Law on the amendment of the state's adult education support (SVU)

(The target direction of SVU to higher education)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the case of the State's adult education support (SVU), cf. Law Order no. 206 of 27. February 2013, as amended by Section 2 of Law No 274 of 19. March 2013, Section 19 of Law No 639 of 12. June 2013 and Section 5 of Law No 898 of 4. July 2013, the following changes are made :

1. After Section 3 is inserted in Chapter 2 :

" § 3 a. In order to get the SVU in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 to higher education, the training exercise must not have completed higher education at a level higher than training at the level of vocational training.

Paragraph 2. The Minister for Research, Innovation and Higher Education may lay down detailed rules on the condition laid down in paragraph 1. 1 and may, in particular, lay down rules on the situations which may be disregarded from further education. ` ;

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. February 2014.

Paragraph 2. The law shall not apply to applications for SVU received before the entry into force of the law. In the case of such applications, the applicable rules shall apply.
