Notice on tuition fee at vocational adult and continuing education
Under section 8 (5) and (6) and section 8 (a), paragraphs 1 and 2, of the Act on open education (vocational adult education), etc., see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 374 of 4. April 2014, as amended by Act No. 1378 of 16. December 2014, fixed: § 1. The following educational activities, as referred to in article 6, paragraph 2, of the Act on open education (vocational adult education), etc. (hereinafter ÅU-law) are covered by the tuition fee in accordance with §§ 4 and 5:1) labour market training (AMU) in accordance with the law on labour market training, etc., except for Training the school's labour market training (TAMU).
2) single-subject courses on vocational education and training to the extent that they have been entered in a common competence description for the Act on labour market training, etc.
§ 2. The following educational activities, as mentioned in the ÅU-section 6, paragraph 2, are covered by the tuition fee under section 8:1) Part-time courses at the level of vocational training and single subject from here.
2) single subject on chiropodist training after ÅU-law.
3) single-subject courses at vocational education and training, which are not included in a common competence description for the Act on labour market training, etc.
§ 3. Labour market education and single subject within vocational education and educational area and the social and health area, see. law on vocational education and training, are not covered by tuition fees under section 4, but are covered by the tuition fee under section 5.
§ 4. Standard price for participation in the training activities referred to in paragraph 1 shall be determined in the annual finance acts. Standard taking into account the size of the individual educational activities is evidenced by a price catalogue, which is published on the Ministry website. New educational activities, as approved in the course of the financial year shall be entered in the catalog and are covered by the Executive order on the tariff rules from the time of approval.
(2). Standard size is in charge of the prize catalog specified per årselev converted to full-time. For labour market training shall collect the institutions standard price in relation to educational activities, without prejudice to the actual duration of the task. Ministry of guidance on procurement, organization and implementation of social programmes, etc., which are published on the Ministry website. For single subject institutions charge a standard price in relation to educational activities set duration, since the standard price, however, be reduced proportionally in the case of activities organised with a shorter duration or less årsværks load than the set duration, respectively årsværks norms, see. notice on open education and grants for labour-market training, etc.
§ 5. The ceiling of the addition to the participant payment that educational institutions can establish after ÅU-§ 8 a, paragraph 2, is 700 € per week per student.
§ 6. Students who have a higher education, which has not been used the last 5 years and who are admitted to the labour market education and single subject courses, which are included in a common competence description for the Act on labour market training, etc., are not covered by the full tuition fee after ÅU-§ 8, paragraph 4, but are covered by the tuition fee in accordance with sections 4 and 5.
§ 7. Students who receive redundancy pay or a pension, see. paragraph 3-5, and which is 60 years old or above, and who participate in single subject teaching to hhx, htx, or must pay a tuition fee, which is higher than that of the institution under section 8 laid down common tuition fee for that single subject. The increase of participant payment shall be fixed at the annual finance laws.
(2). Paragraph 1 does not include a student, which has 1) paid full tuition fee for that single subject after ÅU-§ 8, paragraph 4, or 2) had a labour Association of more than 8 hours per week on average in the last 12 weeks before the student's registration for single subject teaching.
(3). By an age-related pension purposes: 1) old-age pension.
2) arbejdsmarkedets tillægspension.
3) Private pensions in the form of a subscribed) pension schemes with ongoing payments, b) rate insurance in pension purposes, c) index schemes associated with an index contract in accordance with the law on old-age insurance and old-age savings indexed, d) installment savings in pension purposes, e) savings in pension purposes in the Pengeinstitut and f) pension scheme with periodic payments, which is discontinuing.
4) occupational pensions in the form of a) pension schemes with continuous withdrawal and civil service pension, b) rate insurance in pension purposes, c) installment savings in pension purposes, d) index system associated with an index contract in accordance with the law on old-age insurance and old-age savings indexed, e) savings in pension purposes in the financial institution as well as savings in employees ' capital Pension Fund and f) pension scheme with periodic payments, which is discontinuing.
(4). Foreign pension schemes, which corresponds to one of the pensions referred to in paragraph 3, shall be assimilated with corresponding Danish pension schemes.
(5). Pension schemes, which are no longer offered, but which corresponds to one of the pension schemes referred to in paragraph 3, shall be assimilated to these pension schemes.
§ 8. By non-regulated tuition fees determined participant rebate of institutions in accordance with the General rules on open education.
§ 9. For single subject, that in the course of the financial year shall be entered in or lapses from either a common competence description, is it simply the subject's status at the time of the commencement of the actual training course, which determines the rules on tuition fees.
§ 10. It is a condition for receiving reimbursement for education activities referred to in sections 1 and 2, the standard price is paid no later than the activity reporting to the Ministry of education, and that advertising the requirement in section 8A (2), (3). paragraph are met. For educational activities after ÅU-law also applies to the General rules on open education.
(2). Institutions may set time limits for the payment of the participant payment.
§ 11. If a student participating in a single subject, as are basic subjects at the C-level from a vocational training, paid tuition fee under section 8 and subsequent exit 2. part of a basic course in vocational training as part of a eux-gradients and with successful entry requirements for the main course, the student has the right to get the paid tuition fee reimbursed, however, net of grants to Subscriber the payment granted in accordance with the law on State support of education and the State education aid.
(2). The educational institution shall reimburse, on request, participant payment without prejudice. (1) for students who can provide proof that they satisfy the conditions referred to in paragraph 1, and which can provide proof that the participant payment is paid.
(3). Recovery shall take place within six weeks after receipt of the request for reimbursement, without prejudice. (2). The educational institution shall carry out repayment through Nemkontoordningen, see. law on public payments, etc.
(4). Tuition fees, which the educational institution shall repay pursuant to paragraph 3, shall be reimbursed by the Ministry of education quarterly on the basis of the educational institution's reporting on completed repayment. The alert must be certified by the educational institution's auditor in accordance with the rules on the revision and reimbursement checks, which the educational institution is covered by.
§ 12. The following students do not pay tuition fees: 1) Persons participating in education activities referred to in sections 1 and 2 as part of the GVU-training plan.
2) Persons participating in single subjects at professional or labour market training as part of a curriculum of vocational training plus (VET +).
3) Persons participating in single subjects as part of the study addressed high school in vocational training, in accordance with article 3. Article 24, paragraph 4, of the law on vocational education and training.
§ 13. The institution's Auditor verifies that the correct tuition fee is paid, and the documentation for the specific exemption under section 12, and certifies the institution's reporting is available at the auditor's statement.
§ 14. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. January 2015.
(2). Executive Order No. 1109 by 1. December 2011 on the tuition fee at the vocational adult and continuing education are hereby repealed.
