Publication of the joint data warehouse and statistical data warehouse for employment service

In accordance with section 61, 65 and 66, the responsibility for and the management of active employment activities, cf. Law Order no. 731 of 15. June 2010, as amended by law no. 1596 of 22. December 2010, Law No. No. 1380 of 23. December 2012 and Law No 895 of 4. July 2013, section 21 and 22 of law no. 1374 of 23. December 2012 on the education system for unemployed people who have exhausted their daily allowance and § 10 (a) (a). 2, section 104, paragraph. 2, and section 106 of the active employment effort, cf. Law Order no. 415 of 24. April 2013 :

Section I

General provisions

Chapter 1

Web Services

§ 1. For the areas in which the notification is carried out via a web service, a Connection Agreement between the Labor Market and Recruitment Management and the Data Manager will be required to conclude. In the Connection Agreement, the Business Market Management Agreement provides the detailed terms for the Web service solution, including the warranty for IT security, interface descriptions, web standards, testing before commissioning, guidelines for notification to the data supervision, etc.

Paragraph 2. Reports must uniquely identify the person who makes the alert. The identification must be listed in the web service record. In the case of reports that are automatic, it is only the data controller that is to be shown.

§ 2. The data controller will conduct all costs for this purpose, including expenses for testing, supporting documentation, support and similar expenses.

Failure to comply with the conditions for connection and the specifics of Web services

§ 3. The Work Market and Recruitment management may close the data controller ' s access to registering and receiving data via web services, cf. § 1, if the data controller does not comply with the conditions for connection and the specifics of Web Services.

Changes and replacement of the administrative systems of the municipality and the unemployment rate

§ 4. In the case of changes or replacement of the administrative systems of the municipality and the unemployment rate, which may be of a system value for the quality of the data, the Business Market Management Board and Recruitment must be provided within 40 working days before the change is being made.

TITLE II

Data Areas

Chapter 2

Registration and reporting of target groups and so on and on-and reporting as working seekers

§ 5. The job center has a duty to record and report information about which persons are covered by the contact groups referred to in section 6.

§ 6. Registration and reporting shall be carried out on the following person ' s persons :

1) Contact Group 1 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 1 (a daily cash receivers) as well as recipients of temporary labour market performance.

2) Contact Group 2 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 2 and 3 (cash benefit recipients not included in the integration program).

3) Contact Group 3 : Cash benefit recipients covered by the integration application by the Integration Act.

4) Contact Group 4 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 4, and which receives the revalidation service (revalidation).

5) Contact Group 5 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Ef2, nr. 4, and which will participate in a revalidation process (revalidated).

6) Contact Group 6 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Ef2 Section 2, nr. 5 (sickness benefits receivers).

7) Contact group 7 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 7 and receiving unemployment service.

8) Contact group 8 : No service reported-that is, people who do not receive public service provision and who want to be enrolled in a workplace-seeking.

9) Dimitters.

10) Contact group 10 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment E2, section 2, nr. 7 and employed in a flex job by old or new system (flexing job).

11) Contact Group 11 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 11 (Resource Expiration Event Receivers).

12) Persons covered by the law of the free-up training scheme which has used their daily allowance.

13) Contact group 12 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Ef2 Section 2, nr. 12 and 13 (recipients of training aid).

§ 7. Information about which contact group is subject to shall be recorded and reported on the same day as the person shall be covered by the contact group.

Paragraph 2. When a person no longer receives benefit or is no longer covered by one of the sections in section 6 (1). The groups referred to in paragraph 1 shall be recorded and reported at the latest on the day of the event, that is, the last day the person receives the benefit or is subject to one of the said groups. If the event first comes to the municipality's knowledge after the event date, the registration and reporting date of the municipality shall take place on the date the local authority receives this knowledge.

Paragraph 3. Registration and reporting in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 and 2 shall be carried out by the management (service centre or job center) that is first known to the event.

Paragraph 4. At the first request for assistance in the provision of cash benefits or training, the registration will be made in the joint data basis for communication with the performance centre.

Paragraph 5. If there is a difference between a person's residence municipality and residence municipality, the local authority association must change the regulatory association of the shared data basis.

Paragraph 6. The following information shall be recorded and reported in contact groups :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Date of registration.

3) Contact group.

4) Start date for the person to be covered by the Contact Group.

5) End date if a person ceaates to be covered by a contact group.

Paragraph 7. First contact with request for assistance in connection with cash benefits or training, cf. paragraph 4, is the earliest of the following 2 times :

1) Date of enrolling in the Job net.

2) The date of enrollment or request for assistance at the job center.

§ 8. The enrollment is registered by the person even digitally via the Job network or the person may request the job center or a case to make this registration in the common data basis.

Paragraph 2. The enrollment of the occupational service shall be recorded and reported by the a box in the joint data basis.

Paragraph 3. The enrollment applicant will be registered by the person even digital via the Job network, or the person may request the job center to register this registration in the shared data basis.

Paragraph 4. The enrollment of cash benefits or training aid shall be recorded and reported by the job centre or performance centre in the common data basis.

Paragraph 5. For applicants and recipients of cash benefits and training assistance in the event of a replacement group, the job centre must register-and enrolment by notification of an active employment performance.

Paragraph 6. The following information shall be recorded and reported in the context of registration :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Date of registration.

3) The addition of the formula.

4) Start date for the enrollment.

5) Lediatrist.

6) Job descriptions for jobs that this person is looking for.

Paragraph 7. The following information shall be recorded and reported in connection with a statement :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Date of dispatch. Enrollment can take place on the date of registration and up to 30 days ahead of time.

3) Reason for dispatch.

Paragraph 8. Persons covered by the free-to-use training scheme, which have exhausted their daily allowance, shall be enrolled in administrative as a contact group 2 (cash receivers) with a visitation group 1.

§ 9. They in section 7, paragraph 1. 6, and section 8 (3). The data referred to in 6 and 7 shall be recorded electronically in the administrative systems of the local authority so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment information and payment information for the persons concerned.

§ 11. The data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Business Market Management and Recruitment Management. The report for the common data basis takes place via the IT functionality that is made available by the Labor Market Service and Recruitment.

Paragraph 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, must be used by either :

1) to use the browser-based registration solution in the Work Market Portal, or

2) use the interfaces (web services) which have developed in accordance with the work market and the Recruitment management. § § 1-3.

Chapter 3

Registration and reporting for conversations, business and match assessment

§ 12. The job center has a duty to record and report information relating to the interviews held by the job centre and the following information :

1) the matching group for which a person is subject, cf. statement of the match, or

2) the visitation group a person is subject to, cf. 1 (b) in the notice of an active employment effort.

§ 13. Registration and reporting shall be carried out on the following person ' s persons :

1) Contact Group 1 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 1 (a daily cash receivers) as well as recipients of temporary labour market performance.

2) Contact Group 2 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 2 and 3 (cash benefit recipients not included in the integration program).

3) Contact Group 3 : Cash benefit recipients covered by the integration application by the Integration Act.

4) Contact Group 4 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 4, and which receives the revalidation service (revalidation).

5) Contact Group 5 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Ef2, nr. 4, and which will participate in a revalidation process (revalidated).

6) Contact group 7 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 7 and receiving unemployment service.

7) Contact group 10 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment E2, section 2, nr. 7 and employed in a flex job by old or new system (flexing job).

8) Contact Group 11 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 11 (Resource Expiration Event Receivers).

9) Persons covered by the law of the free-up training scheme which has used their daily allowance.

10) Contact group 12 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Ef2 Section 2, nr. 12 and 13 (recipients of training aid).

Paragraph 2. Persons who receive temporary occupational labor are registered administratively with Matching Group 1.

§ 14. The following information shall be recorded and reported by all conversations :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Date of retention of the conversation.

3) The intercom type.

4) The intercom.

5) The Agreement between the person and the job center of the continued contact flow etcetera after the announcement of an active employment action, section 29 (5). 1, no. 5, as well as any special effort after notification of an active employment action, section 29 (5). 2.

6) For persons covered by the notification on the match, the result of the match is reported in the form of the match.

7) For persons in Contact Group 2, 3 and 12, the assessment shall be reported in the form of the visitation group.

Paragraph 2. This conversation can be recorded and reported 7 days back in time. The Match Group is valid from the date of registration. The Visitation Group has effect from the registration date.

§ 15. At the first request for assistance and changes to a person ' s matching and visitation group at different times than when a conversation is recorded and reported, the following information shall be recorded :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Date of retention of the conversation.

3) The intercom type.

4) The intercom.

5) Any agreements between the person and the job center.

6) For persons covered by the notification on the match, the result of the match is reported in the form of the match.

7) For persons in Contact Group 2, 3 and 12, the assessment shall be reported in the form of the visitation group.

§ 16. The data referred to in section 14 and 15 shall be regularly recorded electronically in the administrative systems of the local authority so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment and payment information for the persons concerned.

Chapter 4

Registration and reporting of the absence and exemptions etc.

§ 19. The job centre has a duty to record and report information on absentaries and exemptions which are the result of the law on active employment, law on active social policy, law on sickness benefits and the law on the integration of foreigners in Denmark.

Paragraph 2. The job center also has a duty to record and report information about persons employed in senior job.

20. Registration and reporting shall be carried out on the following person ' s persons :

1) Contact Group 1 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 1 (a daily cash receivers) as well as recipients of temporary labour market performance.

2) Contact Group 2 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 2 and 3 (cash benefit recipients not included in the integration program).

3) Contact Group 3 : Cash benefit recipients covered by the integration application by the Integration Act.

4) Contact Group 4 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 4, and which receives the revalidation service (revalidation).

5) Contact Group 5 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Ef2, nr. 4, and which will participate in a revalidation process (revalidated).

6) Contact Group 6 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Ef2 Section 2, nr. 5 (sickness benefits receivers).

7) Contact group 7 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 7 and receiving unemployment service.

8) Contact group 8 : No service reported-that is, people who do not receive public service provision and who want to be enrolled in a workplace-seeking.

9) Personnel employee of senior job.

10) Contact group 10 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment E2, section 2, nr. 7 and employed in a flex job by old or new system (flexing job).

11) Contact Group 11 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 11 (Resource Expiration Event Receivers).

12) Persons covered by the law of the free-up training scheme which has used their daily allowance.

13) Contact group 12 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Ef2 Section 2, nr. 12 and 13 (recipients of training aid).

§ 21. The reasons for the absence or remission shall be recorded and reported for each contact group and other groupings in accordance with Annex 1.

Paragraph 2. Registration and reporting shall take place on the same day as the cause of the absence of the local authority's knowledge or approval of the exemption shall take place.

Paragraph 3. In the case of persons covered by the free-to-use training scheme, which has exhausted their daily allowance, the start date shall be set to the day after day termination.

§ 22. The data referred to in Section 21 shall be regularly recorded electronically in the local authority's administrative systems so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment and payment information for the persons concerned.

-23. The data reported is used by the Business Market Business and Recruiting Statistics Data Warehouse as well as of the common data basis for the Labor Market and Recruitment Management, cf. sections 58 and 59, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

§ 24. The data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Business Market Management and Recruitment Management. The report for the common data basis takes place via the IT functionality that is made available by the Labor Market Service and Recruitment.

Chapter 5

Registration and reporting of calls for conversations, etc.

§ 25. The job center has a duty to record and report information relating to calls for interviews and other individual talks and meetings with the furnip.

Paragraph 2. The job center's IT system must be designed in such a way that it can receive the citizen's indication of having seen the call and the citizen's possible updating of the meeting date.

Paragraph 3. The job center IT system must be rectified in such a way that it can receive creation and updates of calls through the shared data basis.

3) Contact Group 3 : Cash benefit recipients covered by the integration application by the Integration Act.

4) Contact Group 4 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 4, and which receives the revalidation service (revalidation).

5) Contact Group 5 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Ef2, nr. 4, and which will participate in a revalidation process (revalidated).

6) Contact Group 6 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Ef2 Section 2, nr. 5 (sickness benefits receivers).

§ 27. The following information shall be recorded and reported on all concitations and shall be reported :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Date and time of compliance of the conversation or follow up.

3) Conver-or follow-up form (personal, digitally, telephone, etc.).

4) Conversation or follow-up type (job interview, follow-up conversation, etc.).

5) Converting or follow-up location (location).

6) The person's contact point of contact with the conversation.

Paragraph 2. The call shall be recorded and reported on the same day as the letter of entry being printed or sent to the person.

§ 28. The Labor Market and Recruitment management provides a common system for self-booking to the job centres that they have a duty to use and to support, so that citizens through My Page in the Job Network can itself

1) booing interviews and events in the job centres ; and

2) rebooting conversations for which the job centres have been called up.

Paragraph 2. By default, the common system provides a one-way calendar integration at the disposal of the job centres so that self-bookings and rebookings are sent to the job centre's electronic calendar system as meeting reserves in the individual calendars of each road.

Paragraph 3. The Labor Market and Recruitment management provides information from the common data basis using a web service or print service so that the municipality by agreement with its own print supplier can create letters and so on to citizens when the job centres calls citizens to talks through the common system for booking. The municipality itself is responsible for concluding an agreement with an IT provider for integration into this web service and about the formation of letters, including mail and digital transit.

Paragraph 4. Each municipality is each data controller in relation to the use of the common system locally and in the processing of information on its own citizens.

Paragraph 5. The functioning of the labour market and the Recruitment are responsible for key processing activities in the common system and for the safety of the system, including the construction and operation of the system in such a way as to ensure that sufficient information is available ; data security to meet the requirements of the personal data friend and the security notice.

§ 29. The costs of operation, maintenance and development of the common system for self-booking will be borne by the Business Market Management and Recruitment Management.

Paragraph 2. The local authorities shall bear in particular the costs of integration to the sub-circuit board, the formation of letters, transit, etc., cf. § 28, paragraph 1. 3.

-$30. In addition to the information specified in section 27, the use of the common self-booking system shall also be transmitted by the establishment of the common self-booking system :

§ 31. The JobCenter IT system must receive the following information from the common self-bookings :

Chapter 6

Registration and reporting of the municipality's follow-up to sickness benefits receivers and visitation categories

$35. The municipality has a duty to record and report information on the local authority's health benefits follow-up, including follow-up, and visitation categories registered by the municipality in accordance with the Law on sickness benefits Chapter 6.

§ 36. The following information shall be reported for each of the following information :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Municipality code for reporting municipality.

§ 37. Follow-up conversations are displayed to the citizen on My Page in the Job Net.

§ 38. The data referred to in sections 36 and 37 shall be regularly recorded electronically in the local authorities ' administrative systems so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment and payment information for the persons concerned.

§ 39. The data reported is used by the Business Market Business and Recruiting Statistics Data Warehouse as well as of the common data basis for the Labor Market and Recruitment Management, cf. sections 58 and 59, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

Paragraph 2. Data on india level is disclosed to other public authorities, including Statistics Denmark.

§ 40. The data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Business Market Management and Recruitment Management. The report for the common data basis takes place via the IT functionality that is made available by the Labor Market Service and Recruitment.

Chapter 7

Registration and reporting of the cv held by the municipality and the approval status of the certificate shall be registered,

§ 41. The municipality has a duty to report that the working seeker has provided adequate information regarding the work and educational background of the person concerned. (cv) in accordance with Chapter 6 and Section 73 d in the Act of Active Action for Employment. The report shall include the conclusion of the call by the municipality in accordance with sections 14 and 73 e in the active employment effort.

§ 42. Registration and reporting shall be carried out on the following person ' s persons :

1) Contact Group 3 : Cash benefit recipients covered by the integration application by the integration law, and which are searched by job readiness.

2) Persons covered by the law of the free-up training scheme which has used their daily allowance.

3) Contact group 7 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 7 and receiving unemployment service.

§ 43. For each person, the following information shall be notified :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Municipality code for reporting municipality.

3) Date of detention of the call.

4) The intercom.

5) Conclusion of the conversation.

6) Approval status of the resume.

Paragraph 2. The municipality also has the ability to report contracts with the person on the CD.

§ 44. The data referred to in Section 43 shall continuously be recorded electronically in the administrative systems of the local authority so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment and payment information for the persons concerned.

§ 45. The data reported is used by the Business Market Business and Recruiting Statistics Data Warehouse as well as of the common data basis for the Labor Market and Recruitment Management, cf. sections 58 and 59, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

Chapter 8

Registration and reporting of employment measures for the recipients of unemployment benefits, as well as employed people, etc.

§ 47. The municipality has a duty to report information relating to employment measures in accordance with Cape. 10-12 and § 98 c-98 grams, 99 and 116 of the Act on active employment.

§ 48. Information shall be recorded and reported for the following person ' s activities :

1) Contact Group 1 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 1.

2) People covered by § § 98 c-98 g in the Act of Active Employment Action (adult pupils).

3) Occured covered by Section 99 in the law of active employment.

§ 49. For each measure, the following information shall be reported :

1) For all measures : Identification information for the person participating in the measure.

2) For all measures : Municipality of reporting municipality.

3) For all measures : Responsible job center.

4) For all measures, the registration of the employment centre.

5) For all measures, Unique Key of the individual measure (course, wage grant penalty etc.).

6) For all measures : the start date of the individual measure.

7) For all measures, the final date of each measure.

8) For all measures : average weekly hourly rate for each measure.

9) For all measures : Activation type (economic framework and m.v.).

10) For jobplan, unik key.

11) For Job Plan : Date of creation.

12) For Job Plan : Date of revision.

13) For jobplan : employment goals.

14) For company-oriented measures, Job Order ident from Job Network, if such exists.

15) For company-oriented measures : type of business order type (s).

16) For company-oriented measures : The activity provider for CVR and P number.

17) In the case of recruitment with wage subsidy in governmental institutions : a ministerial area.

Paragraph 2. When they move to another municipality, the Business Market and Recruitment Management Board information for the Move Direction municipality on the person's current job plan and ongoing measures.

$50. The data referred to in Section 49 shall continuously be recorded electronically in the local authorities ' administrative systems so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment and payment information for the persons concerned.

Paragraph 3. Data for persons born between 1. January 1946 and 31. In December 1952, which are employed in wages in full or in part for the period 1. 1 January 2010 to 31. December 2016, will be passed to ATP and SKAT for the calculation of the tax rate for seniors, cf. section 16 (4). 1, no. 6, in the low-level tax bill for seniors. The following information is disclosed : Cpr.No and the start and end dates of the individual measures.

Paragraph 4. Data on people in the contact group 10 is passed on to the Prevention and Holds Fund for the administration and control of the flex-job bonus, cf. section 24 a, in the Prevention Fund and the Phase Fund, and section 4 of the Merge Job Bonus Notice. The following information is disclosed : Cpr.No, contact group, start date, measure, start, and end date of the individual measures as well as event provider (CVR-number).

§ 52. The data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Business Market Management and Recruitment Management. The report for the common data basis takes place via the IT functionality that is made available by the Labor Market Service and Recruitment.

Paragraph 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, must be used by either :

1) to use the browser-based registration solution in the Work Market Portal, or

2) use the interfaces (web services) which have developed in accordance with the work market and the Recruitment management. § § 1-3.

Chapter 9

Registration and reporting of employment measures for non-insured, etc.

§ 53. The municipality has a duty to report information relating to employment measures in accordance with

1) Chapter 9 (b) and 10-12 of the Act on the active employment effort,

2) Section 72 of the Act of Active Employment,

3) Section 74 of the active employment service, with regard to short-term courses,

4) section 75-75 c of the Act of an active employment effort,

5) § 98 b-98 g in the Act of Active Employment Action,

6) § 116 of the Act of Active Employment Action,

7) Section 30 of the Act of Active Social Policy,

8) Chapter 6 of the Act of Active Social Policy, and

9) Chapter 4 of the Integration Act.

Paragraph 2. The municipality has a duty to report information relating to personal assistance to persons with disabilities pursuant to sections 4, 5 and 14 of the right to compensation for the disabled in professions, as well as section 76 (2). 4, in the law on active employment.

Paragraph 3. The municipality has a duty to report information related to aids provided for in section 74 concerning the working equipment and the less workplace notification, sections 76 to 77 and 100 in the Act of active employment.

§ 54. Information shall be recorded and reported for the following person ' s activities :

1) People covered by § 2, nr. 2-13, in the law on active employment.

2) People covered by § § 98 c-98 g in the Act of Active Employment Action (adult pupils).

3) Cash recipients included in the integration application after the Integration Act.

4) Persons who are self-supporting who receive Danish or other forms of offer, cf. section 16 (4). 3, and section 23 (4). Five, in the Integration Act.

5) Persons covered by grants for personal assistance to persons with disabilities, cf. sections 4, 5 and 14 of the right to compensation for the disabled in professions, etc., and persons covered by grants for personal assistance, cf. Section 76 (2). 4, in the law on active employment.

6) Persons covered by the mentoring, cf. Chapter 9 (b) of the Act on active employment.

7) People covered by Section 98 b in the Act of active employment (job rotating temporary carers).

8) People covered by section sections 74, 76, 77 and 100 in the active employment effort (receiving aid).

§ 55. For each measure, the following information shall be reported :

1) For all measures : Identification information for the person participating in the measure.

2) For all measures : Municipality of reporting municipality.

3) For all measures : measure type with underlying categories.

4) For all measures : the start date of the individual measure.

5) For all measures, the final date of each measure.

6) For all measures : average weekly hourly rate for each measure.

7) For all measures : the main event of the person in the measure. If there is a sense of self-procsion, this is applied.

8) For all measures, the indication that this is an open tender, that is to say, the open tender. an offer in which the only enabled service shall be paid for the hours that the person has participated in the tender and which is not closed even if the person does not show.

9) For business-oriented measures : Stedcode for where the measure takes place.

10) For company-oriented measures : The activity provider for CVR and P number.

11) For company-oriented measures, address at work location for missing CVR and / or P number.

12) For wage subsidy in government institutions : a ministerial area.

13) For company-oriented measures, the job description of the measure is participating in.

14) For audience path : CVR number and P-number of the company that provides the activity.

15) For audience path : Hold ID.

§ 56. The data referred to in Section 55 shall be regularly recorded electronically in the local authority's administrative systems so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment and payment information for the persons concerned.

§ 57. The data reported is used by the Business Market Business and Recruiting Statistics Data Warehouse as well as of the common data basis for the Labor Market and Recruitment Management, cf. sections 58 and 59, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

Paragraph 2. Data on indiwitness level is passed to other public authorities, cf. Chapters 11 and 12 of the Act on the responsibility and management of the active employment performance, including Statistics Denmark, cf. however, paragraph 1 3.

Paragraph 3. Data for the person group in section 54 (4). 1, no. 5, in this notice, it shall not be disclosed.

Paragraph 4. Data for persons under the age of 18 is disclosed to the Ministry of Children and Notifying joint data layers for the purposes of managing the law on training and occupation and training, employment, etc., including those for the purpose of training and training, control measures, cf. § 68 a, paragraph 1. 8, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort. Paragraph 3. Data for the person group in section 54 (4). 1, no. They shall be notified in accordance with paragraph 1. 2, no. 3.

Chapter 10

Digital communication from job centres to unemployment boxes

$59. The job center has a duty to record and report events and information necessary for the management of the rules of unemployment in the law on unemployment insurance and so on, cf. Section 104, in the field of active employment and chapter 15, in the announcement of an active employment service.

§ 60. Registration and reporting shall be carried out on the following person ' s persons :

Contact Group 1 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 1 (a daily cash receivers) as well as recipients of temporary labour market performance.

Members of an unemployment rate, which is placed in a flex job, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. For members of an unemployment rate, which is placed in a flex job, the registration and reporting shall be recorded only after paragraph 62.

§ 61. For incidents that are specified in section 95 to 99 and section 101 and 102 in the notice of active employment action, registration and reporting shall be recorded on the same day or not later than the day after the event has taken place.

§ 62. For events that appear in section 100 in the announcement of an active employment service, the following applies :

1) The opening of an offer at the earliest date must be at the earliest date on the date of submission and at the latest on the date of the start of the tender.

2) A quote must be made of an end date of the tender end date.

3) If, in the course of the tender, changes are made to the start and end date of the tender and the average weekly hourly rate, registration and reporting shall be recorded on the same day or not later than the day after the change has been made to the knowledge of the job centre.

4) If the job center after the end date gets information about changes in the start and / or the end date of the offer, registration and report shall be recorded on the same day or not later than the day after the change has been made to the knowledge of the job centre.

5) If the job center after the end date gets information about changes in the average weekly hour (for the overall flow), or if a change to the start and / or the end date is changed, a change to the average weekly hour (for the total) flow), registration and reporting shall be recorded on the same day or at the latest the day after the change has been made to the knowledge of the job centre.

Paragraph 2. Registration and reporting in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 must show the current status of the tender.

§ 63. For incidents covered by § § 61 and 62, the following information shall be reported :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Municipality code for reporting municipality.

3) The event date.

4) The event type.

5) Possible cause of the event.

6) Any detailed comment on the event in a free text.

Paragraph 2. In the case of references to the references of persons with a view to employment in ordinary employment, employment with payroll benefits, corporate sprays or useful work, other than the information provided for in paragraph 1 shall be that of the information provided for in paragraph 1. 1, the following shall be reported :

1) Identification details for the company.

2) Information about the job.

Paragraph 3. For occurrences covered by section 62, i.e. any event that appears in section 100 in the notice of active employment activities must also be provided for in accordance with paragraph 1. 1, the following shall be reported :

3) Start and end date of the activity.

4) Average weekly hourly rate for the activity.

Paragraph 4. When the person moves to another municipality, the Business Market and Recruitment Management Board information for the relocation municipality of the renotion municipality will be communicated.

§ 64. The job centre ' s IT system must be designed in such a way as to automatically take place when the actual event or entry is correctly recorded in the IT system that is used for the case processing.

§ 65. The data referred to in section 63 shall be recorded electronically in the administrative systems of the local authorities so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment and payment information for the persons concerned.

§ 66. The data reported is used by the Business Market Business and Recruiting Statistics Data Warehouse as well as of the common data basis for the Labor Market and Recruitment Management, cf. sections 58 and 59, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

Paragraph 2. Data on india level is disclosed to the unemployment fund of the person concerned and other public authorities, including Statistics Denmark.

§ 67. The data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Business Market Management and Recruitment Management. The report for the common data basis takes place via the IT functionality that is made available by the Labor Market Service and Recruitment.

Paragraph 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, must be used by either :

1) to use the browser-based registration solution in the Work Market Portal, or

2) use the interfaces (web services) which have developed in accordance with the work market and the Recruitment management. § § 1-3.

Chapter 11

Company data

§ 68. The JobCentre's IT system must be able to receive the following information from the common data basis across the municipality limits so that data is available to the job center :

1) Establishing provisions on special conditions (payroll, flex job, adult pupils, service jobs and jobrotations temporary carers) and business-spraying and retrenches for the past two years so that the job center has available information on, on which establishments have been placed residents of the municipality and across municipality limits.

2) Data about the job's job lookup in the Job network for the last two years.

§ 69. Data must be able to be received weekly in the format of the Work Market and the Recruitment Management Board.

Chapter 12

Reporting of training information

§ 70. The Ministry of Education shall report training information to the Labor Market Management and Recruitment Management, cf. § 68 a, paragraph 1. 9 and 10, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

§ 71. Information about training for the following person shall be reported : People aged 15 to 29 years of age.

§ 72. For each person under 30 years, the following shall be reported :

1) Identification details for the person who is attending the training.

2) Education code for the identification of training.

3) Start and end time of training.

4) Status code of the training, including whether there is a risk of disruption of training, whether the training has been enrolled, suspended, or completed.

§ 73. The data reported is used by the Business Market Business and Recruiting Statistics Data Warehouse as well as of the common data basis for the Labor Market and Recruitment Management, cf. sections 58 and 59, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

Paragraph 2. Data at an indication level of training from the Labor Market and Recruiting Joint Data Layer, cf. § 68 a, paragraph 1. 9, cf. Section 58, on the responsibility for and the management of active employment efforts, will be passed on to the municipalities.

Chapter 13

Registration and online reporting and reception of job plans and employment measures

§ 74. The municipality has a duty to record and report information related to job plans and employment measures, including training, after

1) Cap. 9, 9 b, 10-13 and 13 b in the act of active employment,

2) ~ § 98b-99 of the Act of Active Employment Action,

3) § 116 of the Act of Active Employment Action,

4) ~ ~ ~ ~ 21, 22 and 23 a-23 c in the integration bill, and

5) law on the education system for unemployed people who have exhausted their daily allowance.

Paragraph 2. The municipality has a duty to report information related to aids provided for in section 74 concerning the working equipment and the less workplace notification, sections 76 to 77 and 100 in the Act of active employment.

Paragraph 3. The municipality may report information related to the task of the rehabilitation plan, cf. § 30 (1) (a) 5, in the Act of Active Employment and Education, cf. Section 21 b, in the law on active employment. This is done by writing in the text fields of the job plan.

Paragraph 4. The municipality has a duty to receive the information provided for in paragraph 1. 1, if a citizen of the person who is in the circle of section 75, no. 1 and 5-19 are moving to the municipality.

§ 75. Information shall be recorded and reported for the following person ' s activities :

1) Contact Group 1 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 1 (a daily cash receivers) and recipients of temporary labour market performance.

2) Contact Group 2 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 2 (cash helper receivers that are searched job-ready and not included in the integration program).

3) Contact Group 2 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 3 (cash benefit receivers that are searched activities sparate and which are not included in the integration program).

4) Contact Group 3 : Cash benefit recipients covered by the integration application by the Integration Act.

5) Contact Group 4 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 4, and which receives the revalidation service (revalidation).

6) Contact Group 5 : Persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment Ef2, nr. 4, and which will participate in a revalidation process (revalidated).

7) Contact Group 6 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Ef2 Section 2, nr. 5 (sickness benefits receivers).

8) Contact group 7 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment Action Section 2, nr. 7 and receiving unemployment service.

9) Contact group 10 : People covered by the Act on Asset Employment E2, section 2, nr. 7 and employed in a flex job by old or new system (flexing job).

10) Contact Group 11 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Action Section 2, nr. 11 (Resource Expiration Event Receivers).

11) Contact group 12 : Persons covered by the Act of Active Employment Ef2 Section 2, nr. 12 and 13 (recipients of training aid).

12) Persons covered by the law of the free-up training scheme which has used their daily allowance.

13) People covered by Section 98 b in the Act of active employment (job rotating temporary carers).

14) People covered by § § 98 c-98 g in the Act of Active Employment Action (adult pupils).

15) Occured covered by Section 99 in the law of active employment.

§ 77. Information relating to measures after caps. 9 (Job Plans) in the Act of Active Jobs must be registered and reported when the job plan is created and subsequently when the job plan is revised.

Paragraph 2. Information relating to measures after caps. 9 (b-12 (quiesce) for active employment action, as well as in sections 21, 22 and 23 (a) 23 c in the integration bill, must be registered and reported when the tender is submitted to the citizen.

Paragraph 3. Information relating to measures referred to in Chapter 13 (flex-jobs) and § 98 b-98 g (job rotary carers and adult pupils) in the law of active employment must be recorded and reported when the employment contract is agreed.

Paragraph 4. If changes are made to the information referred to in paragraph 1, 2-3, shall be resubmitted for notification. Chapter 14

The use of digital communication to the exchange of information between unemployment rates, the common data basis and job centers ;

§ 81. The unemployment fund has a duty to record and report information according to section 106 of the Act of Active Employment and Chapter 18 in the announcement of an active employment initiative on its own Member States for the purposes of updating the joint operation ; data layers and for the administration of the job centre in accordance with the law on active employment and the provisions laid down in accordance with this law.

Paragraph 2. The information shall be recorded and reported on the same day as the information provided to the knowledge of the unemployment rate or as a decision of the unemployment fund shall be recorded.

$82. The unemployment fund has a duty to receive and treat.

1) information on the status of its members in the joint data basis,

2) the work centre ' s information in accordance with Chapter 15 in the notice of an active employment effort ; and

3) the information provided by other actors in accordance with section 5 of the notice of other actors.

§ 83. Details of sections 81 and 82 will be exchanged electronically via the IT functionality made available by the Labor Market Service and Recruitment.

Paragraph 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, must be used by either :

1) use the interfaces (web services) which have developed in accordance with the work market and the Recruitment management. § § 1-3,

2) to use the browser-based registration solution in the Work Market Portal, or

3) File transfers via ftp server.

Paragraph 3. File transfer may only be used for information in which the Labor Market and Recruitment Management does not provide a Web service for the exchange.

Chapter 15

Digital communications concerning sickness and discarts for unemployed members of a unemployment fund

§ 84. The municipality has a duty to receive and address the following information on sickness and unrachings about free members of an unemployment fund from the common data basis :

1) First sick day.

2) Last sick day.

3) The date of notification for a sick or amnication.

4) The date of registration for a sick or amnishing report.

§ 85. In the notification of the absence from the unemployment fund via NemRefusion, the municipality, via its IT system for the case handling of sickness benefits cases, has a duty to perform lookup in the joint data warehouse to receive information after Section 84.

Paragraph 2. On lookup for paragraph 1. 1, the municipality's IT system delivers unique key (UUID) for the case in the common data basis.

Paragraph 3. If there is no post-post. 2, already available, the local authority IT system will subsequently receive automatic notification when a report is detected in the common data basis.

§ 86. The digital communication with the common data basis according to § § 84 and 85 is done via the IT functionality made available by the Labor Market and Recruitment Management.

Paragraph 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, used by using the interfaces (web services) that the Work market and Recruitment management have developed, cf. § § 1-3.

Chapter 16

Registration and reporting of information on assessments and decisions on availability and penalties

§ 87. The municipality has a duty to record and report information on the administration of the rules on the availability and penalties applicable to applicants and recipients of cash benefits, training aid and the recipients of resource flow allowance.

§ 88. Registration and reporting shall be carried out on the following person ' s persons :

1) People covered by law on active social policy, sections 13-13 c, § § 36-43.

2) Persons covered by the Act on Active Social Policy, Section 69-69 f.

Paragraph 2. It shall also be recorded and reported on the spouse or the consenting person to a person covered by paragraph 1. 1, no. 1, to the extent that the spouse or the consents are also hit by a penalty in the light of the municipality ' s decision, in accordance with the rules laid down in paragraph 1. 1, no. 1.

$89. The municipality shall report the following information from the payment systems :

1) identification information for the person ;

2) municipality code for the reporting municipality,

3) the decision which has been taken,

4) the reason why the municipality has taken the decision,

5) Date of decision,

6) the municipality ' s decision on any spouse or concoexist of a person covered by the person who is subject to the person in section 88 (5). 1, no. 1, and

7) the period in which the penalty is concerned.

§ 90. For the person group referred to in section 88 (1). 1, no. 1, the municipality shall also report the following information from the administrative systems at the job center :

1) identification information for the person ;

2) municipality code for the reporting municipality,

3) the event that is the reason the municipality has assessed the person's disposal,

4) date of the event,

5) the result of the municipality's on-call assessment, including the decision that the person should not have a sanction ; and

6) Date of the result of the on-call time assessment.

§ 91. The data in section 89 and 90 must continuously be recorded electronically in the local authority's administrative systems so that the registrations are in accordance with the payment information and payment information for the persons concerned.

§ 92. The data reported is used by the Business Market Business and Recruiting Statistics Data Warehouse as well as of the common data basis for the Labor Market and Recruitment Management, cf. sections 58 and 59, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort. Data is also used by the Business Market Management and Recruitment Management to extract cases for the management ' s municipal on-line inspection, cf. Section 13 of the Act on active social policy.

Paragraph 2. The data at the individual level may be disclosed to other public authorities, cf. Chapter 11 and 12 of the Act on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

§ 93. The data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Business Market Management and Recruitment Management. The report for the common data basis is done via the IT functionality made available by the Labor Market Service and Recruitment.

Chapter 17

Reporting of health information

$94. The State Serum Institute is reporting health information to the Labor Market Management and Recruitment Management, cf. § 68 a, paragraph 1. 13, in the area of law on the responsibility and management of active employment for use in the area of statistics and for the purpose of analysing the active employment.

§ 95. Health information shall be reported on the following persons : People aged 15 to 64 age in the age group, which are covered by the Act of Active Employment Action, section 2 or receive cash benefits and are included in the integration programme following the integration bill.

§ 96. For each person, the following :

1) From the national or psychiatric register : Identification information for the person, as well as all contacts with the health care system, beginning and end date and associated diagnosis.

2) From the Social Security Register : Identification information for the person, as well as all contacts for practitioners and specialist physician, distributed among specialities and the time of contact.

3) From the national alcohol-processing register and the register of drug addicts in processing : Identification information for the person, and the start and end date of processing and processing type.

§ 97. The data reported is used by the Business Market Business and Recruitment statistical data warehouse in the Labor Market and Recruitment Management Board, cf. § 59, on the responsibility and management of active employment efforts.

Chapter 18

Registration and reporting of information on specific training arrangements

-98. The Municipalities have a duty to continuously register and monthly report information to the Work market and Recruitment on the application of a special training scheme, cf. law on the education system for unemployed people who have exhausted their daily allowance.

Paragraph 2. The municipality is responsible for the fact that information on periods of entitlement to special training is reconciled with data in the case and financial systems of the municipality.

§ 99. Registration and reporting shall be carried out for the following person : persons who have been granted special training for training, cf. law on the education system for unemployed people who have exhausted their daily allowance.

§ 100. For each person, the following :

1) Identification details for the person.

2) Appropriation type.

3) The start date of the Grant.

4) The end date of the will be the authorization.

5) You're welcome.

6) The date on which the last payment of special training is paid.

7) Date of termination of the right to special training.

8) Suspension.

9) Payback.

10) Municipality code for reporting municipality.

§ 101. The data reported is used by the Business Market Business and Recruiting Statistics Data Warehouse as well as of the common data basis for the Labor Market and Recruitment Management, cf. sections 58 and 59, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.

Paragraph 2. Invasion of an indication of particular education service, cf. Section 100 is disclosed in the case of the unemployment fund members of the unemployment fund for the use of the temporary occupational performance of the temporary labour market, cf. Chapter 9 of the law on unemployment insurance and so on.

§ 102. The data shall be recorded in such a way that data can be transmitted in electronic form to the Business Market Management and Recruitment Management. The report takes place via the IT functionality made available by the Labor Market Service and Recruitment. The report shall be made in the format of the Working Market and the Recruitment Management Board.

Paragraph 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, must be used when file transfers via ftp server.

TITLE III

Chapter 19

Access to Test Environments

§ 103. IT vendors who develop and maintain applications that support the case processing of data are able to access the Business Market Management and Recruiting Test Environments Management. The test environment contains anonymized information from the production environment.

Paragraph 2. The IT vendors who have a data-accountable municipality or a box as a customer can gain access when the customer concerned has entered a Connection Agreement with the Labor Market and Recruitment Management Agreement, cf. Section 1 (1). 1.

§ 104. IT vendors who are developing an application but which do not yet have a data-responsible public authority or unemployment fund as a customer, can gain access to the Labor Market Service and Recruiting test environments when the IT provider has entered into a Connection Agreement with the Labor Market and Recruitment Management Agreement. The test environment contains anonymized information from the production environment.

Paragraph 2. The IT supplier is data responsible for the use of the information in the test environments.

Paragraph 3. The IT provider can process the person number details.

Paragraph 4. The IT supplier is responsible for complying with the Privacy Act on Processing of Personal Data and Notice of Security of Personal Data Protection, which is processed for public administration.

Paragraph 5. This information may not be used for any purpose other than the Management Board and Recruitment Management, and in accordance with the conditions set out in the Connection Agreement, cf. paragraph 1.

TITLE IV

Chapter 20

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 105. The announcement will enter into force on the 28th. April 2014, cf. however, paragraph 1 TWO-FOUR.

Paragraph 2. Registration and reports, after paragraph 54, no. 8, commencement one. January 2015.

Paragraph 3. Reports of section 74 (4). 4, enter into force for the person group after paragraph 75, no. 5-19, 1. January 2015.

Paragraph 4. Reports from section 75, number. 3-7, no. 13-17 and nr. Nineteen-20, commencement one. January 2015.

Paragraph 5. The reports referred to in Chapter 18 shall include, in particular, the training of the appropriations allocated to 1. January 2013, or later. Information on specific training service is reported monthly until 31. March 2015.

Paragraph 6. Confining agreements, cf. Section 1 (1). 1, concluded between the FDA and the data controller shall apply until the contract is terminated or until a new Connection Agreement is concluded between the Labor Market and the Recruitment Management and the Data Manager.

Paragraph 7. Publication no. 1577 of 17. December 2013 on the common data basis and the statistical data warehouse for the employment service are hereby repealed.
