Publication of the percentage of personal income regularisation for the calculation of individual housing aid for 2015

In accordance with Article 8 (2), 2, in the case of individual housing aid, cf. Law Order no. 1231 of 29. October 2013, and section 3, paragraph 3. 2, in Notice no. 138 of 11. February 2013 on the calculation of the income for calculating individual housing aid shall be fixed as follows :

§ 1. The percentage of the estimated income of the year 2015 shall be the percentage of the estimated income to be charged :

1) 1.5%. for pensioners, cf. Section 2 (2). 3, in the case of individual housing support,

2) 1.5%. in the case of receivers of early retirement and persons covered by Section 2 b, in the case of individual housing aid and

3) 2,5%. For others.

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on the 31. December 2014.
