Publication of the amendment of notification of health advisory agreements for bovine herds
§ 1
Notice no. 177 by 26. February 2014, on health consulting agreements for bovine herds, the following changes are made :
1. Inline ITREAS :
" In accordance with section 8 b, section 11, paragraph 1. 1, 3 and 4, section 12 (2). 3 and 4, section 13 (3). 2, section 15 and section 38 (3). 4, in the Law on veterinarians, cf. Law Order no. 464 of 15. May 2014, and paragraph 34 a, paragraph 1. 1-3, section 47, paragraph. 1, Section 51, section 61 (1). One, section 66 a, paragraph. Paragraph 1 and 2, section 70 (2). 3, in the law on animals of animals, cf. Law Order no. 466 of 15. In May 2014, the order shall be determined according to the order of the Commission. 558 of 28. May 2014 on the duties and powers of the Food Management : '
2. § 4 ITREAS :
" § 4. A health advisory agreement may include only one CHR number, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.
Paragraph 2. An overall agreement on health advice for livestock herds that has been granted a derogation for cooperation shall be concluded in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement. the labelling, registration and movement of bovine animals, swine, sheep or goats, where the following conditions are met :
1) All bovine animals covered by the same operation are registered in one of the same operator ' s CHR numbers.
2) The person responsible for processing shall carry out the records of medical treatments in the crew by electronic reporting for Animal registration.
3) The person responsible for the crew has announced to the veterinary and knowledge centre for Agriculture, the Bovine that the use of medicinal products is registered in Animal registration.
4) The veterinary examiner shall report to the veterinary training on Delivered and prescribed medicinal products within two days.
5) The person responsible for the crew has notified the Centre for Agriculture, the Bovine that the reported information shall be available to the crew physician and for the inspection authority for at least five years.
k. 3 A health advisory agreement includes all the cattle on the CHR number.
k. 4 The Agency may, on application in specific cases, grant a derogation from the requirement referred to in paragraph 1. 3. Pensation may be made subject to the conditions specified.
Paragraph 5. The Food Authority shall be able to withdraw a derogation pursuant to paragraph 1. 4 in the case of gross or repeated infringement of the conditions or rules on health advice. ` ;
3. § 8 ITREAS :
" § 8. An agreement on health advice, cf. sections 5 and 6 shall be entered into in writing by the use of the contract listed in Annex 1 to the notice.
Paragraph 2. If there is one single agreement on health advice for several CHR numbers, cf. Section 4 (4). 2, all included CHR numbers must be entered on the contract.
Paragraph 3. The official veterinarian must, within eight days of the conclusion of the Agreement, make a report on this subject at www.vetreg.dk, and a single agreement on health advice in accordance with the Agreement on Healthcare. Section 4 (4). 2, must be carried out on the CHR number in which the animals are registered in CHR.
Paragraph 4. The official veterinarian must keep the agreement reached and the crew responsible for the crew shall keep a copy of the contract. The documents must be kept for the duration of the agreement and up to a year after termination of the agreement. The documents must be available on request immediately for and be handed over to the inspection authority. `
4. I section 16 (4). 1, deleted : `, cf. however, paragraph 1 The following shall be added : `, and replace the following : `. however, paragraph 1 TWO-FOUR. "
5. I § 16 pasted as paragraph FOUR :
" Stop. 4. Statements for which a single health advisory agreement is concluded, cf. Section 4 (4). 2, placed in the category :
1) tighter advice, if one or more of the crews covered by the overall health advisory agreement were placed in this category, cf. section 13, prior to the conclusion of the total health advisory agreement, or
2) additional advice, if one or more of the crews covered by the overall health care agreement were placed in this category, cf. Section 14, prior to the conclusion of the total health advisory agreement, cf. No! 1. "
6. I § 66, paragraph. 1, the following words shall be inserted after ' breaching ' means : ' 4 (1). One-three, and section 4, paragraph 4. 1 and 2 shall be deleted ;
7. I § 66, paragraph. 2, inserted after ' in accordance with ' shall mean section 4 (4), 4, ", and section 4 (4). 3, ` is deleted.
8. Appendix 1 the text of Annex 1 shall be replaced by this notice.
§ 2
The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2015.
