Publication of the amendment of the work of young people 1)

(Implementation of Directive 2014 /27/EU m.m.)

§ 1

Notice no. 239 of 6. In April 2005, the work of young people, as amended by the notice, no. 514 of 17. May 2011 and procladition no. 1038 of 26. September 2014, the following changes are made :

1. Foot notation the title of the notice shall be replaced by the following :

" 1) The commuting shall contain provisions implementing Council Directive 94 /33/EC of 22. June 1994 on the protection of young people in the workplace, the Official Journal of the European Communities, no. In 216, page 12, as last amended by Directive 2014 /27/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26. February 2014, EU-2014, nr. L65, page 1. "

2. Inline ITREAS :

" ... pursuant to section 17, paragraph. 3, section 39, section 46, section 60, section. 3-6, section 61, paragraph. 5, section 62, paragraph. 3, sections 62 a and section 84 in the working environment, cf. Law Order no. Seventy-seven of seven. September 2010, as amended by law no. 736 of 25. June 2014, and after negotiating with the Minister of Justice, according to the law, according to the Law 73 : '

3. § 8 revoked.

4. § 54 IT-IS :

" § 54. The decisions taken by the labor force following this notice may be subject to section 81 of the law on the working environment. `

5. Appendix 4 the text of Annex 1 shall be replaced by this notice.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. June 2015.

List of substances and materials which young people under the age of 18 shall not be subjected to work in or otherwise exposed to, cf. § 12

1) Substances and materials that meet the criteria for classification, cf. Regulation (EC) No, Regulation (EC) No, 1272/2008 of 16. December 2008 on the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures, etc., with subsequent changes (the CLP Regulation), and can be marked with at least one of the following symbols or GHS pictograms :

GHS06, skull of stillhead and coral bones

GHS08, health hazards

GHS05, corrosion

GHS01, exploding bomb.

or meet the criteria for classification, cf. The CLP Regulation, within one or more of the following categories and hazard categories, with one or more of the following factions :

-acute toxicity, categories 1, 2 or 3 ;

H300 Life Dangerous on Ingestion

H310 Lifedanger for skin contact

H330 Life Dangerous by inhalation

H301 Giftig on indtagelse

2) Substances, materials and processes covered by the notice of the prevention of cancer in work on substances and materials.

3) Organic solvents included in the Work-7 list of organic solvents in the fact that the 'limit values' for substances and materials are used.

4) Materials containing 1% or more of solvents referred to in point shall be made. 3.

5) Biological agents in groups 3 and 4 in the notice of biological agents and working environment, or other work, where they are subject to the nature of the work or the conditions under which it is carried out may be subject to the impact of such agents. `
