Annunciation of the review of the risk of major accidents involving dangerous substances 1)

(The addition of heavy fuel oil as a named material in Annex 1)

§ 1

Notice no. 1666 of 14. In December 2006, on the control of the risk of major accidents involving dangerous substances, as amended by the notice No 1694 of 22. In December 2010, the following changes are made :

1. Foot notation the title of the notice shall be replaced by the following :

" 1) The announcement contains provisions which implement parts of Council Directive 96 /82/EC of 9. December 1996 on the control of the risk of major accidents involving dangerous substances, the EC Official Journal of 1997, L 10, page 13, Commission Decision 98 /433EC of 26. June 1998 laying down uniform criteria for derogations in accordance with Article 9 of Council Directive 96 /82/EC on the control of major accidents involving dangerous substances, the EC Official Journal of 1998, no. In 192, page 19, Directive 2003 /105/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16. December 2003 amending Council Directive 96 /82/EC on the control of the risk of major accidents involving dangerous substances, EU Official Journal 2003, nr. L345, page 97, and parts of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2012 /18/EU of 4. July 2012 on the risk of major accidents involving dangerous substances and amending and following the repeal of Council Directive 96 /82/EC, EU-Official Journal, nr. "In 197, page one."

2. I Annex 1, Part 1, the following point (c) of point (c) is added under the heading ' oil products '. Scrud fuel oil.

3. Note 9 to appendix 1, Part 1, revoked.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. February 2014.
