Law on the Change of Law on Social Services and Law on Legal and Social Services in the Social Area

(Community support for network leasing families, etc., the modification of the decision to change the place of application and the consent of the age of consent in decisions to amend the place of application, etc.)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the Act of Social Services, cf. Law Order no. 150 of 16. February 2015, as amended by Section 1 of law no. 495 of 21. May 2013 and Section 1 of Law No 722 of 25. June 2014, the following changes are made :

1. I § 52, paragraph. 3, no. 4, the following shall be inserted after ' assisted family ` : ` in a municipal foster family ', and in accordance with section 66 (2) ; 1, no. 1, the words ' 2 ` shall be inserted : ' 2 `.

2. I § 66, paragraph. 2, the words ' or 5 ` shall be replaced by ' or 6 `.

3. I § 66 a inserted after paragraph 1. 4 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 5. The local authorities shall offer the necessary technical assistance to

1) network family families in accordance with the extent of the care-task ;

2) Families who have adopted a child or a young person who has previously been placed in foster care in the family. "

Paragk 5-7 will then be referred to in paragraph 5. 6-8.

4. I § 66 a, paragraph. SIX, TWO. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. SEVEN, TWO. pkt., shall be replaced by ' paragraph 1. Five shall : ' shall mean the following : SIX. "

5. § 66 a, paragraph. 7, there will be paragraph 1. Article 8 is replaced by the following

" Stop. 8. The Minister for Children, Gender Equality, Integration and Social Conditions may lay down detailed rules for the approval and supervision of foster families, municipal foster families, network rental families and their own rooms, etc., cf. paragraph 1, 2 and 6, on basic education and training and training for foster families, municipal foster families and network rental families, about professional support for network families and families who adopted a child or a young person who has previously been adopted ; been placed in foster care in the family, cf. paragraph 3-5 and compensation for network sprentals. `

6. I ~ 69, paragraph. 2, "" 15 years shall be replaced by the following : "12 years" and " paragraph. 4 and 5 ` shall be replaced by the following : 3 ".

7. ~ 69, paragraph. 3 and 4, ITREAS :

" Stop. 3. Can consent to change the location of the application not be achieved, cf. paragraph 2, the children and the young people must decide on the amendment of place of application. In the case of the decision, the children and the adoleged committee shall, taking into account the purpose of the application and the need for the child's or the needs of the young, to assess whether the child or the needs of young people are best accommodated in the case of a change in place of place. Decision on the selection of specific places of application shall be taken by the municipality Management Board, cf. § 68 b, paragraph 1. 1.

Paragraph 4. For the purposes of the decision of children and the members of the Committee on the amendment of the location of the place of application, cf. paragraph 3, the municipality Board shall draw up a recommendation containing :

1) the latest action plan, cf. § 140,

2) the position of the child or young people for the modification of the place of delivery, cf. § 48,

3) a description of the extent to which additional support for the child or the young child, cf. § 52, paragraph. 3, no. 9, while continuing to stay at the current place of application, the assistance of the child or the needs of young people is required for support ;

4) a description of the expected suitability of a new place of application to meet the needs of the child or the needs of young people and of nursing and stable adult relationships ;

5) a statement from the place of arrival in the current place of application, cf. paragraph 5, and

6) other necessary information. "

8. I § 72, paragraph. 1, no. 7, and Section 74 (4). 1, no. 7, " § 69 (2) is replaced by the 3 or 4, cf. § 58, "to :" § 69, paragraph. 3, ".

9. I Section 74 (4). FOUR, ONE. pkt., " § 69 (2) is replaced by the 3 or 4, "to :" § 69, paragraph. 3, ".

10. I § 75, paragraph 1. 1, inserted after ' 68 a ` shall be inserted : ' § 69 (3). 3, ".

11. I Section 167 (4). 1, no. 4, ', as well as amended place of arrival, after section 69 (3) ; 1 '.

§ 2

In the area of law on legal security and administration in the social field, cf. Law Order no. 1019 of 23. September 2014, as amended by Section 7 of Law No 1486 of 23. December 2014, the following changes are made :

1. I § 72, paragraph. TWO, ONE. pkt., in the words ' section 68, paragraph 1, 2, in the Social Services Act, 'to :' § 68, paragraph 1. 2, in the Law on Social Services and ', and ' and decisions on the place of application under section 69 of the Act of Social Service ' shall be deleted.

§ 3

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. October 2015.

Paragraph 2. The law shall not apply to cases subject to the entry into force of the law pending section 69 (3). 3 and 4, in the social service of children and the members of the Commission or the Board of Appeal. In the case of such cases, the applicable rules shall apply.
