§ 1. Payments Denmark shall decide on a person's entitlement to benefits under the Health Act in accordance with Article 11-15 (statutory rules of engagement) of Regulation (EC) No 14720146 (Code of Law of Law). There are 883/2004 on the coordination of social security systems, which are also used in relations between Denmark and Switzerland, and Denmark and the EEA countries.

Paragraph 2. Payments Denmark also takes a decision on a person's entitlement to benefits under the rules of health, in accordance with the rules on social security applicable to the law of social security agreements signed by Denmark, which Denmark has concluded with : other countries.

§ 2. Payments Denmark shall issue documentation for the inclusion of a person and his family members in the health insurance of another EU/EEA country or in Switzerland, where the person concerned is resident, for the cost of Denmark (Danish legislative elections), cf. a decision taken pursuant to section 1 (1). Paragraph 1, and Article 17 of Regulation (EC) No, Article 24 (1) of 883/2004 on the coordination of social security systems and Article 24 (4). Paragraph 1, of Regulation (EC) No, Regulation (EC) No 987/2009 on the detailed rules for implementing Regulation (EC) No 19. 883/2004.

Paragraph 2. Paragraph 3. Payments Denmark receives confirmation from a foreign health insurance on a person's admission in another country's health insurance for the cost of the cost of Denmark, cf. Article 24 (1). Regulation 2 and 3 of Regulation (EC) No, Regulation (EC) No 987/2009 on the procedures for implementing the rules laid down in Regulation (EC) No 2. 883/2004.

§ 3. Payments Denmark shall decide on a person ' s entitlement to health care by domicile in Denmark for the cost of a health insurance in another EU/EEA country or Switzerland (foreign legislative elections), cf. Articles 17, 22, 24 to 26 of Regulation (EC) No, (EC) No 883/2004 on the coordination of social security systems and Article 24 of Regulation (EC) No 2. Regulation (EC) No 987/2009 on the procedures for implementing the rules laid down in Regulation (EC) No 2. 883/2004.

Paragraph 2. Payments Denmark shall record data on the data referred to in paragraph 1. The person mentioned, including information on the foreign health insurance of the person concerned, for the collection of healthcare costs provided in this country, from the risk of health care provided in this country, from the risk of health care provided here in this country. Payments Denmark's disclosure of information to municipal boards and regional councils in this respect shall be in accordance with section 12 h of Law No 1. 523 of 29. April 2015 on the amendment of the Payments Denmark and the various other laws.

§ 4. Payments Denmark shall ensure that a person continues to meet the conditions for the benefit of Danish or foreign legislation and to check ongoing decisions taken pursuant to section 1 to 3.

Paragraph 2. Where a person no longer meets the conditions for which Danish legislation has been covered by the right to health care in another EU/EEA country or in Switzerland for Denmark, cf. § 2, Payments Denmark shall inform the person concerned accordingly. Payments Denmark shall also inform the foreign health insurance that the person concerned no longer meets the conditions for being admitted to the health insurance in the country of residence of the country of residence for Denmark, cf. Article 24 (1). Regulation 2 and 3 of Regulation (EC) No, Regulation (EC) No 987/2009 on the procedures for implementing the rules laid down in Regulation (EC) No 2. 883/2004.

Paragraph 3. Where a person no longer meets the conditions for the benefit of foreign law, with the right to health care in Denmark, to the expenditure of a foreign health insurance, cf. Section 3, Payments Denmark shall inform the person concerned accordingly. Payments Denmark shall also inform the foreign health of the person concerned that the person concerned no longer meets the conditions for having the right to healthcare in Denmark to the cost of foreign health insurance, cf. § 5. Any person who travels to Denmark to address his residence in this country must provide information for the purposes of Udbetaling Denmark ' s decision on whether to have the right to health services for the cost of the cost of Denmark (Danish law-election), or whether or not : the person concerned shall have the right to health services for the costs of a health insurance in another EU/EEA country or in Switzerland (foreign law options).

Paragraph 2. § 6. Payments Denmark shall issue EU health insurance cards to persons covered by Danish law, cf. Decision taken pursuant to section 1 (1). Paragraph 1, or Section 2 (2). 2. An EU health insurance card may not exceed five years of validity.

Paragraph 2. The holder of the card shall be obliged to grant Udbetaling Danmark if any changes to the person data of the person concerned or in relation to the right to a Danish EU Health Insurance Card, such as the switch of residence or employment country, are amended.

Paragraph 3. When issuing a new EU health insurance card or the termination of the right to a Danish EU Health Insurance Card, the previous issued card shall be sent to Udbetaling Danmark, if it is still valid or the card is destroyed.

Paragraph 4. Payments Denmark shall issue other documents to be used for the reception of a retired frontier worker in the last employment country, cf. Article 28 (1). One, one and two. pkt., and paragraph. No, no, no, no. § 7. Payments Denmark shall issue a special health card as evidence of a person's entitlement to benefits to persons who, following a decision taken pursuant to Article 1 (1), are made available to persons who are entitled to benefits. 1 and 2 shall be entitled to the benefits of the law, irrespective of the fact that they are not domiciled in Denmark. Paragraph 2. Payments Denmark shall not grant the special health card to a person who does not have the right to all health services during residence in Denmark, without the fact that the person concerned is admitted to health insurance in another EU/EEA country or in Switzerland, where it is in sickness insurance ; the person concerned is resident, for the release of Denmark. The person group in 1. Act. include persons receiving early retirement or national pensions and / or official pensions only from Denmark and their confor-insured family members, as well as co-insured family members of a frontier worker subject to Danish law-making.

§ 8. The special health card shall include information on the person, name and address, the security group, the issuing institution, the payment Denmark and the social security country.

Paragraph 2. The special health card shall be issued with a validity for the period in which the cardholder meets the conditions for the right to the card, but not more than 2 years of validity.

§ 9. People who are entitled to a special health card shall, by contacting Denmark, select a security group with effect 14 days after the Payments Denmark has received written request. The shift between security groups 1 and 2 may not be less than 1 year thereafter.

Paragraph 2. The rules concerning the consent of the security group for persons under the age of 15, on the choice of the security group for persons between 15 and 18 years, for the entry in security group 1 by a lack of a choice of security or transfer, including forced entry ; transfer from Group 2 to Group 2 to Group 1, which is eligible for persons entitled to a health card, shall apply to persons entitled to a special health card.

Paragraph 3. The rules concerning the transfer of a group of 2-secured to group 1-ensuring that a group of persons eligible for a health card shall apply to persons entitled to a special health card shall be subject to the decision to transfer a group of 2-ensured to group 1-proof that is eligible for a health card.

§ 10. The holder of a special health card shall notify Udbetaling Danmark if any changes to the person data or the importance of the person concerned are subject to the right to the special health card, such as the switch of residence or employment country.

Paragraph 2. In issuing a new special health card or the termination of the right to a special health card, the previously issued card shall be sent to Udbetaling Danmark if it is still valid or the card is destroyed.

§ 11. Payments Denmark shall charge fees for a special health card according to the same rules and rates applicable to the levying of a health card charge for the municipality of directors. Section 11 in the notification of optional insertion in security groups, health card issuance, EU health insurance card, etc.

Appeal access

§ 12. Complaguing of Udbetaling Danmark's decisions concerning the issue of a special health card, or whether the entry in security group 1 and 2 and transfer to Group 1-proof after that notice may be available within 4 weeks of the notification of : the decision shall be submitted to the Patient Offer, cf. Section 5 a in the law of appeal and compensation to the health care services.

§ 13. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. May 2015.

Paragraph 2. Special health cards issued by a municipal management board before the 1. In May 2015 and where the holder continues to comply with the conditions for entitlement to the card, the holder shall be entitled to the right to benefits under the Health Act until the card is no longer valid.
