Publication on the marketing panels of higher-stage artistic educational establishments at the Ministry of Culture

In accordance with section 16 of Law No 1362 of 16. December 2014 for higher-level artistic educational establishments at the Ministry of Culture shall be fixed as follows :

§ 1. The following educational establishments shall have a panel of depiction :

1) The Danske Film School.

2) The Danske Scene School.

3) The Jyske Musical Conservatory.

4) The Royal Danske Kunstakademis Billedart schools.

5) The Royal Danske Music servatory.

6) The rhythmic music servatory.

7) South Danish Music servatory.

Paragraph 2. The Minister of Culture may provide that other educational establishments under the Ministry of Culture shall be covered by this notice.

§ 2. The task of the decision-making panel is to advise the principal of the quality and relevance of education for society, as well as the development of new and existing training and the development of new teaching and test forms.

Paragraph 2. The principal must discuss all the essential issues of the quality, relevance and development of education with the panel of the panel.

Paragraph 3. The panel may issue an opinion and submit proposals on all matters relating to the quality of education, relevance and development.

Paragraph 4. The recommendations of the panel panel and the institution of the institution shall be included in the institution ' s annual report to the Ministry.

Paragraph 5. The chairmen of the Tapians may provide common recommendations to the Minister for Culture, across a training area.

Paragraph 6. The panel is commenting on the employment situation of graduates from the training institution.

§ 3. The panel panel consists of 5-7 external members that represent the taggers of the graduates. The members shall have experience and knowledge of the training area of the institution in question and the areas of employment to which the training area provides access. The members shall be appointed on the basis of their experience with and knowledge of the labour market in question, including-if it is possible-the international labour market.

Paragraph 2. The Minister of Culture will appoint the President. The principal and the Chairperson shall appoint the other members after discussion with the Ministry of Culture.

Paragraph 3. The members shall be appointed for a period of four years. If a member of the tape panel is appointed, a new member will be appointed for the remaining part of the period. Members may be reappointed once.

Paragraph 4. The chairman shall refer the panel to the meeting at least 3 times a year, as well as on demand.

Paragraph 5. Headmaster is participating in the meetings of the Taker Panel.

§ 4. The chairman shall attend school and conservatory meetings in the cases in which the discussions of the Council concern major issues of the quality, relevance and development of the training, but at least twice a year.

§ 5. The announcement will enter into force on the 11th. May 2015.
