Publication of the amendment of the notification of grants to municipal projects in the case of water drainage restoration

§ 1

Notice no. 1019 of 29. In October 2012 on grants to municipal projects in the case of water drainage, the following changes are made :

1. Section 1 (1). 1, ITREAS :

' The Natural Business Authority may, in 2012, 2013 and 2014 within the appropriated appropriation framework, consent to grants to municipal projects in the case of water-drainage restoration, which will improve the habitats of animal and plant life in the flow of water, including : the spawls of migrant arters and waterways, while improving the water environment. ` ;

2. Section 3, paragraph 3. 3, ITREAS :

" Stop. 3. The project manager is understood in this notice to the municipality in which the flow of water is to be carried out, or another municipality, which, after agreement, assumes the obligation to perform the project. In cases where a project includes water-flow restoration in several municipalities, one municipality is selected as the project manager and applicant, among the municipalities that are covered by the project. "

3. Section 5 (5). 1, ITREAS :

' Commitment of grants shall be submitted to the Natural Business Authority in a special scheme available through the Home page of the Natural Business Authority. ` ;

4. Section 5 (5). 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. Applications shall be received in the Natural Acquials in the application period so that applications may be lodged from the start date of the application and with the end date of the application period. The Office of the Natural Acquires shall determine the application periods published on the home page of the Natural Business Authority within four weeks before the end of the application period. `

5. Section 5 (5). 3, revoked.

paragraphs 4 and 5 shall then be referred to in paragraph 1. 3 and 4.

6. § 10, nr. 2, ITREAS :

" 2) the examinations shall be concluded by the date fixed by the Office of the Natural Safety Board, however, not later than the 1. "August 2015,"

7. § 11, no. 3, ITREAS :

" 3) the project shall be terminated at the latest by the date fixed by the Office of the Natural Acquids, not later on 1. "August 2015,"

8. Section 13 (1). 4, no. 3, ITREAS :

" 3) Expenditure such as the tillar shaver has taken place before the Natural Acquires Authority has granted authorisation to implement projects, cf. Section 5 (5). 4, however, where such authorisation is not provided, costs incurred by the sagna shall have occurred prior to the receipt of the indictator. ` ;

9. Section 14, paragraph 14. 4, no. 3, ITREAS :

" 3) Expenditure such as the tillar shaver has taken place before the Natural Acquires Authority has granted authorisation to implement projects, cf. Section 5 (5). 4, however, where such authorisation is not provided, costs incurred by the sagna shall have occurred prior to the receipt of the indictator. ` ;

10. Section 15 (3). ONE, FOUR. and 5. pkt., revoked.

11. Section 15 (3). 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. Application for paragraph 1 1 shall be submitted to the Natural Business Authority in a special form, which is available through the Home page of the Natural Acquilite. ` ;

12. The following section shall be inserted after

" § 15 a. The Management Board may, on application, permit the deadline for the completion of the project to be extended.

Paragraph 2. Application for paragraph 1 1 shall be submitted to the Natural Acquisite Management Board on a special scheme available through the Home page of the Natural Acquilite.

Paragraph 3. The application for an extension of the project must be received in the Natural Business Authority before the end of the project period.

Paragraph 4. The completion date of projects cannot be extended to a later than 1 time. "August 2015."

13. section 16 (4). 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. Application for paragraph 1 1 shall be submitted to the Natural Business Authority in a special form, which is available through the Home page of the Natural Acquilite. ` ;

14. I Section 19 (1). ONE, THREE. pkt., the words ' or via the website www.vandprojekter.dk ` ;

15. I Section 20 (2). 2, is replaced by "1 May 2015." to "August 1, 2015."

16. I Section 21 (1). 3, is replaced by "1 May 2015." to "August 1, 2015."

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 171. March, 2014.
