for garden plants and green plants ; carry out the fertilisers, nurturing and maintenance work in newly established and older green facilities.

17) The student may select and assess the cultivation media after planting conditions in order to optimise plant growth.

18) The student may set out different geometric figures in relation to the production of platforms, foot fences and the setting up of coating in the natural stone.

(19) The student can project and perform stairways in wood materials and walls in the bridgestone and carry out fastening tasks in the chaussest set in the archoband;.

20) The student can project and perform a fastening task in which non-traditional patterns are forming part of, for example, special and coloured concrete, clinker or bone debris, wood or burglars.

Paragraph 2. The competency targets in paragraph 1. 1, no. In addition, the competence targets in paragraph 1 shall apply to step 1 and both specialties. 1, no. 11-22, for the specialist site technique and the competence targets referred to in paragraph 1 (2), 11 to 15 and 23-32 for the specialising nursing.

Paragraph 3. In the eux-flows, the following subjects must be carried out in addition to the following items. Objective 2 :

1) Danish A, cf. in the case of training for the higher technical examination (htx-announcement), however, with the training period 175 hours corresponding to 7 weeks.

2) English B, cf. The htx notice, however, with an education period of 130 hours corresponding to 5.2 weeks.

3) Mathematics B, cf. The htx notice, however, with 135 hours of training corresponding to 5.4 weeks.

4) Biology B, cf. the announcement of special secondary schools and so on for the use of vocational training, but at the age of 80 hours of age, which is 80 hours equivalent to 3.2 weeks.

5) Chemi B, cf. The htx notice, however, with the training of 80 hours corresponding to 3.2 weeks.

6) Physics C, cf. the proclamations for the Student Student (the X-announcement) or the proclamations of the basic professions, vocational training and other vocational training in vocational training (land and trade union notice), but 50 hours of training ; equal to two weeks.

7) Commer-economics C, cf. in the case of the high school education and vocational training, the announcement of the choice in common for the high schools of high school (optional) or trade union notice, subject to the age of 50 hours corresponding to 2 weeks.

8) Major Written Task, cf. notification of special secondary schools and so on for the use of vocational training, training time 25 hours corresponding to 1 week.

9) Exper-Project, cf. notification of special secondary schools and so on for the use of vocational training, training time 25 hours corresponding to 1 week.

10) Elections in the form of a C-level class, training time 75 hours corresponding to 3 weeks, and a level of a level in a class of education, 125 hours corresponding to 5 weeks.

Paragraph 4. The school shall provide at least the following selections :

1) Mathematics at A-level.

2) Biology at A-level.

Paragraph 5. All periods of school, with the exception of the latter, must consist of teaching at both high school and vocational training courses to an extent that there is scope for interaction and synergy between the individual activities. The overall organisation of the school of education in the eux shall ensure the synergy between the competence targets of the vocational training and the objectives of the secondary school in accordance with paragraph 1. 3. The school shall ensure that the teaching of secondary secondary level as far as possible is assigned to the vocational training of the specific student body, including that the tasks, projects and so on are reasonably given the opportunity to include knowledge, concepts and content ; from the training of each student.

Paragraph 6. The training period for the secondary schools in the general course includes the overall teacher-driven elevation activity, that is, the time to which the students participate in different types of teacher-driven education and in other activities organised by the school for the purposes of the profession, including professional and methodical guidance. Training time does not, however, include the pupils ' preparation for teaching, written work and official tests. The school shall be required by the organisation of classes in high school classes, where no time for training is part of the test, make sure that the time is provided for.

Paragraph 7. The extent of the written work in the professions is being raised in student time. Student time is the expected period, an average student at the level concerned will need to complete a response to the written tasks in the profession. For students in the eux-flow, at least 500 hours of student time must be allocated to each student's written work. Student time is distributed by the school, with the appropriate inclusion of the principles set out in the rules for the allocation of student time in the high school education. In the case of the synergy in the overall eux flow and the progression of students in the context of other parts of the process, part of the present time may be conducted in the context of other parts of the course other than the secondary classes, including the basic courses of the basic process. Student time does not include internal tests.

Paragraph 8. The collection of school and trainee business is described in the education system, cf. announcement of vocational training.

Accepting and merit

§ 5. Criteria for the school evaluation of whether there is a basis for the good writing on the basis of the student experience and the former training and the provisions on merit is set out in Annex 1.

Paragraph 2. The educational process of the student is further short-cut to the extent that the pupils ' individual competences are based on it.

Paragraph 3. Publication of merit in high school education shall be subject to the necessary adaptations to merit in high-high school studies.

Final trial and high school diploma

§ 6. As part of the final school period in the stage 1 of the training stage 1, the civil service assistant will conduct the school a final test for students who end the training with this step. The test consists of a practical task and an oral examination on the basis of the practical task. The practical task shall be assigned by drawing drawing and must be resolved within the duration of an 18-hour period. The verbal examination lasts 20 minutes. Paragraph 2. As part of the final period of school stage 2, the school will conduct a final test consisting of a theoretical and practical part. The sample is a Swede. The theoretical part consists of an oral test that lasts 30 minutes and is based on the work of the student with a case that is part of the lesson during the last period of school. In the oral test, the student is presenting its work with the casing and demonstrating techniques, tools, etc. The practical part consists of a manufacturing task to be carried out on the basis of the pupils ' work with the case, and which must be resolved within one ; duration of 52 hours. The censories are present during the oral test and in the assessment of the manufacturing task. The theoretical part and character of the practical part of the Swedes are given a grade. The result of the Swedes is carried out by a weighted average of the test scores. The weighted average is part of the theoretical part of the test with 1/3 and practical part of 2/3.

Paragraph 3. In order to be able to issue a school certificate, the student must have achieved an average of at least 02 of all subjects in the main course. However, for students who carry out the training with eux, the basic class and secondary classes are not included in the average calculation. Any subject where no character is not given must be implemented according to the rules on the profession. In addition, the final test of the student must be tested, paragraph 1 and 2, be passed.

Paragraph 4. In the case of labour market training included in the training, the assessment shall be used : "passed / not pass".

Paragraph 5. At the end of the training, the professional committee shall issue an education certificate to the student as proof that the student has acquired competence in the field of training. The training certificate for students finishing by step 1 is the result of the final test. The certificate of education (Swedish letter) to students who exiting the training with stage 2 shall be given a single test score and the overall result of the Swedes. The professional committee may draw up the letter of the Swedish Swedes with the designation of praise, the bronze medal or silver medal.

§ 7. In all high school subjects, final standpoint percepts shall be given that the degree of achievement of the objectives of professional knowledge, insights and methodology of the relevant medical plan at the end of the profession shall be subject to final positions. Paragraph 2. Eux-students must, in addition to the consequences of section 6 :

1) pay six samples in the main course following extracts from the high school level,

2) prepare a major written task, cf. announcement of special secondary school and so on for the use of vocational training, and

3) take an oral test, on the basis of a written examination project, cf. announcement of special secondary school and so on for the use of vocational training.

Paragraph 3. The object of paragraph 1. 2, no. 3, drawn up in biology and at least one class from vocational training-specific subject to the selection of student body. After the pupils ' choices, the project may be drawn up in a further subject. The project may be organised together with the final test of the vocational training. The organisation may result in the final test of the pupils until six months before the end of the training.

Paragraph 4. In the end of the training, the school shall issue the school in addition to that in section 6. 5 mentioned training certificate, proof of having obtained a high school diploma, which provides general study skills. Evidence is known as "eux evidence".

Paragraph 5. The Eux evidence contains the test scores at high school levels, cf. paragraph 2, no. 1, the character of the greater written task, the nature of the test, starting from the written examination project and the final standpoint characteristics of all high school degrees.

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 8. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August 2015.

Paragraph 2. Alive that begins or has started the corresponding previous vocational training prior to 1. By August 2015, in accordance with transitional arrangements, set out by the school in the local training plan, shall be transferred to the training after this notice.

Appendix 1

Criteria for euphemism

Common for all stages and specialties :
The business experience must be achieved in the last five years.
Requirements for valid certificates, which must be achieved before commencement of training :
-The student must have a driver's license, at least for tractor.
-Finion-related first aid and first aid, between level, after Danish First Aid Education Plans.
-Elementary fire control by the Danish fire and the PFSP's Guidelines by 1. September 2014
Step 1-Facility gardener assistant :
The student must have worked on civil engineering work and carried out varied working tasks in the profession, either in cooperation or under the guidance of a professional.
The tasks shall include at least the following :

-Planting of roses, ornamental bushes, and stauder.
-The cutting and the thinning of bushes, trees and bushes
-Fighting crime, gas burner and wood-out.

Step 2-landscaping specialised plant technique :
The student must have worked on civil engineering work and carried out varied working tasks within the profession, either in cooperation or under the guidance of a professional.
The tasks must be subject to the establishment of a smaller plant in which the measurement, placing on the market, the interpretation of stones and tiles, and the construction of the crew shall be included.
The tasks shall include at least :
-Projecting / sketching and establishing a smaller installation
-perform measurement, marketing, nickel-and-ground calculations ;
-The work on several types of cobbling, such as tiles, kernel, boulder, chaussest, the construction of support clocks and stairways, and the interpretation of e.g. perle, pete, nut or cartridge ;
