Publication of the amendment of the Executive Order for Access to Candist University (Candist Access Notices)

§ 1

Notice no. 1488 of 16. December 2013 on access to candidate education at universities (the Candidate Access Order) is hereby amended as follows :

1. § 20 ITREAS :

" § 20. The university may lay down rules that the entry should be stopped for students who have not been at least one sample in a continuous period of at least 1 year.

Paragraph 2. The rules laid down by the university that students should carry out additional tests after inclusion in the candidate's training, cf. § 5, 2. pkt; and the notice of the degree and censorship at university studies (diplomas), whatever the rules laid down in accordance with paragraph 1, shall apply. 1.

Paragraph 3. The university may dispensers from rules laid down in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 if there are any unusual circumstances. "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2015 and shall apply from the year 2015 -16.
