Publication of the levying of fees in relation to the voluntary, industry-mini-managed registration scheme for tattoo parlors

In accordance with Article 4 (4), One and two, in the law. 427 of 1. May 2013 on a voluntary, industry-mini-managed registration scheme for tattoo parlors shall be determined :

§ 1. The Board of Health shall charge a fee of 6-12 kroner. (2014 price and wage level) for the guidance and assessment of the application for a simplification approval to record the tattoo parlors. Amount price-and pay is regulated once a year and be reported by the Board of Health.

§ 2. The Board of Health shall charge a fee of $11357. (2014 price and wage level) for the approval of a association to register tattoo parlors. Amount price-and pay is regulated once a year and be reported by the Board of Health.

§ 3. The Board of Health shall charge a annual fee of 5,678 kr. (2014 price and wage level) for the maintenance of a union's approval to register the tattoo parlors. Amount price-and pay is regulated once a year and be reported by the Board of Health.

Paragraph 2. The collection of the provisions referred to in paragraph 1. 1 above shall take place the first time on first 1. December after the date of approval of a reconciliation after paragraph 2.

§ 4. Simplifications that were not subject to registration for registration after Article 2 may not require a fee-paid after paragraph 1 shall be refunded.
