Publication of the amendment of the announcement of an active employment service

§ 1

Notice no. 1645 of 27. December 2013 on active employment, as amended by announcement No 1. 136 of 14. February 2014, announcement no. 147 of 19. February 2014 and Notice no. 242 of 17. March 2014, the following changes are made :

1. The following section 24 is inserted before heading before Chapter 3 :

" Job log detection of job log

§ 24 a. Persons covered by Section 1, no. 2, as well as persons covered by section 1, no. 12, which is considered clearly training sparate, will have to regularly document all their job search activities in their job log on "My Page" in the Job Net.

Paragraph 2. For job search activities, a job search is directed towards a specific job or job search in general, including participation in job mass, etc.

Paragraph 3. Persons covered by paragraph 1. 1, register the following information about their job search activities in the job log :

1) Job title or workspace,

2) company name,

3) Postal code and city,

4) phone number or email,

5) application form, e.g. writing, telephone or personal appearance,

6) date of the activity ; and

7) the application has been submitted or has been requested of the application. `

2. I § 63 the ' no. 1998/2006 of 15. 'December 2006, on the application of Articles 87 and 88 of the Treaty to de minimis aid.' to : '1407/2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty to the de minimis aid.'

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. May 2014.
