Publication of the payment of ATP-contributions for members of a-box and others.

In accordance with section 52 p (2), 7, section 85 c, paragraph 1. 10, and section 85 d (s). 5, in the Act of Unemployment Insurance, etc., cf. Law Order no. 348 of 8. April 2014, section 13, paragraph 3. 6-8, in the case of reimbursement and subsidy for carriage by participating in business adult and after training, cf. Law Order no. 860 of 24. August 2012, and section 2 c of the Labor Market's Supplementary Pension, cf. Law Order no. 1110 of 10. October, 2014, and after negotiating with the Minister for Education and the Council for the Management Board ' s Committee on Employment, the Minister for Employment shall be authorised to determine :

Chapter 1

Mandatory payment of ATP-contribution to members of a case of unemployment benefits, daily money, in accordance with Article 64 or 65 of Regulation (EC) No (65) of Regulation (EC) No 2. 883/04 on the coordination of social security systems, temporary occupational performance or a full compensation in the adult and after-training activities

The total ATP contribution

§ 1. A contribution shall be made to the Labor Market ' s Additional pension for members of a non-payment scheme

1) daily allowance, by law on unemployment insurance, etc.,

2) daily money in accordance with Articles 64 or 65 of Regulation (EC) No, 883/04 on the coordination of social security systems,

3) temporary labour market service, or

4) full compensation, in the case of allowances and allowances for the carriage of passengers by participating in business-oriented adult and after training.

Paragraph 2. Contribution of contributions shall be paid for each hour paid for, cf. paragraph 1.

Paragraph 3. The Management Board for the Labor Market Agency shall fix the hourly contribution in relation to the annual contribution set out in section 15 (3). 1, in the Act of the Labor Market's Supplementary Pension. The annual contribution represents 1.92 kr. per Hour.

Paragraph 4. For members who receive benefits, cf. paragraph 1 represents the timecontribution 200 pct. of the annual contribution of paragraph 1. Three, corresponding to 3.84 kr. per Hour.

Member's part of the ATP contribution

§ 2. 1/3 of the contribution under Clause shall be paid by the Member who shall receive benefits in payment, daily money pursuant to Article 64 or 65 of Regulation (EC) No 2 ; 883/04 on the coordination of social security systems, temporary occupational service or full compensation in the area of adult and further training. The contribution of the Member for a week is to be demerged to the nearest whole crown.

Paragraph 2. The A box is withholding the contribution of the payment of the benefit.

§ 3. 1/3 of the contribution in accordance with section 1 shall be paid by the representatives of the members who are paid ;

1) daily money, where the municipality contributes to the financing of daily allowances by 70%. for the daily payment or, where the municipality does not contribute to the financing, cf. § 85 c (3) 3, cf. paragraph 1, in the Act of Unemployment Insurance, etc.,

2) daily money in accordance with Articles 64 or 65 of Regulation (EC) No, 883/04 on the coordination of social security systems,

3) temporary labour market service when the municipality does not contribute to the financing of the service or contribute 70%. of the expenditure on the temporary occupational performance, cf. § 52 p, paragraph. 3, cf. paragraph 1, in the law on unemployment insurance and so on, or

4) full compensation, in the case of allowances and allowances for the carriage of passengers by participating in business-oriented adult and after training.

Paragraph 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 1, no. 1, do not contribute to the payment of the ATP contribution collected for the members of an unemployment fund receiving daily allowances in self-selected training in accordance with Chapter 8 (a) in the Act of an active employment action or under the conditions of employment ; in accordance with Chapter 10 of the Act on active employment.

Paragraph 3. The contribution of the A funds for one week shall be nectooted to the nearest whole crown.

Paragraph 4. To cover the costs of the fees to finance the contribution, cf. paragraph 1, the boxes may call for a specific contribution to be considered as part of the membership of the Member State to the case, cf. § 77, paragraph. 1 and 8, in the law on unemployment insurance and so on.

Paragraph 5. Contribution may not be made from paid beneficiaries or from members that are exempt from the payment of contributions after section 77 (2). 10, in the law on unemployment insurance and so on.

Paragraph 6. The operating market and the Recruitment management shall be calculated on the basis of an estimate of the number of hours to be paid for, cf. paragraph 1, the contribution which, cf. paragraph 4, may be collected per Member for the following financial year. The contribution is the same for all a boxes. The contribution of part-time insured accounts of two-thirds of the contribution shall be provided for full-time insured.

Paragraph 7. Contributions, cf. paragraph 4, regulated by an amount equal to the excess or deficit which the contributions made to it in the most recent financial year have been given in proportion to the total amount of regulated contributions, which, according to the accounts for this year, should have been paid.

Paragraph 8. The contributions of the funds provided for in this provision shall be paid to the State in accordance with the rules in section 11 in the notice of the supervision of the economic and accounting system of the recognised a-teller's economy and accounting and so on for each month of the annual amount of the refund shall be rounded to the nearest entire chronosum.

§ 4. 1/3 of the contribution in accordance with section 1 shall be paid as payment contributions by private employers for members who are paid ;

1) daily money, where the municipality contributes to the financing of daily allowances by 70%. for the daily payment or, where the municipality does not contribute to the financing, cf. § 85 c (3) 3, cf. paragraph 1, in the Act of Unemployment Insurance, etc.,

2) daily money in accordance with Articles 64 or 65 of Regulation (EC) No, 883/04 on the coordination of social security systems,

3) temporary labour market service when the municipality does not contribute to the financing of the service or contribute 70%. of the expenditure on the temporary occupational performance, cf. § 52 p, paragraph. 3, cf. paragraph 1, in the law on unemployment insurance and so on, or

4) full compensation, in the case of allowances and allowances for the carriage of passengers by participating in business-oriented adult and after training.

Paragraph 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 1, no. 1, private employers shall not contribute to the payment of the ATP contribution collected for the members of an unemployment fund receiving daily allowances under the self-selected training in accordance with Chapter 8 (a) in the Act of an active employment service ; or in accordance with Chapter 10 of the Act on an active employment service.

Paragraph 3. The financing contribution shall be calculated by the rules in the publication of the calculation of financing contributions.

Paragraph 4. The occupational allowance of the labour market shall be responsible for the collection and recovery of financial contributions from employers in accordance with the rules in the joint collection of certain employers ' contributions.

The state's part of the ATP-contribution of members who receive benefits during activation, during self-selected training in accordance with Chapter 8 (a) in the Act of an active employment or temporary labour market during activation ;

§ 5. The State shall pay 2/3 of the contribution in accordance with section 1 for members who are paid

1) daily money, where the municipality contributes to the financing of daily money by 50%. the daily payment of the daily payment, cf. § 85 c (3) 5, cf. paragraph 1, in the Act of Unemployment Insurance, etc.,

2) benefits in the course of taking part in self-selected training in accordance with Chapter 8 (a) in the law on active employment,

3) benefits under tender under Chapter 10 of the Act on active employment, or

4) temporary labour market service when the municipality contributes to the financing of the service by 50%. of the expenditure on the temporary occupational performance, cf. § 52 p, paragraph. 4, cf. paragraph 1.

Paragraph 2. The state's contribution of the contribution shall be calculated as the double of the Member's negopted contribution in accordance with section 2 (2). 1.

Chapter 2

Voluntary payment of ATP-contributions for members of a Boxes receiving post-wage

§ 6. Members who receive post-employment law on unemployment insurance, etc., may, in their own way, pay contributions to ATP.

Paragraph 2. Contribution shall be paid for each hour paid out for which payment is paid. On the basis of the annual contribution set out in section 15 (3). 1 in the Act of the Labor Market ' s Supplementary Pension, the Management Board ' s Supplementary Pension Board shall fix an hourly contribution. The contribution of the contribution is 1.68 kr. per Hour.

§ 7. Members covered by Section 6 must notify a box if they wish to pay the contribution to ATP.

Paragraph 2. Members have the opportunity to change the payment of contributions to ATP once a year. The change must be reported to a box by the 10th of the 10. This January and shall take effect from the initial payment period in the calendar year.

§ 8. The contribution of section 6 shall be paid by the person who is paid for it. The contribution of a week or month shall be nectooted to the nearest whole crown.

Paragraph 2. The A box is withholding the contribution of the payment of the benefit.

Chapter 3

Voluntary payment of ATP-contribution on income recipients who are not members of a Danish a-box

§ 9. People who, pursuant to section 74 o, in the Act of Unemployment Insurance, etc. receive pay, and which are not members of a Danish a case, may, in their own way, pay contributions to the occupational pension allowance.

Paragraph 2. Section 6 (2). 2, section 7 and 8 shall apply mutatis muth.

Chapter 4

Common provisions

The ATP contribution inventory and transfer to ATP

§ 10. The total ATP contribution of the individual benefits will be made quarterly of the Labor Market Service and the Recruitment on the basis of quarterly reports from the cases of withholding contributions after paragraph 2 (2). 1) daily money,

3) temporary labour market service,

4) compensation in the field of adult and vocational training, and

5) post-wage.

Paragraph 2. Contributions are due to payment on the first. May, 1. August, 1. November and 1. Feb. The total contribution shall be transferred by the Labor Market Management and Recruitment to the occupational pension of the Labor Market Act at the latest on 7. at the month of the month.

Paragraph 3. The inventories of the A discard shall be reported to the Labor Market Management and Recruitment Management ; no later than 20. of the month after the end of each quarter. § 11. The A boxes shall report at the end of the month the total ATP contribution, cf. sections 1, 6 and 9 to be paid to the occupational pension for the labour market for each benefit consigner. Repayment of ATP contributions

§ 12. If a benefit recipient is to pay a service back to the a case, the ATP contribution of this benefit shall be paid back by the Labor Market's Supplementary Pension for the Labor Market and Recruitment Management. Amouns less than fully ATP contributions for a week are not recovered.

Paragraph 2. The repayment of ATP contributions related to the current financial year shall be adjusted by the quarterly payments.

Paragraph 3. ATP-contribution related to previous years, will be repaid to the Labor Market and Recruiting account in the State's Enterprise Payments (SKB) against the background of the notifications of the revenue registers.

Paragraph 4. Repaid contributions in relation to daily allowances and allowances for vocational training and training shall be included in the regulation in accordance with section 3 (3). 6.

Paragraph 5. An amount equal to the share of the Member's share of the ATP contribution paid in the past year shall be paid quarterly by the Labor Market Management and Recruitment to the A boxes.

Entry into force.

§ 13. The announcement shall enter into force on 5. January 2014.
