Law on the amendment of the SU Law, law on vocational education and professionalistic education and training and special care-teacher support in higher education

(State training support for supplementing access to engineering training, home meal to electronically obtain information from the income register and to intercourse and compose the information in the control area, etc.)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the SU law, cf. Law Order no. Thirty-nine of 15. January 2014, as amended by Section 1 of law no. 521 of 26. In May 2014, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 1 (1). 1, the words ' or the magic confern ` shall be deleted.

2. I Section 1 (1). 4, the words ' or the magic confern ' s or ` shall be replaced by ' and `.

3. In the heading to Section I the words ' or the magic confern ` shall be deleted.

4. After Section 5 is inserted in Chapter 2 :

" § 5 a. Start training after the 20th. "for one month, the training of the training shall begin the following month."

5. I Section 11 (1). 1, the following shall be inserted after ' aid month ' means ', cf. however, section 25 (3). FIVE. "

6. Section 13 (1). 1, no. 3 and 4, ITREAS :

" 3) High-intensity complexion in the form of short, intensive flows as

a) high school altering courses (GSK), or

b) single-class from the access courses to the engineering training.

4) High school air flow for immigrants (GIF). '

7. I Section 18 (2). 1, inserted before no. 1 as new number :

" 1) benefits under the Act of active employment, which is given to cover living costs in training, which are provided training aid in the area of the rock card, '.

Number 1-6 will then be no. 2-7.

8. I section 24 (2). 3, no. 6, ' end loans or ' shall be replaced by : ' end-loans `.

9. I section 24 (2). 3, is inserted after no 6 as new number :

" 7) cannot get scholarship to a new youth education, cf. rules laid down in Article 13 (3). 2, no. 2 (a) or '.

Number 7 will then be no. 8.

10. § 25, paragraph. 1-4, is hereby repealed and the following shall be inserted :

' Education aid shall be granted with a basset of the home-end rate, cf. § 8 (3) 3 To

1) educational seekers who are home-incturnant, cf. rules laid down in accordance with Article 8 (3). 5, no. 1, and

2) training seagoing 18 and 19 years on which education support is given outside the clippage and shall have the right to training aid at home-bower, cf. rules laid down in accordance with Article 8 (3). 5, no. 2.

Paragraph 2. Educational aid shall be given by a basic scholarship to the outside rate, cf. § 8 (3) 2, for training in 18 and 19 years, which receive training assistance outside the clippage and shall have the right to training aid with the outside rate, cf. rules laid down in accordance with Article 8 (3). 5, no. 2.

Paragraph 3. Founding scholarship after paragraph 1. 1, no. 2, and paragraph 1. 2 shall be given up to the end of the month in which the training lashing is 20 years old.

Paragraph 4. For the basic scholarship, cf. paragraph 1 and 2 of the above shall be given a maximum of :

1) $1,628. (2015-level) for educational seekers that are given the basic scholarship to the home-bowing rate.

2) $2.50. (2015-level) for educational seagoing, which will be given the basic scholarship to the outside rate.

Paragraph 5. Appendix to paragraph 1. 4 and supplementary scholarships in accordance with section 11 shall be granted if the parent ' s total income in the second calendar year in advance of the aid year does not exceed 333.504 crane, cf. however, paragraph 1 Six and seven. The supplement and the supplementary grant after paragraph 11 shall be reduced by a higher income basis and shall be completely disposed of at an income basis of 564.391. or over there. In the case of educational seekers, who are given the basic scholarship to the outside rate in accordance with paragraph 1. However, if the total income does not exceed 322,629 kr, the supplement and the supplemental grant shall be granted. The supplement and the supplementary grant after Section 11 shall be suspended at an income basis of 563.770 kr. or over there. The limits are set out in the level used for the award of addendum to the basic grant in 2015.

Paragraph 6. Got the training-seeking that gets the basic scholarship after paragraph. 1, no. 1, the population address of one of his parents and his spouse or registered partner shall be used as a total income for them in the calculation of the additional size of paragraph 1. 5.

Paragraph 7. The income base shall be reduced by 34.246 kr. for each child under 18 years of age. Is the income base calculated in accordance with paragraph 1 6, the income base shall be reduced by 34.246 kr. for each of the children of one parent under the age of 18 and each of his or her husband's married or registered children under age 18. The amounts are specified in the level used for the award of Appendix to the basic grant in 2015.

Paragraph 8. Educational seekers who have children under the age of 18 shall receive a full supplement in accordance with paragraph 1. 4. "

paragraphs 5 to 8 shall then be referred to in paragraph 1. 9-12.

11. § 25, paragraph. 7, there will be paragraph 1. 11 is replaced by the following :

" Stop. 11. Appendix to the basic scholarship and supplementary scholarships after section 11, which is calculated in accordance with paragraph 1. 5 and 6 shall be calculated on the basis of the parent ' s or the single parent ' s or his or registered partner ' s overall income base if the parents or the one parent and his spouse or his registered partner have the same, international registry address on 1. for the month to which the markup is assigned. The training-seeking shall inform the names and addresses of the parents or the names and addresses of the parent or the registered partner or registered partners if they do not have a Danish address. ` ;

12. I § 39, paragraph. ONE, ONE. pkt., in the same way, the words ' spouse ' shall be replaced by ' spouse or concoder, the children of the training of children '.

13. I § 39, paragraph. ONE, TWO. pkt., ' in the case of ' shall be inserted after ' in the case of ' : ' Decision determining the right to SU as an employed or self-employed person or as a family member to an employed or self-employed person, cf. in the case of : § 2 b (3) (b) 1, no. 2, and rules laid down in accordance with section 2 b (s). 2, and in connection with ".

14. I § 39 inserted after paragraph 1. 2 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 3. Information received by the Management Board from the income register concerning the income of the training seaman or the income of its family member, cf. paragraph ONE, TWO. pkt., may be cooperated and shall be summed up with the information on the allocation of aid in order to establish whether the aid has been granted in accordance with Section 2 b (1). 1, no. Paraguation 2 and 4, and rules laid down in section 2 b (s). TWO. "

Paragraph 3-10 becomes the second paragraph. 4-11.

15. I § 39, paragraph. 10, there will be paragraph 1. 11, shall be amended ' paragraph 1. One to five : " ONE-SIX.

16. I § 42, paragraph. ONE, THREE. pkt., in the words ' section 39 (4), 1-4, cf. paragraph 10, " to : section 39, paragraph 1, 2, 4 and 5, cf. paragraph 11, "

17. I § 46 e, paragraph 1. 5, in section 33, 35 and 36 ', section 33, 35, 36 and 38 '.

18. I § 46 f, first paragraph 4, the following shall be inserted after ' in accordance with ' : ' and shall be charged in accordance with section 38 and rules laid down in accordance with '.

§ 2

In the field of training and professional training, in accordance with the law of professional training and professional training, Law Order no. 1147 of 23. October 2014, the following changes are made :

1. I § 17 (a) (a) 1, the words ', of an engineer ' s highest degree.

2. I Section 22 (2). 1, pasted as no. 8 :

" 8) Access course and access to engineering training and similar technical training. ` ;

3. I § 34, paragraph. 1, ' occupational training studies ` shall be replaced by the following : ' occupational education for higher education `.

§ 3

In the field of specialized pedagogical support in higher education, cf. Law Order no. 584 of 1. June 2014, the following is amended as follows :

1. I Section 4 (4). 1, no. 1, the words ' and the magic conferring degree and the additions shall be deleted ;

§ 4

Law no. 899 of 4. July 2013 amending the SU Law, law on mileage off to students in higher education and the law on the transport rebate to educational training in youth education and so on. (Amendment of the rules on aid time, restrictions on access to the State's education support for youth education, new rates of support for home-residing, changed rates of regulation during the period 2014-2021, increased aid for mileatirepayment, etc.), as amended by : § 2 of Law No 749 of 25. June 2014, the following changes are made :

1. § 1, no. 21, revoked.

2. I Section 4 (4). 5, is replaced by "21-30" to : "22-30".

§ 5

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. June 2015, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. § 1, no. 5, 10 and 11, enter into force on 1. July 2015 and shall have effect on home residents, commenced or commenced on new training on 1. July, 2014, or later.
