Publication of the amendment of the announcement of an active employment service

§ 1

Notice no. 1645 of 27. December 2013 on active employment, as amended by announcement No 1. 136 of 14. February 2014 and Notice no. 147 of 19. February 2014, the following changes are made :

1. Section 3, paragraph 3. 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. A person receiving cash benefits and included in the integration application after the integration act receives cash benefits not only because of manhood, if the person is evaluated as an activity party, that is, if the person is considered ;

1) shall not be estimated to be able to undertake an ordinary work which makes the person concerned be able to provide itself within three months, or

2) is less than 30 years and shall be entitled to the absence of pregnancy, maternity and adoption, to the extent that, in absence, in accordance with the provisions of section 6 (6) of the period of maternity leave. One and two, section 7, section 8, paragraph 8. 1-6, section 9, section 13, and section 14, paragraph 14. 1 and 2 are entitled to benefits in pregnancy, maternity and adoptions. "

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 20th. March 2014 and take effect from 1. March, 2014.
