Publication of the provision of certain powers to the Danish Agency for the Management of grants from the European Regional Fund and the European Social Fund

Under Section 7 of Law. 1599 of 20. In December 2006 on the management of grants from the European Regional Fund and the European Social Fund shall be determined :

§ 1. The powers granted under the law are attributing the Acquired and Growth Minister to the Corporate Authority.

Paragraph 2. Acting in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 (3) of the law. ONE, TWO. the period, to distribute regional funds and social fund funds between regional growth forums and the means under the objective of European territorial cooperation, and to redistribute these funds, however, shall not be added.

§ 2. Decisions adopted by the Danish Agency for the law or regulations issued under the law may not be brought to the second administrative authority.

Paragraph 2. Decisions to be taken by regions, municipalities and other authorities, as provided for in Article 13 (1) of the law. 1, is empowered to act as administrative authority in whole or in part, for the Danish Agency for the Management Board.

Paragraph 3. Decisions to be taken by public or private law entities, pursuant to the provisions of Article 8 (8) of the Act of Law 8. Article 13 (2) and Article 13 (3). 2, is empowered to carry out administrative duties, may be submitted to the Danish Agency for the Agency.

Paragraph 4. Decisions, taken by the Monitoring Committees and Steering Committee for programmes with Danish participation in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 (1) of the law. 2 is final and cannot be brought to an administrative authority.

§ 3. The announcement shall enter into force on the 24th. February 2014.

Paragraph 2. At the same time, notice No 1132 of 24. In November 2008, following the law on grants from the European Regional Fund and the European Social Fund, the granting of powers to the Errecruitment and Construction Authority is the responsibility of the European Regional Fund.
