Completion of the general and increased participation rates for general adult education and general education training

Purline Section 47, paragraph. One and four, section 48, paragraph. One and two, section 49 a, paragraph. Paragraph 1, and section 55 of the institutions of general education and general adult education, etc., cf. Law Order no. 880 of 8. August 2011, and text labelling no. 191. 191. of the 2014 financial act for 2014, the following shall be :

Chapter 1

Almen adult education (avu)

§ 1. The institution shall collect the payment of the training of the Kurds in general adult education (avu) for participation in education and testing, and by self-students, charging for a test.

§ 2. The general participant payment amounts to 120 kr. per in the course of general adult education, classes and for self-students in general adult education :

1) Level G to D level.

2) Danish as second language at base level, and on levels G to D.

3) English at base level and on levels G to D.

4) Basic-level mathematics and levels G to D.

5) Natural science on the levels G to D.

6) Level D history.

7) The community majors on the G and D levels.

8) Level G for D levels and levels G to D.

9) French at base level and G to D levels.

Paragraph 2. For other classes of general adult education, the average rate of participation shall be paid per year. I don't like it. for the Kurds and for self-students.

Paragraph 3. With subjects in paragraph 1. 1 and 2 means :

1) Expiration that includes the base and level of the professional level G or one of these levels, cf. the proclaius notice.

2) Expiration that includes the level G and the level of the professional level F or one of these levels, cf. the proclaius notice.

3) Expiration that includes the level E and the level E of the professional level, E or one of these levels, cf. the proclaius notice.

4) Expiration that includes the level E and the level of the level E and the level of the level D or one of these levels, cf. the proclaius notice.

5) A professional element, cf. the proclaius notice.

Chapter 2

High-high school education (stx and hf)

§ 3. The institution shall charge the payment of courier by general education, organised as a single-class education training for participating in education and testing, and by self-students, charging for a test.

§ 4. The average amount of the payment shall be that of each. I don't have to. in the case of courier and for self-students in the following general high school single class :

1) Biology.

2) Danish.

3) English.

4) French.

5) Physics.

6) Geography.

7) History.

8) Chemistry.

9) Mathematics.

10) Psychology.

11) Religion.

12) I'm a society major.

13) German.

14) The natural scientific group, cf. the notice.

15) The Committee on Culture and Education, cf. the notice.

Paragraph 2. In the case of other general secondary classes, the average rate of attendance shall be paid per year. I'm majoring in 1,100 crowds, for cursitions and for self-students.

Paragraph 3. With subjects in paragraph 1. 1 and 2 means :

1) A flow which according to the relauns of the single professional notice, the notice, the notice, the notice, the announcement, the htx notice or the election trade notice shall be concluded with a test.

2) Expiration in PE, cf. Annex 13 to the notice, unagtet of the profession shall not be concluded with a test.

3) A professional element, cf. the single specialist notice.

4) A professional group, cf. the notice.

Chapter 3

Rules for the increased Participant Payment

§ 5. Courisior receiving post-wage or an age-dependent pension, cf. § 6, which is 60 years or more, must be per subject to the general participant payment in accordance with § 2 or § 4, pay a heighter payment, as determined by the annual financial laws.

Paragraph 2. k. 1 does not include a courier as

1) has paid full Participant payment, cf. the provisions of section 47 (3) of the law. ONE, THREE. pkt., or § 48, paragraph 1. ONE, FIVE. pkt., or

2) has had an average labor association of more than 8 hours per week on average over the last 12 weeks prior to the enrollment of the coupage, cf. Section 7 (2). 2, for the individual class instruction.

§ 6. A retirement pension shall be taken to mean :

1) People's pension.

2) The labour market's supplementary pension.

3) Private pensions in the form of

a) pension schemes with ongoing payments,

b) interest rate insurance in pension purposes ;

c) index schemes associated with an index contract in accordance with the law of price-regulated old-age insurance and old-age savings,

d) savings in retirement purposes ;

(e) savings in pension funds in the financial institution ; and

(f) pension scheme, with ongoing payments, which are related.

4) Labor market pensions in the form of

a) pension schemes with an ongoing payment and an official pension ;

b) interest rate insurance in pension purposes ;

c) savings in retirement purposes ;

d) index scheme associated with an index contract in accordance with the law of price-regulated old-age insurance and old-age savings,

(e) savings in pension funds in the financial institution, as well as savings in the Expense Fund of the Lens receipts ; and

(f) pension scheme, with ongoing payments, which are related.

Paragraph 2. Foreign pension schemes equivalent to one of those referred to in paragraph 1. Paragraph 1 shall be treated as equivalent to a similar Danish pension scheme.

Paragraph 3. Pensions schemes which no longer be offered but which are equivalent to one of those referred to in paragraph 1. Paragraph 1 (1) shall be treated as a pension scheme.

Chapter 4

Common rules for ordinary and increased Participant payment by avu, stx and hf

§ 7. In addition to single-class education for avu, stx and hf, the couriers must indicate whether they have higher education and whether they receive a post-wage or an age-dependent pension.

Paragraph 2. Courier who receive pay or age pension shall indicate the extent to which the rate of courier's association with the labour market is to be provided.

§ 8. The institution shall be obliged at the request of the exchange rate or the self-student to hand over documentation of the participant payment, cf. paragraph 2.

Paragraph 2. The Documentation must include the following information :

1) Name of the Kursist, address and cpr no.

2) Whether or not they have been a cure for single-class or self-students.

3) What subject, see? Section 2 (2). Article 4 (3) or Article 4 (4), 3 that is the participant payment for.

4) Level (A, B, C, D, E, F, G or basis).

5) The term period (from date, month, year to date, month, year), or examination stermin (month (s) and year).

6) The size of the participant pay in kr.

7) Whether the State's Education Support (SU) or the State's adult education support (SVU) is sought for the participating payment.

8) The institution of the education institution (stamp and signature) of the institution.

§ 9. The Participant Payment will be paid in advance, cf. however, paragraph 1 2, in connection with the course of the couriers or to self-students in the enrollment of tests. Payment of the participant payment shall be a condition of participation in teaching, respectively, of testing.

Paragraph 2. For the Kurds covered by Section 1 (1). In the case of payment for certain training activities in the field of active employment efforts, and so on, the payment of the participant may be paid after the coupage has begun to be made available in the course of the training period.

§ 10. The institution shall determine, where and how the payment of the participant payment shall be made.

§ 11. Participant payment covers, regardless of whether the instruction ends at a different institution other than the institution to which the payment has been paid.

Paragraph 2. Participant payment is not paid in the case of termination of the coupage before the end of the notification.

§ 12. Participant payment is paid per. subject, cf. Section 2 (2). Article 4 (3) or Article 4 (4), 3, regardless of whether the instruction ends in one or more semesters.

Paragraph 2. In the case of the courier, the payment shall cover the teaching and the test (s) associated with the subject matter and any sick or retrial. For self-students, the payment shall be paid to the person concerned or the samples attached to that subject, and any sick or retrial.

Chapter 5

Repayment of the common delta payment by stx and hf

§ 13. The institution shall repay the ordinary participant payment after this notice to the Kurds awarded the certificate of a single single specialist certificate, for the subject of the examination of the studies in accordance with the training course. Annex 1. However, this does not apply to courier with a higher education, cf. Section 47 (2) of the law. TWO, TWO. Act.

Paragraph 2. The institution shall repay, cf. however, paragraph 1 3, the general participant payment shall be charged in accordance with this notice to the hf-single specialised court, which shall be given proof of the test in each subject of a professional package which is forgiving medium-term higher education. However, this does not apply to courier with a higher education, cf. Section 47 (2) of the law. THREE, TWO. Act.

Paragraph 3. Remittal after paragraph 2 shall not take place where the relevant conditions for inclusion of such training have not been met in advance.

Paragraph 4. Participant payment shall be repaid without interest and deduction for any assistance from the State ' s training aid (SU) or State's adult education support (SVU) for the participating payment.

§ 14. For application for reimbursement of participant payment in accordance with section 13, it shall be accompanied by evidence of the existing single trade union or the professional package and the participant payment, cf. § 8. A form shall be used to contain the information provided for in the standard form which is listed as Annex 1 to the notice.

Paragraph 2. The recovery shall be made by the institution in which the final test of the single trade union or the final subject of the trade union subject matter has been completed, cf. however, paragraph 1 3.

Paragraph 3. In cases where one or more subjects carried out in one of the areas referred to in section 16 (3). The institutions referred to in paragraph 1 shall subsequently be supplemented by an overall degree or a professional package by a private institution, may be repaid on the part of the Member State or the other institutions that have received the participant's payment.

Paragraph 4. Payback shall take place no later than six weeks after receipt of the request for a refund, cf. paragraph 1. The institution shall make the refund via the NemAccount Scheme, cf. law on public payments and so on.

§ 15. The participant payment as an institution recovers after Article 13 shall be refunded by the Ministry of Education Quarterly on the basis of the institution ' s report on the implementation of the refund. The report shall be certified by the institution ' s auditor in accordance with the rules on audits and of the subsidy-checks and so on which the institution is subject to. The detailed guidelines for the reimbursement are shown by the Education Ministry's instructions for grants and so on to institutions for general education and general adult education (AGV instruction).

Chapter 6

Different rules

§ 16. The announcement shall apply to courier participation in education and testing on general adult education and individual vocational training and high levels of preparation for general education and training establishments, and general education ; adult education, etc., institutions for vocational training and hf-training courses in professional schools.

Paragraph 2. Participant payment shall not be charged for training-taking part in teaching or at studies at general adult education at the institution of the Criminal Investigation State.

§ 17. Partial payment shall be fixed in accordance with section 2, sections 4 and section 5, for the professions, the institution provider, in an easily accessible manner, on the institution's website on the Internet.

Chapter 7

Entry into force

§ 18. The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. April 2014, and shall have action on the part of the teaching procedure commencing 1. August 2014 or later and back after 1. August 2014 of the common participant payment, including the general participant payment, collected before the 1. January, 2011, according to the laws in force in the course of the courier covered by Article 13 (3). ONE, TWO. pkt., and paragraph. TWO, TWO. Act.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 373 of 15. April 2013 on the general and increased participation rates for general adult education and general education training are hereby repealed. However, the notice shall apply to the course of action taken up to 31. July, 2014.
