Publication of payment for the activities of the Maritime Management Board as part of the supervision of piloting, loot and loderies

In accordance with section 26 of the law, law no. 567 of 9. June 2006, as amended by law no. 478 of 30. The following may be set :

§ 1. In the case of the Maritime Management's tasks relating to the supervision of piloting, loot and lodbooks, charges shall be paid. The fees applicable to any time applicable in section 2 to 8 shall be determined in accordance with the rules laid down by the Ministry of Finance for price-culations at the charge calculation and shall be published on the Maritime Management website.

§ 2. The Maritime Management Board shall issue the payment of a fee :

1) Lodsaspirant-ID,

2) certificate of loot,

3) high-sea certificate,

4) Exemption proof, and

5) Cargo map (replace card) card.

§ 3. The Danish Maritime Service shall apply to the payment of a fee :

1) Lie test in connection with the application for a certificate of certificate,

2) aptitude test, in relation to the application for certificate of exemption certificate, and

3) supervision resulting from defective self-control.

Paragraph 2. The Maritime Agency may charge for travel expenses and travel time in addition to the fee for travel and travel time, cf. State rules to this effect.

Paragraph 3. It shall be the responsibility of the Maritime Service, to the person responsible for payment, to specify all costs that are covered.

§ 4. An applicant from an established aptitude test shall be subject to the costs of the Maritime Management Board before a new aptitude test can be established.

§ 5. If a non-agreed supervision is not initiated or terminated as a result of the seriousness of the lodserior or its representative, the Lodseriet shall pay the cost of the Maritime Management Agency.

§ 6. For the annual monitoring of piloting, loot and loderies not covered by sections 2 and 3, the lodserians shall be charged an annual fee for each load, which is associated to the lodseria.

Paragraph 2. The period for collection of the fee referred to in paragraph 1 shall be : 1 is 1. June to 31. May. ' Associated ' means a lodard, which has performed at least one load for the lodseria. If a fury has been established in a period of six months during a collection period, the lodseria shall only pay half of the fee referred to in paragraph 1. 1.

§ 7. For annual checks on whether the holder of a certificate of lobe exemption maintains its qualifications, the holder shall pay an annual fee prior to the year in question.

§ 8. In the case of late payment or non-payment for benefits covered by this notice, the Maritime Maritime Service may impose a 200-pound rye fee. for each issued advance.

Paragraph 2. Guilty amounts may be recovered by panning and may be brackets with the interest rate laid down in the interest rate in late payment, etc.

§ 9. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2015.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 491 of 30. May 2012 on payment for the Lodsusynet services are hereby repealed.
