Completion of the participation of participants in the adult and after-training vocational training

In accordance with Article 8 (2), 5 and 6, and Article 8 (a) (a). 1 and 2, in the law of open training (professional adult education), etc., cf. Law Order no. 374 of 4. April 2014, as amended by law no. 1378 of 16. December 2014, set :

§ 2. The following training activities referred to in Article 6 (6) of the ÅU Act. 2, is included in the Participant Payment after Article 8 :

1) Deltidal training at level with vocational training and a single class from here.

3) A single profession of vocational training which is not included in a common competence description following the law on labour market training and so on.

§ 3. § 6. § 7. Paragraph 2. Stk.1 does not include a courier which has

Paragraph 3. A retirement pension shall be taken to mean :

4) Labor market pensions in the form of

a) pension schemes with an ongoing payment and an official pension ;

b) interest rate insurance in pension purposes ;

c) savings in retirement purposes ;

d) index scheme associated with an index contract in accordance with the law of price-regulated old-age insurance and old-age savings,

(e) savings in pension funds in the financial institution, as well as savings in the Expense Fund of the Lens receipts ; and

(f) pension scheme, with ongoing payments, which are related.

Paragraph 4. Foreign pension schemes equivalent to one of the products referred to in paragraph 1. 3 such pensions shall be equated with equivalent Danish pension schemes.

Paragraph 5. Pensions schemes that no longer be offered but which correspond to one of the provisions referred to in paragraph 1. 3 pension schemes must be made equal to those pension schemes.

§ 8. The non-regulated participant payment shall be determined by the amount of the institutions in accordance with the general rules on open education.

§ 10. Paragraph 2. The institutions may set deadlines for the payment of the participant payment.

§ 11. Paragraph 4. § 12. The following courier shall not pay any participant payment :
